How did Bernice get the coupon to reset? I did the same thing. I had a flash drive in my usual spot that my printer is in and then when I plugged the printer back in the print status was saying “spooling-printing” and it never printed. Now I don’t see it in my print q at all, and I’m totally bummed as well :*( Help!
