Wow that was quick! I just went to the store today…ok maybe next time.
Was just at the store today, May 3, 2013 and was told that f I did the survey I would get a $10 gift certificate…no where did the girl say there was a limit that was to be met….she just said that if I and the 4 people in front of me did the survey we would get a GC…what a major let down and HUGE SCAM!
Seeing how I had to go to the store twice to try on capris, since the girl “helping me” told me size 28 was my size…when I went back the second time, after she was gone, I tried on a 24 and that in fact was still a little baggy…but the sales girl was very nice helping me and I purchased 2 pairs, and was told to do this survey…WOW! I had bad a good to say but the survey they are telling everyone to take is over…might want to tell the stores so they do not continue to push the survey.

The sales associate was awesome, I was just browsing and the associate informed me about the bra sale. I walked out the store with four bras for the price of two.Great deal, I will be visiting again!! Lane is usually a bit pricey hence this is why a I visit the clearence rack but the buy one get one for one dollar bras was just what I was in need of.
I am a regular to Lane Bryant Norridge Illinois. They are the best staff ever. I love her very attentive to me it doesn’t matter how many people are there they take knowledge everyone. The spread out like a tag team and just work the floor the registers everyone is wonderful I always have a great time going shopping and I end up spending more than I intended when I walked in the door.I would like to get special recognition to Diana and Ivana and Kim they are wonderful there is a manager there also I don’t have her name but she has reddish hair caucasian woman and she is just devine as well.I know none of these women personally but when you walk in there you feel like you’ve known them for ever that’s priceless. I just want you to know I will forever be faithful to Lane Bryant because of the service and the Comfort Inn the friendship in the great personality and ora that is in that store

I just went shopping at Lane Bryant Today and came home and did survey. It turns out the survey has been closed, it did not even give me a chance I got pretty sad 🙁
What kind of mess is this? If the survey isn’t available they shouldn’t be printing it on receipts and there should definitely NOT be a limit of people that can take the survey! I am very disappointed! I spend a lot of money on these overpriced clothes. Definitely disappointed!!!!!

Every employee in the store were extremely nice and each one offered to help me. Also my store and dressing rooms were very clean. 🙂
