    Thanks Collin!

  2. jenny

recently when i scanned my cvs card i got a coupon for $4.50 off 1 box of pampers diapers. i used that along with the $2 off coupon from recent paper(dont know which insert) along with 2 of the johnsons and johnsons washes. used 2 $1 off coupons with this. also this week i got a email with a coupon for $5 off $25 cvs purchase. made for really great deal with the $10 ecb i got back for pampers diapers

    • Melissa

I got that same coupon and i used it on Friday before i knew about the $10ECB this week. i’m so upset i missed it, but i still got a good deal last week, but those $10 ecb would have been so nice and i would have saved anoth $4 on the price of the pampers. i wonder if CVS would let me back and get those ecb 😉

      • Melissa

sorry for the typos….i’m trying to type with one hand while holding a sleeping baby 🙂

  3. kate

I think it was last week I scanned my card and got a CRT for $2/$10 baby purchase. This will go awesome with this week’s ECB deal! There was also a survey in my email from the adviser panel and I got $10 ECB for completing it!

    • Laurie

I got that, too. So psyched!!

  4. lily

    Thanks Collin!
Does anyone know/has tried to see if the REGULAR Huggies diapers (non-pullups or goodnites) will work for the ECBs?
    Thank you!

  5. april R.

What’s up with the Nature’s Bounty scenario?? lol FYI there are products for $4.99 and up which can make for a better deal.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I believe the $3 Qs are specifically for Nature’s Bounty YOUR LIFE…that is why she used it in this scenerio. Your Life is more expensive….

  6. april R.

I forgot to mention, also IPs for $5/1 for Nature’s Bounty…c’mon Collin! 🙂

    • Bonnie

Those coupons are only for those that have already purchased products before and entered in the codes. I think Colin is pretty good at setting up scenarios that everyone can follow using basic printable and newspaper coupons!

  7. KellyJ

Went to cvs today. got 2 oral b 123 Reach toothbrushes $3.99 each. Used bogo coupon. also got 500ml of aquafresh rinse . used $1/1 coupon. Final cost $5.68. plus $11.00 Extra care bucks back!! I love when I make money!!

  8. Mike

Is the Quattro Hydro a disposable? Someone posted elsewhere it isn’t, so the $3 wouldn’t work?

    • LeAnna Shaw

I have the quatro coupon…but there is also another $3 off one..for any schick disp razor-which I think is what she is referring to…

      • collin

To my knowledge, the Schick Hydro is NOT disposable so the $3/1 coupon that I originally listed would not work. I will delete it from the deal scenario. Thanks for mentioning this.

        • LeAnna Shaw

I just noticed the my basic schick razor coupon is not valid on disp. either…bummer…I need a good razor deal!!

        • 3bettins

the schick hydro is a disposable and the limit is actually 2!

  9. Sheila

@Mike I don’t think the Quattro Hydro is a disposable @ that price! I doubt you can use the coupon on less you get a clueless cashier.

  10. Chris

I had a question as a new CVSer. Can I ring all the pantene up together and still get ECB for all of them or do I need to ring them up separately.
    Thanks from a newbie

    • sarah

You should be able to ring them together since it is a limit of three.

    • Michelle

You can purchase these all together. Your ECB will be added as 1 ECB though, so if you are buying 3 of the Pantene you would get 1 $3 ECB instead of 3 $1 ECBs. This isn’t a big deal when the ECB is lower value, but if you had a larger ECB sometimes it is harder to make deals to use them to your advantage.

    • Chris

Thanks for all the help! Still learning my way around CVS and Wags.

      • Ana Elisa

You asked the same thing I did a couple weeks back…Isn’t it great how everyone is so willing to supply answers?! I love this place 🙂

  11. Collay

Does anyone know if the Pantene Fusion is included yet? I’d love to be able to use my $2/1 Vocalpoint coupons for them if so!

    • Ana Elisa

My ad in SoCal has a different sale advertised for Fusion/Restorative Pantene. I’d say check your ad 😉

    • Nicole

It is included in my store. I got it today with my $2 coupon.

      • Collay

Thanks Nicole for letting us know! 🙂

    • Sandra

YES, the Nature Fusion Pantene IS included in this deal! I just did it this morning and used two of the $2.00 Vocalpoint coupons. What a deal!

