Haven’t shopped at Wags in a loooong time. I could use the pens, but is it worth it? Will I end up with a negative subtotal that will cause the cashier’s head to explode?

    • Karen

I haven’t shopped WAGS in a long time and went in for the pens (kicking myself)…..cashier couldn’t handle it and neither could the manager. I managed to get the pens but it was extremely painful and reminded me why I don’t shop at WAGS. Again.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Well, if you’re just getting pens, then using the $1 IP & $1 IVC on a $1.99 item creates .01 overage, so you’ll need to add a small filler to cover that. PIA, but thats how their registers work.

        • Karin

Yes, Anon is right. Whenever you get overage, you have to buy more item for covering it b/c the store can’t pay you actual money. And I did this Pilot pen deal last week, I had no problem!

          • Shelly T.

My WAGS will not take any coupon that is higher than the amount of the product! Even if I add a filler item. They REFUSE and told me it is coupon fraud!!

I could only print the ronzoni & nature’s own coupons once! Is anyone else having issues with coupons.com?

    • Liz

Hm, I could also only print the $3/2 Right Guard coupon once yesterday! I thought it was just me.

      • Kenyatta

that happened to me last week…I was just able to print 2 ronzoni.

    • andrea

I got the ronzoni twice but when I tried to do the deodorant for the second time it took forever and I finally gave up. Anyone been having that problem with coupons.com lately? I’ve been having it a lot.

  3. Andrea

When do the Walgreen’s coupon booklets come out? I didn’t know they gave out such a thing!

    • Katie913

They are in-store. Normally they are located right by the weekly ad right when you walk into the door. Sometimes I have to ask the cashier if they have any (because sometimes they forget to re-stock them). But, they’re there! Just ask a cashier for the “August coupon booklet” 🙂

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The nature made bread coupon is not showing. Not even when I punch in the zip code given. Hmmmm.

  5. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

For whatever reason, the Ronzoni coupon wouldn’t print for me and it says that my limit is reached! Bah. I’m bummed since they’re BOGO at Publix. (Ending today)

  6. Colleen

I thought Walgreens only takes one coupon per product no matter what. How I use one from the Aug book and one printable. It’s not worth it if I always have to buy a filler that I dont want.

    • Karin

Walgreens allows one manufacturer’s coupon AND walgreens coupons(one in-ad, one Aug.IVC, or both at the same time) on one item. Only need fillers when you have some overages from the deals.

I promised myself to not shop at Walgreens anymore and regretted going back 2 weeks ago. I wanted to get some Lysol, but as ALWAYS it was a huge fuss. I cannot stand Walgreens, their non-existing coupon policy and those cashiers who think they are making you a gift by accepting one coupon. What’s with those “Wal” stores??? WalMart is just as bad! I will go back to Walgreens one more time to burn my 2 measly register rewards and then I will return to CVS, where cashiers are friendly, coupons accepted, policies available on the website, they don’t have item to coupon ratios bzt 4 weeks expiration dates for ECBS. Walgreens, no thanks!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thank goodness the cashiers at my Walgreens are always great, never a problem!!

  8. fran

Thanks Collin…it’s nice to have pasta coupons.

  9. Amy H

I purchased the Pilot Frixion pens at WAGS and they have a rebate/refund offer. In the top right hand corner of package it states, “Get up to $4.50 refund by mail…see back for details”. On back of package it states purchase 1 package get $1.25, purchase 2 receive $2.75, and purchase 3 and get $4.50 rebate. So essentially you can get the pens for free with the coupon deal listed by Colin, and then mail for rebate and make $…gotta love free pens, and then make money too!!!

The Ronzoni pasta is bogo at Food Lion starting today:)

  11. teresa longstreet

if you have a publix nearby, they take the walgreen coupons and the mfc. and also rite aid had a video for $1 off. and they are on sale at publix for $1.25. i got mine for free and overage. good luck

I just went to my local supermarket (Waldbaums, Long Island, NY) and they sell the Drops detergent for $6/20 ct (I think). They are 50% while supplies last, which makes me question whether or not they are worth it. I have a hard time using unproven laundry items as I HATE wasting the water if the product doesn’t work.

Anyone know if $2 for a 20 ct. of Drops is worth trying? It’s hard to tell if this is a good price because laundry items are WAY overpriced at this supermarket.

    Thanks!

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Does anyone now where Ronzoni is 0.99 or bogo???

  14. Elaine

The Ronzoni coupon is gone from coupons.com. Darn, should have printed it yesterday. ;-(
