I tried to place an order that was around $13, when I put in the DR10 code it did nothing. I called the customer service number and they said that coupon code has to be on orders over $ 25. What am I doing wrong? I am new to this website. Thx

customer service was correct, the first few hours the code was released it worked for 10 off 10, then they changed it to 10 off 25

Glad everyone got their deal! I am waiting for mine also… Just wanted to say that I can’t believe some of us are placing 20 plus orders for ourselves. I appreciate you Colin and all you do for us. I just wish you would remind everyone not to abuse companies by placing multiple orders and causing the company to pull the code. This will prevent them from offering these deals in the future.
Wow the excess orders seems a bit unfair, but anyway. I placed one order per code that would work (2). I received my packages yesterday. Thanks, Colin. I emailed the company about the third code not working and it appears that they are going to change things so that they are not cheated out of so much money with people going overboard with the codes. That is unfortunate. The products are great and at a reasonable price. My two codes got me Aquaphor, 2 boxes of bags for stinky clothes/diapers, and 5 or 6 (can’t rem emeber right now) things of hand soap.
To place one order is fair enough,that is why the code was given out, muliple orders when people know in their heart it’s wrong is abuse and pure greed. Retailers give the codes out to attract people to their site to shop with them in future, they won’t have a future the way some people carry on.
Actually, what will most likely happen is that Hip2Save will be the one to stop posting these codes because people (like you) griping about placing multiple orders. It won’t be the faults of those placing the multiple orders, all those people have done is come on here and said “thanks Collin I got all my orders today”. Its the other people who say they have “morals” and “how wrong it is” that is making a fuss on here and creating problems. Those people are creating controversy and most likely making Collin feel guilty or something and in turn will not post deals like this in the future. Just my observation. People placing multiple orders are on here saying thank you, people opposed to mutiple orders are on here starting “fights”. Like in the other post “mind your own business”.
People seems to be upset about but how the codes are being used and the telling others how to “misuse” the codes. HTS seems to be a fairly ethical site to visit However, some of the postings describe in detail how to “get around the computer system” like setting up multiple email accounts, changing names, using business email address, changing birthdays. Even HTS implies making one order “You should easily be able to score a couple items for only a few dollars (or less) shipped!” Despite what anyone wants to admit this kind of business transaction is counter to what Medco advertises on their website. No one knows for sure if people are really getting one or 20+ orders so some it may just be talk, In the end, I think most people just want to feel like HTS is a place where you can get useful and “above board” information to get good deals. Most people just want honest information about deals.
Why is everyone so worried about other people’s good deals. Hey there are hard times for everyone and if I can find a good deal on items that I use everyday than I am buying them up, because it saves me and my family money in the long run. There are times I miss out on deals and thats ok to me if someone else had benefited from a deal that I may not have, because I have run across many deals myself. I have two little girls and anything I can do to help my family get by I will (I mean as far as saving money and spending time looking through coupons, and clearance isles) so I don’t see the big deal that is being made on this blog. We are all on this site to get good deals and save ourselves money, so to the people who maybe get more so what??? Times are hard and I know myself if I see diaper on clearance I am buying as many as I can because maybe the next time I am out of diapers I may not have the money. My family lives pay check to pay check as many others and I am only doing what I can as a homemaker to make up for living on one income. It bothers me to see how these blogs are turning this is all supposed to be postive, because at one point we are all getting good deals thanks to Collin and her dedication to her site. So lets not forget why we all are here FOR THE DEALS!! Thanks again Collin
People are not griping about people using the code to get a great deal or missing out on a deal. They’re simply stating that the abuse and misuse of the code will prevent others from being able to take advantage of these good deals in the future. Medco’s intent was to offer a promo code to attract new customers that will hopefully become loyal customers. Their intent was not to stock anyone’s shelves at their expense.
Before anyone says check out the mind your business post, this is everyone’s business as it will surely have an impact on this company extending offers to new customers in the future. I work with small and large businesses and I can assure you that they are in the business of making money not giving it away.
How can I become a member of Medco? Do I have to have Insurance ?
No, you just go to the site and when you go to place an order they will have you sign up.