    • Laurie

I did the deal this morning on the Nature Fusion with my two coupons that came from the sample. $.02 OVERAGE for Pantene. Woohoo!

    • LC

Mine was including in Nashville, TN!

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Love CVS, Like generics, HATE CVS Diapers!

The tags fall apart ALL THE TIME! Don’t hold much at all! I will never use them again!

  13. Lauren

what kind of dawn do i need to et for the movie deal

    • crystal

The one featured in the cvs add plus you can use the coupon fron p&g to get 0.50 cents off..

  14. lilia

hi on the nescafe test choiser can i use the b1g1 coupon and the $0.75 coupon( from the site that collin posted ) to purchase two box

    • Shelly T.

Yes, today I used a BOGO coupon and one for 50 cents off with no problem.

  15. Claudine Kreiner

where do you get the all you magazine?

    • Alleyson

      Walmart or get a subscription.

  16. karen

I think your a $1 off on the
    Always Pads (20-48 ct.) or Dri-Liners (68-80 ct.) $5.49
    I think it should 4.49.
    sorry if I’m mistaken

  17. Barbara

Confused the Alvin and chipmunk is 15 off a purchase of 20.00 — does your total have to be 20 after coupons because your subtotal from 25 then coupon making pay 21.00 if not could save more money.

    • JessicaB

No it is $20 before Coupons.

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There’s also a $1 Head and Shoulders coupon in the 3/7 P&G. So it will make it $1 each.

  19. JessicaB

Thank you for the Chipmunks movie deal. I got:

    2- Tide 2x= $11.94 -2/$1= $9.94
    1- Dawn= $.96-1/.25= $.71
    1- Cascade= $2.99-1/.25= $2.74
    1- Charmin Basic= $4.99-1/$1= $3.99
    1- Chipmunks Movie= $24.99- deal= $4.99
    Total: $22.37 – $10ECB from Pampers deal= TOTAL : $12.37

    • Laurie

      This is what I did:

      1- Tide 2x= $5.97 -1/$1= $4.97
      2- Cascade= $5.98-1/$1 off of 2= $4.98
      2- Charmin Basic= $9.98-2/$1= $7.98
      1- Chipmunks Movie= $24.99- deal= $4.99
      Total: $ – $10ECB E-mail survey= TOTAL : $12.92

  20. LeAnna Shaw

Our cvs add also had skintimate shaving cream for 3.99 and 3 back in ecb making it .99-I have a coupon for 1.50 off of 2 s o I would get 2 for 7.98 minus the 3 3ecb it makes if 4.98 and minus 1.50 coupon is appr 3.50-so 1.75 each….does anyone know if that is a good deal? Or should I hold on to the coupon? It does not expire until May 16. Thanks….a bunch!

    • Melissa

Not to me. I like to pay $1 or less for shave cream. Just getting the 1 can is better than getting 2, since you’re only getting 1 $3 ECB in return. I used a $2/1 off the Skintimate Shave Cream from Cosmo (can’t remember if it was March or April issue, I snatched it at the beauty salon waiting to get my hair cut last week!!)

      • LeAnna Shaw

Thanks Melissa…I don’t know why that was not registering w/ me…..I need to wait until I can get a good deal on a b1g1 or when my Grocery does a doubling of higher value coupons(sometimes they-Harris Teeter) do a double any coupon up to 1.99!! So if I bought two-I would get $3 off…and maybe that would be good!

    • jd

I dont buy shaving cream!!! I use the conditioner i usually get for free that i dont like for my hair.
      It works awesome!!!

  21. Sarah B

Thanks for the baby deal ideas – I ran out and did this with my $5 off $25 purchase. I threw in a couple of extra things and payed about $10 and got 10ecb back. It was pretty sweet. 🙂

