Service is very good polite employees
On 07/17/14 I went to exchange an item @ Catherines in Downers Grove, Ill. for one of my friends who was in the hospital. The two sales ladies (Desiree & Sheryl) couldn’t of been more helpful. They worked together as a team in helping me find the color & items I wanted at two different stores to complete my wardrobe as well as a night gown for my friend. Today Monday I already received one of the items & didn’t have to pay the postage to mail it from another store. Thank you ladies & thank you Catherines!

I went to both places to find a bra. lanebryant was too busy I went into Catherines on the same day. I like to shop at both places. I am a very hard customer to deal with especially when it comes to picking out my clothing and bra’s. The sales lady was very pleasant and gave me her undivided attention. Lisa was so helpful, she made me laugh and I had a wonderful experience with her. She smiled and went into the fitting room to see if I was completely happy, even gave me great advice. She made me feel comfortable and even suggested what bra made me look better. She made me have a better day. Thank- you so much and I hope that give her a rise she deserves to be rewarded. 🙂

My 2 daughters shopped at Catherine’s on 10-4 and the sales person, Jashanda, very friendly and extremely helpful. I look forward to shopping there again.
I was unable to locate a dress at the Slidell Catherines that was suitable to wear to a wedding at a French Quarter hotel in New Orleans last week. I bought a “slinky” hoping it would match a dress I had at home and work for the occasion. It was not an exact match, so after I went to Dress Barn in Slidell for the first time ever and found five acceptable dresses for the upcoming wedding and have returned the slinky.
I bought the one I liked best and I consider it perfect for the event. by the way, the only size Dress Barn carries that fits me is its largest size carried.
Why don’t you have dresses in Catherines’ Slidell store? I mean there you have a wider range of sizes?
The last time I have been able to shop for other than casual clothes at Catherines was years ago at your Carrolton and Gentilly New Orleans stores.

I went to cathrines in Hattiesburg Ms to purchase clothes for my wife and ended up buying 2 pair of pants and 3 blouses and when I went to pay for them using my debit card the first try was approved but something went wrong so the clerk attempted to put the amount back on my card and I purchased them again and was told the first transaction would be back on my card within a few hours so this morning I called the store and told the clerk that it was still on my bank ledger so she told me she would call corparate and call me back that was 12 hours ago I am not very happy about all this
I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Lisa at the Paramus Nj Catherine’s she was very knowledgable and friendly. She answered all my question and was very helpful. She made me feel like I was shopping with my sister or best friend. Too many times we talk about the bad experiences we have so I feel we need to give credit when it’s due. Thank you Lisa for your patiences and expertise and for making my shopping experience wonderful and fun.

I frequently get coupons or Catherine’s money when I purchase items at Catherine’s but when I go to redeem the cash or coupons, they are never valid on sale items. If I buy $50 or $100 or more, I should be able to use them on my total purchase and not just on special items. In my purse right now I have coupons for $185 off that I will probably never use as what attracts me to your store (other than the great clothes) is the 30% and 50% sales. I wish the store would reconsider the policy on coupons/Catherine’s cash.
This was my first shopping trip to Catherines in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The sales lady was very friendly and asked if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and before I knew it she had about 7 items for me to look at. It has been a long time since I have bought a dress so when I saw what she had picked I was very surprised and she also knew what size I would wear. Meaghan was outstanding and very professional. I just went in the beginning of June and I will be going back due to her kindness and knowing people. Hats off to Meaghan.
Everyone at Catherine’s always go out of their way to make your shopping experience a great experience. I always find great sale prices and their styles fit a large figure well. I used to have to go to different stores to find outfits. Now I can always find great styles at Catherines.
In all of my years of shopping for clothes, I have never had such kind, helpful, and professional service as I have had at the Catherines store in Tiffany Square, Boardman, Ohio. The girls, from the manager, Sherrie, on down, each and every one make your shopping experience enjoyable. They go out of their way to be helpful and try to help you be aware of all saving opportunities. My thanks and praise to them all. By the way, I am 81 years old and when I say ” In all of my years of shopping”, I have done a lot.

I live in Lynchburg, but was in Roanoke shopping – went to Catherine’s at Valley View Mall. Once of the nicest shopping experiences I have ever had. Sales lady (manager) was so helpful, found so many things just right for me. Spent more than I intended to, but came home with some really nice clothes that fit well. Like the Catherines in Lynchburg, too. Beautiful colors and clothes that really fit a plus size woman well. Dale Martin
I went to the Catherines store near Target across from Wolfchase Mall in Memphis the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The sales clerk was so rude. Barely said a word to me. I was the only customer in the store and it had been open only a few minutes. Same thing today, the day after Thanksgiving. The same clerk, plus another one, were both so rude. Glared at me when I first approached the checkout. I had a return processed. She grunted and pointed for me to sign. When I had completed my transaction, I walked away without a single word from her. A “thank you” would not only have been nice, it would be good business behavior. I did not say or do anything that would warranted this cool treatment. I asked no questions, and they weren’t so busy or rushed to be worn out. Today, there was one other shopper in the store.

I shop at Catherine’s in Maplewood Mn, Ms. Andrea help me,She was wonderful , she has great customer service skills and was very helpful, she never push me to get more but made sure I was very happy with what I got and since my visited in October , I have visited that store 8 more times , and live miles away and have a Catherines right next door to where live .But I chose to travel out my way because of the awesome service I received with Ms. Andrea.
I have shopped at Catherines in Tyler Texas for years. On my last 2 visits I have been very dissatisfied with the service there. One visit they overcharged me by $86.00. The latest visit the sales lady was very rude. She completely ignored me. (I was the only person checking out). Someone needs to do some serious re-staffing of this store! It used to be my favorite place to shop, but I will never shop there again. I love Catherines clothes. I had to go 100 miles to shop there. Guess I will order on line from now on.

I recently ordered a dress from Catherine’s that had an issue when we opened it at the store, there wasn’t another one in the warehouse. I had spent countless hours finding the right color for my daughters wedding so I was devastated. The ladies at Catherine’s in Asheville, NC (Tesha and Virginia) called all the stores until they found me another dress in Texas. They had Catherine’s in Texas to mail it directly to my house. Mission accomplished ladies and great job you went above and beyond.
I wouldn’t know where to shop, if Catherine store every left Long Island NY. I have been a loyal Catherines’ customer for over twenty years.
I went to the Catherines in Mayfair Town Center in Wilmington yesterday, May 1, 2018 The manager Tracy was the only
one in the store, until 1 pm, There was no one else in the store. Tracy was the only one there. There should be more
