I’ve heard from more than a handful of you now that CVS has lots of their As Seen on TV products on clearance. Plus, the magic coupon machine is supposedly printing out $3/1 As Seen on TV item coupons, so you really should be able to score a sweet deal if you score this coupon!

I’ve heard from many of you that the Bumpits are on clearance for $2.49, so FREE + possible $0.51 in coupon overage after the $3/1 coupon!

(Thanks, Dollar$ 2 Cents and all you readers who emailed!)

These were $1.25 at my CVS. Didn’t get overage, though, because I only got freebies yesterday!

  2. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

i got the lids that make cans bottles – love those things LOL. they werent clearance but they were 5.99 so 2.99 after Q – my Q was one day only.

  3. Chrissy

my cvs will cross out the barcode and write the price in black marker, so they said they do not take coupons on clearance products…has anyone actually used this before?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Call corporate. My CVS uses a marker also, but it doesnt matter. The item comes up differently in the register because it has to be manually entered in. They CAN and should override for you. Even says so in the coupon policy. And, be sure to check expiration date, if your buying cosmetics, etc they are not allowed to have expired merchandise on the shelves.

Today at my CVS they had Airwick plugin refills marked down to $1.00 and Glade Scented oil candle refills marked $1.17. I used $1 coupons on each of them without a problem. I scored really big at CVS today!

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I got the last bump-it on the shelf..it was the only AS SEEN ON TV item there. It was $1.25 and I got the $3/1 so I basically just got it for overage towards other items..plus maybe I can throw it in someone’s gift bag?? The bump-its are blond and my hair is black..has anyone used these and like them?

    • anna

I have seen people use them and they seem to like them too

  5. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I got the plant self-watering globes. They come two to a package for $2.99. If I don’t use them myself, they would make a good extra gift for the plant lover.

    • Mrs. B

same thing. they didnt have the bumpits clrx…but I liked the water thing anyway.

  6. Mitch

I got that $3 coupon and we usually never get anything good in NYC! Too bad I have a crew cut, no bump-it for me!

Mitch, that just made me LMAO! 🙂

    • Lolo

      Mitch,
I think you ought to try it anyway. Maybe start a new trend? LOL 😀

  7. Shontee S

i got the bump it on clearance for $.49 but no magic coupon…

  8. DP

Ok everyone, please!!! What is a Bump it??? I got a massage pen and had a .51 mm no problems.

    • Tina in Virginia

They are plastic things with little ‘teeth’ that are supposed to attach to your hair to add volume at the crown of your head. Neither I nor anyone I know has had success with making them work… but at 2.49 (or… free?!) it’s worth a try! 🙂

    • Teri

The Bump-its help you get that “Snooki” look. 🙂

      • DP

        Ahhh, thanks guys! 🙂

Ha ha ha, Bump-its! I’m still laughing over my experience with those things. I was vain enough to buy them last year and they did not work at all… and I have thick hair! They kept falling out and I could not imagine trying to go out in public with them. But they made a GREAT white elephant party Christmas gift! A guy who was totally bald got my gift and it was hilarious.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

that is so funny! I teased my preteen about getting some for her!

    • sabrina

i thing good old fashioned teasing and backcombing your hair works 324234 times better than bump its!

    • DP

The funniest gift I ever gave was last year to my mom for Xmas. She said she wanted a bra and she is like a 50DD I got her a training bra from the dollar store w/puppies all over it. It was hilarious!!!

  10. M

Mine I got today was $1.24 and I used the $3 coupon!!! Sweet! They also had Tide and Wisk 75% off…cheap and better than free with coupons!

    • Nicki B-L

Liquid or powder? what size? Thanks!

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I got 2 watering plant devices (not sure of the name) earlier in the week! For some reason I got 2 of these coupons!

  12. Kalena

Just a heads up. I got a $4 off wyb Huggies diapers and Huggies wipes coupon from the magic coupon machine!

    • monica frazier

Save that for the diaper deal that starts Sunday!!!! Hope I get one of those:)

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Aqua globes are $2.99 for a pair, so FREE with this coupon.

  14. kelly

last night I grabbed 6 of the bumpits (50 cents each) and used the $3 off coupon, and then on my husbands card bought the watering globe things that were $2.99.
Im hoping to get more globes today if the coupon is still printing. I am personally A BIG FAN of the bumpit! I bought one last year and wear it all the time! Im not good at teasing my hair…so this helps! I’ll be able to give a lot out to friends this christmas!

    • DP

Does your husband have to be with you when you use the EC coupons from his card?

    • Tina in Virginia

Wow, I’m so glad to hear Bumpits work for SOMEONE…! 🙂

    • DP

I have always wondered – Why do these posts look different?

      • MommySpendsLess

I think, someone correct me if I’m wrong, that that’s a track back. Someone else with a site/blog linked back to this post and that just lets Collin know.

        • DP

          Thank you 🙂

  15. Leila

These are only good if you want to look like Snookie

  16. Emily

Not clearance, but yesterday I got the PedEgg with this coupon. It was a sweet deal, actually: I bought 10 Emerald nuts ($1 each) and the PedEgg, used a $4/$20 coupon, the $3/as seen on tv coupon, and 10 emerald coupons, so the PedEgg ended up being only $3! I thought that was pretty great, since I’d been wanting to try it!

  17. Hooked on Bargain$

Be sure to scan everything at the price scanner! I picked up a Thera Pen Massaging Pen for only $2.49 (tagged at $9.99) so FREE after coupon (no overage). Let me tell you…I can’t WAIT to massage my temples and wrists with my new pen when I’m stressed out! 🙂 Actually, I think I might use this for a White Elephant gift at Christmas time.

Be sure to price scan everything and look on the end caps, as well as all the aisles in the store! I went to 2 CVS stores to get my free pen…how can I pass up a FREE massaging pen!? 😉 Everything else at my CVS was correctly tagged starting at $3.99.

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

At my CVS, they had the extendable shoe horn for sale. $2.50. 50 cent overage towards other items. They also had bumpits but they do nothing for a black guy with a shaved head.

  19. kelly

i’m confused?! where do you get the coupon from? do you have to purchase the item first? then get a coupon for another one? also, is this only working at cvs or does it work at riteaid or walgreens cause i seen clearance there too? 🙂

  20. Pauline

I got the coupon and my CVS had the Perfect pull up kit, a pull up bar with handles you put on a door frame. It was regularly $20 on clearance for $5, so $2 with the coupon. My boys will love it.

  21. Rosanna

I used my $3 CVS “as seen on TV” coupon on a Pillow Pal, dropping the price from 19.99 to 16.99 paired with a $4 off $20!

  22. DP

I got another 1 today for an As seen on TV-Whoo hoo .51 MM on the massage pen!!

  23. April

Looked and looked to find an item close to $3. Found the 2 self watering plant globes… awesome 2.99 for two….FREE after coupon

  24. Julie

I got an AWESOME aluminum water bottle for $2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
