Great Customer Service is Very, Very, VERY "Hip": Napster & AktaDerm!
I LOVE when companies have great customer service, so with that said, I’m going to regularly start highlighting positive customer service experiences readers have emailed in about. It’s always easy to discuss negative issues with companies… but isn’t it pretty awesome when we take the time to recognize the positive in companies?!

I thought this was going to be followed by a statement saying they were sorry but I was out of luck, but NO-they sent me a gift card worth $40 to spend on their site!!! How awesome is that. It is so nice to see retailers sticking to their commitments.

I got the e-mail from Napster on Tuesday, too! Can’t wait to get to my mailbox today!
I had similar experience to a lot of you. I did my concert comment WELL before the 2:08 cut off time and then received emails from Napster of what to do next since they had an “overwhelming response” (duh you’ve giving out free electronics) and nothing yet. I spent 1.5 hours trying to find my comment and after my computer froze up I gave up.
I got an email from Napster that I did indeed send my comment before the closing but due to overwhelming response they can only send me a $15 gc. Nothing so far….
I got my MP3 Player from Napster today too!
I received an email last night that I won a MP3 player-I can’t wait to get it! 🙂
Bummer! I guess napster emailed me on 7/23 asking me to verify my entry by 8/6, but I missed the email in my spam box and now it’s too late. No MP3 player for me. 🙁

I didn’t get the comfirmation email from napster because I changed emails about a week ago. I had a virus that kept spamming all my contacts. Anyway I was greatly surprised today when I checked the mail and found my free MP3 player 🙂 I didn’t think it was that big of a deal to email them the link to my post either. Also in the past couple of weeks I have gotten a T-shirt and track jacket from the SOBE instant win game. Still waiting on the flip-flops that I won first. Thanks for all these awesome links. It makes my day to get cool stuff in the mail.
I got my mp3 player last night!!! It was a lot of hoops to jump through for something you can get on ebay for $20, but no way am I complaining! I was just about to buy a shuffle as my “back-up” mp3 player for my long runs, but now (THANKS TO COLIN!) I have one for freeee!
I got mine today – so awesome! I haven’t owned an mp3 player b/c I didn’t want to pay the $. This will be perfect for playing lullaby’s in my son’s room!
