@ Tara, I would call the corporate office in your city and explain the problem. I had won 5.00 off during the last promotion a few months back but it would not show up on my card. They seem to be really helpful and could possibly sort it out for you right over the phone.

I won free Crystal Light last time and I tried to redeem it this weekend. It didn’t come off my receipt and the customer service was already closed for the day. I have always wondered if the coupons I load to my Kroger card really come off my bill, but I usually just load them “in case” I wind up buying the products. Does anyone know??
