New Target Deals: P.F. Chang’s Frozen Meals & FREE Purina ONE Smartblend!
Here are two more Target deals:
First, Michelle found lots of frozen food on clearance at Target. Once deal to note is on the PF Chang’s Sweet and Sour Chicken and Shrimp in Garlic sauce frozen meals. They are on clearance for just $3.74– down from $7.49. And even sweeter, you can use the $2/1 coupons from here or here to score a meal for ONLY $1.74!
Also, one of Julia’s Readers over at The Frugal Find spotted an awesome deal! She found a shelf filled with 6 oz trial size bags of Purina ONE Smartblend Dog Food priced at only $1. Even sweeter, you can use the $1/1 Target coupon from here or the $2/1 coupon from the 6/27 SS (will have to be adjusted down) to get these FREE!
I have to chuckle when I see these. Whenever I go to my local store, the deals aren’t there. Sadly, there are regional on the clearance items.
The Chang coupons – 1st link gave me $1/1 and the 2nd link said I had already printed but I have not.
Petsmart had the trial sized cat food for .50 a bag. I was able to get $4.50 overage for my dog’s food.
The Purina coupon from Target.com WILL beep, but everything adds up on the coupon when my cashier looked over it.
I have found the dog food trial size bags at Target but no luck finding the cat food ones except at Wags but they are $1.99 there so only one bag free not 2 free like Target. I’m going to ck petsmart now, didn’t know they took coupons. Thanks!
My Target did not have the purina one brand either, but i purchased my normal brand (purina indoor formula) and the coupon worked. It was 3.57 and I used the 2.00 Q. Nice deal ๐
i also only received a $1 off Chang”s
Ran into another Hip2Saver at my Target yesterday who pointed out that the bags have a $1 off coupon inside of them as well!!!! The coupon says to use it on a 4lb bag or larger, but they go through on the small packs without beeping.
Thanks Barb at http://www.frugalcouponresources.com !!!!!
I think this is taking advantage. Knowingly using a coupon that you KNOW is not for the item purchased is like stealing.
Oh shut up. (eye roll) Sometimes I use Huggies Little Snugglers coupons on Huggies Snug and Dry too. Boo hoo.
the stores that start giving problems to take coupons are the ones that people have previously given ones they shouldnt have. if you give a store a coupon that you shouldnt have, the manufacturer will send it back and they wont get the $. So it IS stealing… and it makes life harder for those with coupons afterwards
You are so snarky…I bet you clear shelves off too….
Were do you find these? Are the right in the dog food isle…I went today and I didn’t see them.
Yes, they were right in the dog food aisle. I had a $1/1 coupon from a sample I just received in the mail so I had no problems.
I found these in the dollar section at my Target.
I found dog food in dog food section but they would not let me use it. They refused to scan it too. They said not good on small size. I asked where does it say that. She says it doesn’t but that it what they meant. Uh??? I didn’t feel like arguing. Just told her that maybe Target should put what they mean on the coupon then. Ugh. Those were the managers too.
On a happier note, I did get my PF Changs! 2 bags! : )
I had an awful experience with them yesterday as well. They would not let me use my $1 off coupon for a trial size of tide. Even though the coupon clearly states $1 off ANY ONE SIZE. They treated me awful. I should also mention that my purchase was over $40 and I was only using 4 coupons, so I wasn’t even trying to have a free transaction.
So sorry, that is just wrong, why treat someone rudely when you’re just trying to save a few bucks!
I went to Super Target today and had a grouchy cashier. She wasn’t sure how to do some BOGO Q’s I had and was having a hard time. She kept running my items over the scanner and deducting them over and over again. I did two transactions and she was having a fit, although is was 8:30 a.m. and no one else was in line. She kept saying “now my whole day is ruined”. I just kept apologizing for having “coupons” and “ruining her day”. I left thinking I had paid too much for the items and sure enough when I got home she had overcharged me! I must have happened when she kept running the items over the scanner. Then I wasn’t sorry for using my “coupons” and “ruining her day”!
One bad experience won’t stop me from saving money, there will be another deal in the horizon.
