do you know if you can buy the 2 products on separate receipts? I just bought an armor all product and would like to get a free wheel protectant also.

    • collin

The rebate states to mail in the “receipt” which would indicate one receipt only?! Unfortunately, there is no phone number on the rebate form to call for further information. Sorry I could not be of more help.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

If anything you could return the product you have and buy it again.

    • momwhocares freesamples

Me too – I just bought the armor all wipes! hmm, I use done wipe a few hours ago – wonder if I could return and rebuy it with the wheel protectant?

  2. Suzanne

  4. Danielle Miller

A trick I picked up from my mom … She always used the regular armor all spray to polish the countertops after she wiped them down. Makes them so sparkly and clean looking!

    • sarah

Just don’t eat off the counter…..

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Gross tire stuff on the counter. LOL!

      • Danielle Miller

Not the tire stuff. The regular stuff that you use to dust your car. And yeah, we always use place mats at the counter. But really, I don’t think it’s any worse than any other cleaner. It dries up and just looks a little shiny.

  5. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Do ya all think its safe to eat a can of beans from 1956?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sure do might tast a lil like poop but its all good!

    • Erin

WTH? Those belong in a museum!

      • Craig

Well, if you DO brave it, Id highly suggest not eating the whole can. Perhaps a few beans first. LOL!!! 🙂

  6. jen

This deal isn’t just for the guys! I LOVE detailing out my Honda Accord. And if I can save money on anything to keep her pretty, I’m glad. Thanks for the deal!

    • Craig

Honda’s rule! lol Still driving my DD and she has 267,000+!!! And gets Awesome gas mileage! Still getting 30 mpg even the way I drive it! heehehe

BTW, that was a free plug for Honda’s 🙂

    • Craig

On e of the “limited time” deals going on is. If you have a PepBoys near you, they have a great price on Tire shine too. The Black Magic stuff is like 2/$3 after MIR I think it was.
A Heck of a price since this stuff was/is like $5-6 each!!! I looooooooooove this stuff.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

One of them, can you share the others? I’m always looking for some auto deals!

        • Craig

OK the other great deal is a bit complicated but in the end IF!, it works for you (YMMV) will be well worth it!!! Its a Mail In Rebate (MIR) going on right now on Fedral Mogul products.
Getting you (for this example listed) brake pads/shoes down from $45 to $6!!! (for my cars brakes). Your price and savings will vary. Here is the dealee-o:

First you need Advance Auto Parts stores and a Auto Zones stores. First go to AZ and have them print out the front and rear (if you need them or whatever) for your vehicle. Get the print out for the AZ brand that has a LT warranty (life time). Take this to AA and have them price match them with Wagner Thermal Quiets. -My store cashier said they match warrranty to warranty prices NOT brand name to brand name! This is the critical part. So in my case, AZ front pads were 21 LTW compared to AA price for Wagner TQs at $45! So AA dropped the price down to $21!! Now the MIR form Fedral Mogul (see website link I have below for that info) is $15 per set and up to $30 for Front and Rears! So take the $15 off the $21 and your OOP cost (after MIR) is only $6!! How awesome is this?!!
You get much higher quality brake (pads/shoes) at a super deep discount!!.

The only thing is IF your AA will do the EXACT same price match. IF not, you can still save $15/$30 in MIRs for brakes.

The MIR is going on till 4/30/10 and the MIR info must be received by 5/31/10.
          Here is the link:
          https://www.fmsmartchoice.com/rebates.html

There is more MIR stuff going on but this is just one Im doing and found out about since it was such a awesome price!!

          • Craig

Fedral Mogul has a bunch of different MIR’s going on as we speak. Another (see the link above to get to it) is on Wiper blades too. You might be able to do this same kind of deal on them too, IDK. Or since Walmart will prob. have these the cheapest, Buy them there to keep OOP at the bare bone, and then do the MIR for some cheap(er) wiper blades too!.
I believe this Anco deal expires this month though. Didnt’ look all into that yet since I need brakes. Ok not the fronts yet, but heck at this price! WHY NOT buy now and have them when your ready to do the job you know?!!. HTH 🙂 Good luck to all who take advantage of some super dirt cheap brake pads/shoes!!! Gotta love MIRs! Just make sure you FOLLOW instructions to the T! Most dont and then wonder why they didnt get the MIR. LOL

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I was wondering where can you purchase this kind of product?

    • Lauralou

Anywhere, really. I’ve seen it at Walmart, Target and sometimes they have auto care products at Walgreens. Probably at Kmart too, but they closed the one down in Vancouver.

      • Craig

Also try Auto Zones, Advance Autos, Murrays, any auto parts stores. Id try to buy at Walmart for that to keep your OOP cost down too. GL
