    This is great!
    My youngest daughter loves these.
She has them spread out all over the living room right now,
but has been wanting some new pets to add to the family!

FYI…when TRU previously had My little Pony B1G1, everyone went crazy b/c there was a B1G1 coupon. I spoke to TRU corporate offices, and they said their policy is to NOT take any coupons when offering a sale. She said that there was going to be a inside investigation on the stores that were accepting the coupons against this policy (I’m sure that never happened) Now, I know that many people use the Q’s (they wrote it all over the place on blogs) however, I just wanted you to be forwarned that if a sale does come, don’t be surprised if the store doesnt take your coupons.

So are you saying that they do take coupons if the item isn’t on sale? That would be odd. They’re getting reimbursed either way.

I don’t know if it’s true, but I’ve heard that some of the Toys R Us sales are promotions at least partially sponsored by the manufacturer. If that’s true, the manufacturer may not reimburse them for coupons they accept during the BOGO event since the manufacturer is already offering a discount, but would honor the coupons when the item is regular priced.

But if that’s not really the case then you’re right, it doesn’t make much sense.

        • Erin

Almost all store promotions of any kind are sponsored in some way by the manufacturer–from the ones at the grocery store to those at Target–so I don’t see why the manufacturer would even issue a coupon during a promotion if they didn’t want you to use it. Seems like it’s just asking for trouble. Likewise, I’m not sure that manufacturers know exactly when their coupons are being used, thus I don’t know how they can refuse to reimburse for items purchased at the “wrong” time. Stores don’t have to submit their coupons for processing immediately. I worked in a grocery store that submitted them every few months.

true. Two things: 1. The little pony coupon said that it could not be combined with another offer (paraphrasing).
      2. Toys R Us and Baby R Us say that you cannot use a coupon when buying stuff on promotion e.g. Store sales when something is B1G1 free. I had found that this to be YMMV.

There’s also a Garnier Nutrioniste Rite Aid Video Values, by the way. It’s a loooong ad, though!

Thank you!!! My daughter loves LPS!!!!

Great coupon with or without a B1G1 sale. I’m sure it will go fast!

  7. Lori

i’ve seen these on clearance a lot at Target, so if Toys ‘R Us won’t take towards their BOGO sale you can probably score a good deal there. definitely worth printing and holding on to either way!

even at full price, this is a great coupon, i buy these at full price all the time..actually my husbands exact words were “if you buy any more LPS we will be getting DIVORCE” haha:) the girls have two clear bins with lids full of them, but hey, there are new pets all the time!!!

My daughters and I just went to Target to use this coupon. My youngest daughter bought two of them for 4.98 each and the coupon scanned fine and took off the correct amount and we paid 4.98 for both. My other daughter had her own money and bought two of them , but also bought a bigger LPS thing for for 9.99. When they scanned her coupon it took of the 9.99!!! Wow – was my daughter happily surprised!

    • Lori

wow that’s a great deal they took the $9.99 off, just might have to try that one tomorrow and hope they didn’t fix the glitch yet. i have 7 B-day parites within the next few weeks and desperately need nice inexpensive gifts!
