Collin, you’d need to buy 5 bottles to equal $25 not 4. I know…such a great deal that you were typing it so fast because you were so excited. 🙂

  2. julie

ive tried to find the redplum coupon, even using the mentioned zipcode with NO luck 🙁

    • Jane

      what red plum coupon?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I can’t find it either……must of been an old one.

    • tammy - LadySavings

For some reason to see the Rite Aid coupon, you need to type Redplum.com in your address bar instead of going thru a link. You can then type the above zipcode or type Rite Aid in the search box. You should then be able to see it.

      • Mrs. B

        thanks…that worked for me!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      It was a P & G coupon $2 from August 1

“Get a $10 Rite Aid gift card from the Oral Care Single Check Rebate (when you buy $25 or more of select oral care products)” – Is this BEFORE or AFTER coupons offer?

    • Olivia Smith

This is before coupons…. I have ALWAYS used coupons and then submitted the SCR and gotten the full value back! 🙂

  4. Olivia Smith

Wow- this is a great deal….but you’re right you have to buy 5 of them… 🙂

Just FYI, when I went in and bought 4 of these bottles (for $20), the register person accidentally rang up the 4th bottle twice, so until she voided it off, the register screen showed that I’d purchased 5 of these and the fifth one did not ring up at $5, it rang up at the full $6.79 or whatever the 1L size usually costs. So I’m not entirely sure that the above scenario will work quite the way it’s listed. Maybe others will have better luck getting 5 for $25. Just something to watch for.

    • rebecca

another blog I follow suggesting doing 4 of the crest mouthwash and 1 listerine mouthwash. pay $25.99 before coupons, 10.99 after coupons, get 10 scr and qualify for the $10 gc.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

which listerine mouthwash? I have a coupon for $1 off listerine oral care wondering if I could apply that to sweeten the deal to get the GC.

    • tammy - LadySavings

I got 5 last night and they all rang up $5 each…and I was in a hurry so I really didn’t pay attention when I was there, but after reading your comment I went and checked my receipt.

  7. Kelly

Wow, what a great deal! Is anyone not planning on doing this and would be willing to send me their coupons? I’ll even reimburse postage!

    • Taxpayer

Lots of great coupons in this Sunday’s paper. Instead of paying postage for a few coupons, spend a little more and buy a few extra copies of the paper. That’s what we are going to do.

  8. Rita

I’m confused – fine print in rebate booklet states: “Rebate based on actual price paid (after any and all coupons are used). Sounds like you’d have to pay the full $25 to get the $10 gc – anyone know for sure?

    • Nancy

I am sure. I did another deal like it last week that said the same thing. I used coupons on it and already submittied for the giftcard with no problems.

  9. Mitch

And I thought I was getting a deal at CVS with these $2 coupons and the extrabucks deal they had! I didn’t make a profit like the Rite-Aid deal! But I am learning to be grateful rather than greedy. i did well enough!
    Thanks!

  10. Pam

I already earned the $10 Rite Aid gift card from the Oral Care Single Check Rebate last week. Can I do it again? I thought it was one SCR per household/wellness card. I’m confused. 🙁

    • Alea

It is my understanding you can only earn the $10 oral card giftcard once, but you should still be able to get the $10 SCR.

      • Pam

Thanks Alea & Nan for your help!

        • Pam

sorry, I meant thanks to Alea and Mrs. B!

  11. Nan

Can I request my Oral care rebate now and my August SCR later? Or should I do it together? Sorry… I’m new to this.

    • Mrs. B

yes, you can request the gift card now…..then the SCR at the end of the month.

      • Nan

        Thanks for answering, Mrs. B!

        • Kari

Well, I need help then. I just submitted my receipt for the gift card. I went back to do the SCR and it states I have already submitted the receipt. Am I doing something wrong?

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Rite aid’s system automatically checks your receipt to verify all qualifying rebates. So, you only need to submit that particular receipt once, for all rebates or gift cards.

  12. Mila

Finally got the ride aid coupon to print 🙂 Had computer problems. Quick question. Do any of you file your coupons in a binder with the plastic baseball card holders? If so, do you if these can be purchased somewhat cheap anywhere? They are nearly $6.00 at Walmart 🙁

    • Deb

Yes, many people use the binder with clear sheets for their Q’s.
But I found very early on in the game this would not work for me. I purchase multiple papers each week and would never try and clip all the Q’s when I get them.
Instead, I file my inserts in boxes, by the month and then each week as I read the blogs, I pull & clip only the Q’s I need for each stores deals.
That’s just the way it works for me-I Q on a lrg scale-keep some, donate an bunch & make alot of gift bags thru-out the yr. We normally have approx 30 -50 of most items stockpiled at our home.

  13. Paula

I did this deal today at Rite Aid, but I purchased 1 Night Pro-Health rinse instead of Clean Mint or Wintergreen. When I got home and entered in my receipt, I noticed it on the SCR site. I don’t think the Night one will work because the $10 rebate on SCR says Night 440 mL instead of 1 L like the other 2. I called the store and asked them to hold another 1 L one for me that does qualify, but I can’t go back in today. Just heads up to check the labels before buying!

    • Mary

I was worried about my receipt clearing as I purchased the 1 liter night rinse but it went through fine. HTH.

      • Tawanda

        Hi Mary,
Thanks for posting this (reassuring) comment. I just purchased the same (1L of Night), and I’m hoping mine will go through as well.

  14. Laura Smith

The Oral Care Rebate does say “Rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used).” Has anyone tried this yet?

    • FairyDust

yes, the wordage in most/all of the rebates says after coupons, but I used coupons for this oral care deal (so I didn’t pay the full $25) and qualified for the $10 gift card just fine. 🙂

  15. Nicole C.

Ok question about Rite Aid: After I enter my receipt for SCR, do I have to do anything to get the gift card?? Or do they check all available offers for me when I submit my receipt?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Rite aid’s system automatically checks your receipt to verify all qualifying rebates. So you only need to submit that particular receipt once for all rebates or gift cards.

      • Nicole C.

        Awesome! Thank you, Anonymous!

    • terri

I wanted to add that you do have to request the gift card and you have to do it by a certain date….don’t forget! You enter the receipts once…but you need to request it (or donate it as a pop up says)…

Have you ever regarded as adding a lot more movies to your blog posts to keep the readers a lot more entertained? I mean I just learn by means of the whole write-up of yours and it was really good but due to the fact I am more of a visual learner,I discovered that to be a lot more helpful. Just my my idea, Great luck
