I ordered the learn to read kindergarten-2nd grade but on the requirements it doesnt say that windows xp or vista is compatable. I hope it still works(crossing my fingers).

I purchased the Hooked on French deluxe version, and was SO excited to teach my children another language! I received both a purchase confirmation AND a shipping confirmation, and then today I received an email stating they have no more in stock, and have canceled that portion of my order. I am SO upset. I tried to email the company back, but am not sure it will get anywhere. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