  22. Blondy

I just got back from my carefully planned CVS shopping trip, where among other things I bought the Irish spring body wash(1) and one soft soap bw(1)(add said limit two)-and two of the mennon deod. that each said limit two. But when I got home-I realized that I did not have all my ECB’s. It put tog the body wash, soft soap, and deoderant and only gave me one $4. ecb. I was going to call them-but happend to be going by again, so I sheepishly walked in-looked at the add….saw it clearly states limit 2 under them. Armed w/ add and my reciepts, I told the man(who was the Asst. Manager) that I thought they shorted me. He said…actually you only get $2. ecbs back if you buy two of the item. And that coperate does not double the ecbs…ie…giveing the 4. It means that I could buy two of the item at the top price…at that price…before ecbs. Well that is nuts-b/c it is not like they are marked down…that much to limit them. But he also said it was misleading and that he would give me $4. ecb’s if I wanted to keep product I still don’t think it makes sense, but I was very pleased that he did not treat me like a nut. Like when I was in target and tried to use my $2 off oral b toothbrushes. They had the 2 pack on clearance,,,3.48..I had a 2$ off of one coupon. I have never had trouble using a coupon on an item that was double-if it say on one. So that would have made 2 toothbrushes 1.48. The single toothbrush was 2.49. costing only .49 a tb. But we use a LOT of tb’s. The cashier said no. So I went back and got the singles..and got 2 toothbrushes (b/c I had two coupons) for .98! How stupid! But if a coupons says $$$$ off of one-and you buy a multi pack..can you not use it that way?
    Thanks for any responses…

    Final Cost FREE!

Sweeeet! I was able to get the last one avail. tonight at my local CVS! I had to drive to 2 of them to find this last one. Good thing too!, had a $8ECB expiring tonight. Wow was that a close one. Trying to keep ontop of this rolling on the ECBs and RR. Hard especially when WGs had a bunch of great deals last week.

Question for you fellow CVSers. =)

A few months ago, I signed my husband up for a card b/c I had read that you could have 1 card per adult, not limiting 1 card per household ( although most of the EB deals do state 1 per “household”).

I used both cards fine for months keeping all of my EBs and CRTs sep. for each card

Then out of the blue, an assistant mgr. at the store closest to me insisted that an email had “come down” from corp. stating that a person could only use 1 card at a time. She clarified that if my husband was with me and used his own card, that was fine or I could use my card OR his card, but not both ( in 2 transactions). However, I can use 1 card and then go to another CVS and use the other one; just more driving for me.

I have never had another cashier or manager say anything about my using 2 cards when my husband is not present and, in fact, I have some friends who said their cashier was telling them that they SHOULD get 2 cards and green bag tags so they could get more deals, etc.

Let me say here that I would never have more than 1 card for each of us and am not a “greedy” coupon shopper. I don’t get doubles on things unless they are items we really use ( hello…diapers!), anyway.

I e-mailed corporate asking their policy and they did say that it is a limit of 1 card per household.

Normally I would just go on what corp. says but wanted to get feedback from you guys 1st and see what your experience has been. Sorry this is so lengthy!

      Thats crap!
I do the same thing all the time–I use mine and my boyfriends. I have NEVER had anyone say anything. I’d just keep trying to use it. Just play stupid if anyone says anything! It works for me! 🙂

LOL, thanks. That’s why I was asking here. As I said, I usually go on corporate (when I am unsure) but since I have heard from so many other associates, etc. that I SHOULD use 2 cards, I had to question it. Not trying to wait until I get an answer I’m happy with, but I also know that 1 answer from corporate is not necessarily correct, either.

Still interested in feedback from others on this matter. General consensus?

I used my husband’s and my card. only in one store one security guard tried to insult me. however, i did not let him go easily. I also told him shut up your foul mouth, non-sense. later, i complained to one of the assistant manager. she was bad. she told me that as we (me and my husband) live together, so, we can only have one card, not two. i knew the store manager was nicer than her but i could not make time to go there again. so, i emailed cvs asking what is the card limit—-if is it one per household—-then how could they know whether a boyfriend or girlfriend’s card——what about if somebody has got card before their marriage——-what about if 4-5 people shared an apartment—–. I got response that it is one per person, not one per household.

Guess it’s who and when you ask then. =( Thanks for the responses ladies!

I didn’t have a $5/$25 coupon, but did the baby products deal today. Got a box of Pampers Cruisers, 2 HUGE pump bottles of CVS brand baby wash and 1 bottle of the CVS vapor bath ( all bath products were on sale for 1.99) and ended up paying under $10 pre-tax for everything.

I have a lot of baby bath on hand, but I’m having a yard sale Sat. and I betcha I can sell what I got today for what I paid for it or at least a buck each which would make the diapers 6.46. Not too bad.
