I had to call and get my $3 credit because an email to me said that the $12.95 is a flat rate and they wouldn’t change it. That doesn’t make any sense that they would want to charge more for shipping than what it states on their page and the subtotal before applying the discount. Also, my items were on backorder and I didn’t find this out until I called for my credit today. We’ll see when the plants get here (it’ll almost be 3 weeks since ordering according to the estimates) if I’ll be shopping with them again!
First off, Collin is amazing to post so many fabulous deals for all of us! I took advantage of this $20 off $20 purchase and spent $7.95 cents shipping on Eight 3″ ground cover plants, called Dragon’s Blood Sedum (sounds gross, but I guess looks pretty when blooming). I just got my plants, they were in great condition. I will say though, that I expected the plants to be 3″ round and they weren’t. If you imagine a little 6-pack of tiny annuals you can buy for a few bucks, this was equivalent to an 8-pack. I think If I saw this plant at Lowes or Home Depot in the same quantity for $8, I probably would have passed on it. Hope this helps! 🙂
Hi, I was charged $12.95 shipping. I called the customer service and she said when I applied the $20 off $20 coupon then the flat rate $12.95 applied. She wouldn’t give me the credit back.
For those who are successful getting the $3.00 credit back, how did you do it?
I paid a total of $16.61 for 2 small Blueberry plants which are on the way to southern California.
