They clean great and the blue ones smell great. However, the sheet got caught up in my husband’s khakis and left a fabric softener stain in the form of a long line. 🙁 I am still trying to get it out. I have just been using them for towels now.
I didn’t really care for them. My clothes weren’t especially clean or soft. A shirt I wore after washing in this made me itchy so ended up washing everything over in my usual detergent.
I used them and ruined a LOT of my clothes, fabric softener stains all over half my wardrobe, I will NEVER use these again.
I’m not a fan, I have HE front loaders and they say specifically on the package they’re HE safe however – they can get sucked into the filter quite easily which is what happened. A pricey repair, not worth it. I thought it was just bad luck but turns out it happened to our neighbors as well 🙁 They do smell nice but i’d rather stick with my liquid.
Heck I still have mine from the first time. Not sure if it works or not still questioning that myself.
I’ve actually purchased these and I love them.
I got the sample a while back and a great coupon. I waited for them to go on sale. They finally did and I bought them for a pretty decent price…(maybe 4 dollars). I think they smell awesome and clean great. To save money, I cut the sheets in half, unless it’s a really dirty load.
So can you do 1/2 sheet in a full load of not-so dirty laundry your saying? Or we talking like a med. load?
the agitation of your washer gets most clothes clean without soap anyway, unless they are really dirty or stained. i use just enough soap to get my clothes smelling fresh, like a tablespoon or two, and i use one (regular) dryer sheet per two loads so i’d imagine a half purex sheet per full load would be fine.
I’ve heard that you can wash your clothes up to 7 x’s without adding soap because of what’s left in your laundry. Maybe with the newer wshers that isn’t as true.
Washers do get build up yes. The HE formula rinses a bit cleaner than the other, I run the tub cleaner cycle once a week or so depending on the laundry traffic, but I know in my old agitator washer I had to be careful because if I added the “correct” amount of soap each time it’d bubble over from the leftover.
I guess I’m outnumbered but I don’t like them at all.
I agree with you Tracey – I did not like these at all. I don’t feel like they got the laundry clean like my beloved Tide and there wasn’t a good smell when the clothes came out of the dryer. I’m glad I was able to try them before I spent the money. IMO, they are not worth it.
I am with you. They are extremely convenient and worked well, but my laundry came out stiff and not fluffy at all 🙁
I sent for the free sample in march too but never got it , not ging to waste my time this time.
ugh, i bought these when they first came out thinking it was gonna be a miracle worker to my family of 5 (which 4 are girls so you can only imagine my laundry pile) and it cleaned good but by the time the wash was done it had washed off the static cling strip so i had to use a dryer sheet neways 🙁
I love these, well like a lot. as Jenn said they don’t make the clothes smell very yummy… Good thing I got close to free Snuggle from when that high value coupon came out. Despite that fact though, I really do enjoy these laundry sheets. They’re very easy to use and I think they clean great.
I also wanted to mention that recently I’ve noticed these samples being sold in store for $.99. I mean literally the same thing I got in the mail! I thought it was funny , but I guess not really that bad of a deal since it comes with the dollar off coupon essentially making them free i guess….. still weird though.
These worked great for my lil family! My husband and I first purchased them before we got samples for them. They work marvelously on his heavily(And I mean heavily) soiled clothes. Plus my daughter and I have very sensitive skin and this didn’t have any harsh side effects. After I had my daughter I had a severe skin reaction to Tide. It was horrible!
My husband swears by these. And I wish I could find them at the price I get my All Detergent (99 cents after cpns) but I’ll spend a little extra on this I guess since my husband loves it! I actually requested the sample awhile back and gave it to him like it was a present. LOL!
I hated these. It left marks on all my clothes. totally ruied a pair of work pants. So mad. I threw the rest of the smaples away
Not truly crazy about them, but they sure are handy to keep around for camping trips and trips to the beach and wash clothes THERE instead of lugging wet/dirty clothes home or taking other detergents with…
I do not like these at all!!! I got the last two pack sample. My husband’s shirt was ruined in the first load and before I realized it, I washed another load and my daughter’s dress was ruined. Something from the sheet rubbed off on the clothes in one big spot and then drys in the dryer and hardens. You can not get it off.
LOVE THEM!
I thought they made my clothes smell great at first, then found out they left stains all over my work khakis 🙁
