SCOTCH BRITE Heavy Duty(or Basic) Single Scrubbing Sponge $.84
Use PDF coupon posted earlier and it’s FREE + overage!!

    • Anonymous

Just have to share my recent trip to Walmart…the cashier wouldn’t take ANY of my coupons! I had a couple of travel size products (.97) tried to use $1 off coupons–no go. Scotch wouldn’t take either…they said you can’t get more off for a product than it’s actual price. Since it’s in there policy and every coupon promted a journal message, I couldn’t really argue. Good for you if you’re able to score overage. It is however something they’re working to stop. Enough couponers take advantage of it and soon we’ll see the day that no more coupons will be accepted–period!

I just had the same problem with the sponge coupons. Last week they took them fine, this week wouldn’t take them. Also they would only let me use one $3 off snuggle coupon. Because the fine print says “one coupon per purchase”. Does that mean one coupon per box of dryer sheets purchased or one coupon per checkout??? I’ve never had trouble getting more than one of something and using several of the same coupons at Walmart. Is it my imagination or are places just looking for ways to keep you from using your coupons???

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

stupid cashiers – one coupon per purchase means per item ou purchase, one coupon per transaction means if you have 3 coupons for x amount off of an item and you get 3 items, you can only use one coupon not 3. You’d actually have to ring those items ups in three transactions to use three coupons.
Basically – when a cahsier rings one or more items up and then hits total = that is a transaction. Each item in a transaction is a purchase – read your coupons I bet most of them say one coupon per purchase – it is there to prevent someone from getting lets say 4 bottles of the same jelly and wanting to use only one coupon to get a discount for each jar. So, it says you can only use one coupon per each purchase.

I actually just got back from Walmart… it has been a LONG time since I have taken any coupons to Walmart– and after a few months I give in and try again–BAD IDEA. Thanks Collin for listing the deals but to me the policy at Walmart isn’t clear and definitely isn’t coupon friendly! Tonight it is the end of the month and we LOVE herbal essence so I intended to use the rest of my herbal essence coupons at Walmart. I had to do all the bottles in separate transactions because of the per purchase lingo at the bottom of the coupon– infact ALL my coupons (fruit, dressing, make up) they all had per purchase on them. I think I did 15 total transactions. It was crazy but after I had picked it all out and clipped all the coupons I decided I just would use cash and do individual transactions. I learned my lesson. I will not be doing coupons at Walmart, I only saved 5 cents over going to Walgreens and Walgreens is so coupon friendly here I will just give up the 5 cents!
Thanks again for all the hard work you all do to match the deals… I am saving so much and learning more everyday!

          • Julie

Walmart is so coupon unfriendly! I bought 3 Coffee-Mate creamers today.. I gave her the buy 2 get 1 free coupon and $1 off 2 creamers. She would only take the buy 2 get 1 free coupon she says the cannot be cominbed, however neither coupon said cannot be combine with another coupon/offer. It really wasn’t worth arguing over so I took my $1 coupon back and decided I would not be shopping at Walmart again with coupons.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I work for Wal-mart in the Grocery dept. Our store policy is one coupon per purchase.. meaning one coupon per item. so you can buy 20 snuggle sheets with 1 coupon per box…all on the same ticket. The problem is that Wal-Mart has ZERO real training, therefore none of the cashiers have the same information. you can print a copy of the Wal-mart policy at walmart.com and take it with you. And don’t be afraid to ask for a CSM to come over. Not only will you most likely get the purchase you worked hard to get, but the cashier will learn the correct policy. haha look at it as “coupon training”! LOL

          • Nicole T

I went to Wal-Mart last night and was using coupons from the internet and the cashier told me they no longer except internet coupons that are printed in black and white, the coupons need to be in color. I was so mad! I will not be shopping at Wal-Mart anymore!

      • michelle

Went to Wal-mart today and bought trial size tide with $1.00 coupons. The register did beep but they were real nice, another cashier came over and then they called a manager. I have purschased the same thing previously at Wal-mart. The manager just had them override the coupon and there was no problem. It however, would be easier if these trial sizes were $1.00 as the the register dosen’t recognize the coupon when the item is less than the amount. I’m not so sure the trial size idea works, it seems as if you get a whole bunch of small size items and a whole lot of cashiers trying to figure this out. Just my opinion. I did buy Hershey bliss candy bars on sale for .64 with a coupon of .55. They told me they were discontinuing this item so, If you have coupons get over to Wal-mart and use these before they are gone!

    • Sandy

I’m ready for a new update. Most of the coupons are gone on these. I need to get on the stick and check on here sooner!

    • robyn

the only ones i see are $1 off “green” something and $2 off 24 pack.

  2. Dee

Is there a certain zip code to use? I don’t get the McCormick Taco Seasoning coupon…any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    • Jackie

I printed it yesterday and I didn’t see it today. Must be gone…darn!

