Chef's Requested Photo Contest = FREE Steak (starts 9/3)
Wanna snag a coupon for a FREE steak again?! If so, you’ll definitely want to participate in the Chef’s Requested Labor Day Photo Contest which starts tomorrow, September 3rd, and runs through Tuesday, September 7th. All you need to do is upload a picture of yourself with your favorite Chef’s Requested item* and complete the sign-up form found here (the form will likely not be available until tomorrow) and you’ll will win a coupon for FREE steak (Limit one entry per person). In the comment’s section of the sign-up form, be sure to put your Facebook name if it is different from your actual name. Coupons will be mailed out 6-8 weeks following the end of the contest.
*If you need to buy a Chef’s Requested item to use in your photo, be sure to print the coupon here good for $3/1 Chef’s Requested Product 8oz or greater (Walmart sells the steaks for around $3.28, so possibly only $0.28 after the coupon)!

I can only get $1 off coupons, not seeing the $3/1 coupons you mentioned on either of the Chef’s Request websites. Is there something I am doing wrong???
I haven’t checked this out yet but unless it says that the item has to be cooked or purchased already then you SHOULD be able to just take a picture of yourself holding up the item in Walmart 🙂
I tried using my $3/1 steak coupon and got totally denied at Wal-Mart…what a waste of ink. Plus I got treated like a criminal. The cashier and customer service told me the coupon was fake and they can’t take it. I even had it printed in color ink. Boo Hoo to Wal-Mart, I have not set a foot in that store since that incident about a month ago.

How do these taste?
In my opinion, terrible. My husband says it’s like pieces of meat formed into a circle with bacon wrapped around it. Maybe it was the way we cooked it, but I ended up gifting the others to a co-worker.
That sounds great… “Hey, these are terrible, do you want them??” I did tell him why I was giving them to him. I haven’t asked if he liked them.
I agree, they’re horrible.
I agree with all of you, these are nasty! They don’t taste like meat, they taste like something else – just don’t know what that something else is????
Absolutely agree, I had a free coupon from them last year and bought the bacon wrapped ones, they were really weird and gross…
Well shoot. Bought them today and was planning on trying them tonight. Not sure now lol. Not too surprised though. The sodium content is high and it’s filled with injected solutions.
Eh, give it a try 🙂 as long as you have lots of steak sauce… or maybe cut them up for a stir fry, that should mask the weirdness…
These are horrible!! Real steaks should never be in a circle. It’s not natural. My mother in law got these at the dollar store once… worst waste of money. Save your money. blach.