I know on the original post about the last code people were just going on and on. Obviously trying to stir things up…I had already thought that school was out and teens are home alone…and bored! Then one poster that was being blatantly rude to everyone mentioned she was 13….then it all made since. It is just kids being bored…

I am glad to see that everyones orders are coming in. I can’t wait for mine to come in today if the tracking is correct.I bought some cool natural soap(3.5 oz) that I would not have paid $7.99 a piece for.My son also got some of the shampoo he likes at $14.00 a bottle paid $10.03 for 2 bottles.
I’m so looking forward to the mail today for my orders are scheduled to arrive! I really like that some are posting what they ordered. It helped me the other day when placing my order. I am low on Q-tips and it never came to mind until I saw someone else’s post. I will be getting 1750 Q-tips for $1.98, a bottle of L’Oreal Revitalift Creamy Face Cleanser, a cannister of Lysol wipes for $1.65 and a Bed Buddy for $3.28. Actually a majority of the people placing multiple orders are coming here with the intention of stirring up controversy. “Whoo hoo! I got 22 orders with multiple email addresses” is not the same as saying “Awesome, I got a great deal, thanks for posting the codes Collin” esepcially when they know that’s a violation of Medco’s terms of service. We should just stop giving the “trolls” what they want and that’s attention. I think Medco will stop issuing the codes before any of the bloggers have a chance to stop posting them.
People are trying to save money, people are going behind Medco’s back and taking them for what they can. At the very least, people abusing the system are cheap and cheats.
I have noticed that several people on here are curious about the status of their order. You can go to the medco site, log-in, click on ‘my account and it will show you past orders. Within those past orders is a ups tracking number for each order….it is also a link. Click on it and it will tell you when your order was sent…where it is now…and when it will arrive. Hope this helps.
Hey I’m 17 🙂 I enjoy Colin’s website it gives me a chance to learn the real value of money and how to keep most of it. And thanks so much for this deal. I got to buy all my makeup and hair needs in the 3 orders I placed ( FIRST10, MHS10, and DR10 ) My mom placed 3 too. She was so excited cause she got her vitamins and lotion for little of nothing. It’s just me and my mom know since my dad died and I’m truly grateful when deals like this come around because there is just some things in the store that you are never low enough or we can treat our selves too. I got mine this morning(in oregon) i got 2 neosporin plus pain relief max strength .5 oz and 2 wet and wild nail polishes for my self for only 1.35 shipped that was the best deal (besides being free) that i have found yet being a newbie and all I am so excited and standing by for one of my kids to scrape their knee which happens like 5 times a day lol thanks collin!!!!!!

Just got my order!! Was happy to see UPS man. Called Medco and told them what a great company they are and what fast service they provided. Phone rep was very nice…
our orders arrived today…i only had 1 99 cent order because i purchased stuff i normally need and can’t get with coupons, so i received 3 cottonelle wipes, tub cerave cream, selson blue shampoo, 2 degree mens deodorants, 2 circle of friends detangler, 1 24 count swiffer wet refills, 3 edge shave gels and 3 skinsosoft save gels, 4 of those disgusting axe sprays my son ordered for a total of 39.42. I consider this a great deal, and am thrilled with the service and the post! Most of our liquids were shrink wrapped to avoid spillage, the cerave wasn’t and had a bit of a mess that i easily cleaned up. the lids had popped off the shave gels but no mess and that is fine. I will order from medco many times in the future, thanks collin for the great deals.
OMG…would you believe that I looked up my tracking information today (b/c I thought my shipment should have been here by now) and the UPS SENT IT TO THE WRONG PLACE! It says “arrived at unit” and then says “miss shipped”! It’s not like I live under a rock or anything! I also live in a house and not an apartment! I looked up where they sent it, and it’s 2 HOURS (80 MILES) from MY LOCATION! grrrrr…:(
I wouldn’t get your panties in a knot over people using the codes to get the deals multiple times using additional accounts etc… Medco is likely not going to change how they do business as a result. I know this because at one point they had a $20 off your order coupon code. Medco is a big corporation, they are aware of what “scams” people will try to do. Let them do the policing and stop getting offended and worried about other people’s actions. Instead, spend your energy and get out there and find some great coupon/shopping deals to share with the rest of us!
So it’s ok to take advantage of them because they’re a large company? Um no. Large companies need to make a profit too. They’re obviously changing the way they do business because a few people had their orders cancelled for overuse of the codes and they increased the minimum purchase price for the coupon codes. I’m sure drugstore.com went through these same kind of issue before they decided to just make shipping free with a $25 purchase. I don’t see them offering many $10 off of $10 coupons these days.
Anyway, when Medco offered the $20 off coupon it wasn’t posted on 20+ different sites and again it was for new customers. I don’t even think most people here or anywhere else had even heard of Medco Healthstore until these codes were posted all over the internet recently. In any event, people are going to do what they want to do, right or wrong, and we won’t be offered these great deals in the future.
I got my order yesterday. Like Colin, I ordered the bodywash and the bar of soap. Total was only supposed to be $1.07, but when I checked my account, the charge was for $10.00. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Check your account and make sure that you were charge appropriately.
Got my boxes yesterday, here in NY. Ordered various E.L.F. and Cover Girl cosmetics. ELF had a deal that if you buy 10 items, you get $5 off your order plus the $10 off deal too. PUrchased 19 products and they all came, some are for my almost 13 yo daughter who is just starting to apply makeup.
