question- I have been using the $1 off coupon off any Johnson and Johnson product many times toward free buddies soaps. I thought this was okay, until (I am a total airhead I guess) today I read on one of them the small print that says “Excludes trial size and buddies products” Now I feel horrible!!!
I think they’ve only recently added that fine print.
I just wanted to ask has anyone else done this and thought it was all right?
I think the coupons have just recently added that part. I’ve seen the coupon freguently listed as a way to get the Buddies free.
I agree with Elaine—-it’s just recently that they’ve added the wording on the coupon stating it can’t be used on Bath Buddies.
So April, you mostly likely did not misuse your coupon! I used to get the free soap bars with the older coupons too. They’ve just outsmarted us now!!! lol
I think it is best to use the coupon as stated and NOT buy the buddy bars. Lets keep it honest so we don’t give couponers a bad name. You could always buy the budddy bars as a filler, or when you are on a trip buying all “free’ things….I like to have some kind of a total when I coupon… lol…I feel silly when I get a ton of stuff and pay nothing..I know, I’m a dork. 😉
