I wonder if each of my two girls would count as a “customer”. If only one could get one, the other wouldn’t be too happy. Hmmm…..

There’s no coupon to print though, hope they know about the promotion, I hate when you have to explain a promotion to their own store!

I just called my local store and she did say you have to have the coupon…but there is not coupon to print, it is the same picture that collin has on the website…I was curious if someone was able to find the coupon to print…I also asked if my 3 kids would be able to get a cookie and the lady didn’t really know…She said i could print 4 and try…Not the answer I wanted…Does anyone know?

In Central Illinois, our Cookies by Design said you have to buy a cookie on astick then you can get this one free.

Good to know. Always best to call I’m learning.

in rockford,il you have to buy $25 worth of stuff to get 1 free cookie. what a waste!

I just went into my nearest CBD here in SE Michigan and the lady said that she thought the promotion was only going on around the 4th of July. Then she looked it up online and said I had to have a coupon. That I have to fill out my info and then bring the coupon in and then get the cookie. They didn’t even think they had any flip-flop cookies left – then they found 1. ? In the freezer maybe? Who knows. Will try again.

I called the one in southgate and the lady said it was good and it was free. but you had to have the coupon which i couldn’t figure out how to print…so the promotion is good at that locations, but couldn’t print it…

Just called my local store. They said that each store can do the promotion however they want and my store has chosen to offer the flip flop cookies as a buy one get one free deal. One cookie is $5! Not a deal at all if you ask me! We are not going anymore.
This is the Long Beach, CA store

I went with a friend and we each got a free cookie. By the way the girl behind the counter acted, I think we were the first ones to ask for them at that store.

In OK, we went and the lady said that she had just found out about the promotion today and that they were starting it tomorrow so she didn’t have any flip-flop cookies. But she let us pick out any other stick cookie that we wanted..Didn’t have to print anything out. She just took my info and gave me a cookie. (the cookies aren’t very good, so if you missed the deal, you didn’t really miss much ๐Ÿ™‚ )

My store in Beaverton Oregon did not honor the free cookie but they said they would do a buy one get one free which the cookies are $7.50 each but since I had already promised it to my girls I had to get two. My littlest one didn’t want the cookie on a stick so she gave her $1.50 one for free on top of the bogo stick cookie.

I went into the Rockford shop and got the cutest cookie, it wasn’t on a stick and all I had to do was buy a mini cookie and got the flip flop free! By the way Rockford cookies rock!!They are the best I have ever had and I travel a lot.

Each shoppe handles the coupon differently. Check with the store in your area. Some are totally free, some you have to buy a minimum dollar amount, some are buy one, get one free, and some shoppes are not participating at all. Each shoppe is independently owned and operated so they can choose to participate at their own discretion.

i went into the long beach location, and i had no problem getting free flip flop cookies. mine was really delicious. i had 4 kids in tow, so I didn’t think they would let me get a free cookie for all of them. i bought 5 for $5 each and they gave me 5 matching ones. it’s a lot of cookie!!!

i don’t know if y’all know this, but their cookies are $7 OR $8 a piece usually. i bought a bouquet (it had 7 or 6 cookies) last year and it was over $50. my client raved about it for a good 6 months. expensive but well worth the price. so, $2.50 per cookie is a deal.

    Hello!
I am a manager at the Virginia Beach Cookies by Design and we have no strings attatched! As long as we keep up with supply, each customer gets one favor-size flip flop cookie just for coming in and seeing our wonderful shop ๐Ÿ˜€

I’m sorry so many have had to experience the confusion caused by a corporate web site and independent stores, but I can only speak for myself and the store I run. We love any promotion that gets customers in our door and seeing our smiling faces and smelling fresh baked cookies.
