NEW UPDATE: It appears some of you’re having problems getting the 50 free prints and only seem to be getting 20. If that’s the case, after signing up for a new account, use the live chat and ask the customer service rep to credit you with the additional 30 prints. They should have no problems doing that. (Thanks for the tip, K&J!)

Also for those who already have an account, coupon code WOW10OFF will take $10 your total no matter if your a new or old customer! If the total is less than $10 it will just take that amount off:)

i just ordered my 50 prints. i was only credited the 20 as well, but did use the live chat, which is very user friendly. this is what I wrote. ” i am a new customer and thought i was eligible for 50 free 4×6 prints but am only credited with 20. should it be 50?” he imediatly checked my account and credited me with another 30. Yeah 50 free prints! and the free ship code worked for me as well! no payment info needed

Just placed an order, and for future reference, the 50 free prints for new customers IS combinable with another coupon!!! I matched the 50 free prints (which show up as a credit, therefore PRE-COUPON!) with the free 8×10 coupon (free810) and scored all for just the shipping cost!! Woo-hoo!