  3. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Same here on the McCormick, what zip code?

    • Jackie

I printed it yesterday and I didn’t see it today. It must be gone…darn!

      • Rachael

BUMMER! Thanks for letting us know Jackie! 🙂

If you managed to snag the Classico coupons that were available a little while back here is how the deal worked…

Buy one Classico White Sauce get a Classico Red Sauce Free = $1.98 for both
Use the $1.50 off Classico Sauce coupon

    Final cost $0.48 each

Throw in 3 Scotch Brite sponges with the old $1 off 1 coupon and use the overage to score free sauce! Just pay taxes…or like I did throw in a few more sponges for the overage to help with the tax.

I love when coupon work for ya!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I read you can not combine the two coupons, because the way it is coded it attached to two jars (not one). So the second coupon beeps, because there is nothing to attach to.

  5. Rachael

I cannot find the McCormick coupons anywhere either!

  6. S GP,TX

GRAND PRAIRIE,TX WALMART WERE SO RUDE THEY ARE NOT TAKING COUPONS
    FROM HOME PRINTERS. NOT COOL!!!!!

    • Rachael

I was told at my local grocery stores that internet coupons will soon be “banned” – for now they’ve all stopped taking any internet coupon for a free product, whether its FREE or BUY ONE GET ONE… So, it’s not just you! 🙁

      • Jennifer S

Yes 2 of my local grocery stores have done this too. Ugh! But I try anyways some cashiers will still let them go thru others won’t.

        • Rachael

It’s frustrating when you KNOW its legit because you just printed it from the company’s website, I guess I can see where they’re coming from because if someone is going to forge a coupon they’d make it for free. BUT, when he told me that ALL internet coupons would soon be “BANNED” I was very upset… I think they should come up with a better system and not just ban them, but oh well. We’ll have to get a petition going, LoL! 🙂

          • Jennifer S

That is very smart to start a petition. Yes to ban all internet coupons is a bit much. I’m sorry you are having problems I hope they fix it for you.

    • Tammy K

Most walmarts are banning IP coupons, although corporate hasn’t changed their coupon policy, but it may be changed soon though. Thank goodness Safeway and King Sooper’s are so awesome about Coupons including IP’s.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Same here. Walmart by my house doesn’t take Internet coupons even if it scans. Target, Walgreens and CVS are way better. As long that the coupon scans you’re good.

  7. Lisa

Anyone know if Walmart carries the Snuggle dryer sheets and how much they cost?

    • Jennifer S

I just got some yesterday and used my $3 coupon and had to pay $0.48 each for a 70 sheet pack.

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Went to walmart yesturday and they had travel size (2pk) bic disposable razors for $ .97, i used my $2/1 bic disposable coupon 🙂

  9. Amber

I went to WalMart today and was told by their customer care manager that they only accept coupons from 2 internet sites. I was trying to use the $1 off Scott Brite and $1.25 off White Cloud Toilet/Paper Towels and she said I couldn’t since they didn’t come from coupons.com or smartsource.com. I politely informed her what WalMart’s coupon policy states, and she said that “that is their overall store policy, but each store can be different”. I stood my ground and told her that as a consumer I have a right to use any LEGITIMATE internet coupon, which is in sync with their corporate coupon policy. She ended up giving it to me, but not without huffing about how they won’t be reimbursed. Honestly, I hardly go to WalMart and when I do I always encounter this. Forget it. I am sticking to Target.

  10. Mom of 3

Scored a great deal today at my local Wal-Mart. They have their 20 pack of Fiber One bars on clearance for $3.00, regularly $7.98. It is a thicker box, looks like a Sam’s Club-type find. I also had a $0.40/1 printable (plus there have been several in the inserts) that I used. Well, it rang up at $2.00!!!! Final cost, $1.60 for 20 Fiber One bars! Woohoo, or should I say, peeeww! 😀

  11. Kelly

I don’t use internet coupons anymore. Because it seems that most stores are limiting or not accepting them anymore. Kroger and Walmart have always given me a hard time with these. Kroger won’t accept “free” coupons that look like they were printed online either. I had a “free diet dr pepper” coupon I got in the mail and they refused it because it looks like a printable.
I can never get the trial size items to work either. Even at Target!! I hear about how all of these people get these products for free, but they always refuse it for me!! What am I doing wrong??

  12. michelle

Wanted to let everyone who dosen’t get the magazine All You at Wal-mart to run right out and buy one, or get a subscription. I just picked one up at Wal-mart today for $2.24 and it is filled with coupons, some buy one get one. I just used a bygo on Nivea lip along with a $1 off on some products at Wags, they were on sale for $2.39 so I got two lip care for $1.39. I kept reading about this magazine so I finally made a note to try to find it the next time I was in the store. It is awesome.
