I just checked mine and it says it’s still processing my order, I wonder if I should call to see what’s going on b/c I don’t want to be charged shipping just for the samples.
Half of my order was cancelled as well. They shipped the toy, but no emery boards, no almay pads and no samples. So I paid $11 bucks for an aromatherpay set that I probably can get at Walmart- boo:(
Received an email saying there was a problem with my payment (PayPal). Since the nail set was backordered the samples shipped out already, but for some reason only a 5.99 payment was paid through PayPal (basically the shipping charges). This left me with 4.98 still to pay, but they couldn’t process the 4.98 through PayPal unless I cancelled my order and then I wouldn’t get the discounted price. After a 23 minute phone call it was all straightened out, but it was an inconvenience!
I did receive another email giving me a $25 credit for my trouble :)!
Just received my order. They cancelled the emery boards, which was no big deal, but when I opened the box, the spa factory nail kit I ordered was in a VERY faded out box and it was in bad shape. The date on the bottom said 8-31-09. As I am planning on gifting this to my niece, I am trying to send it back. This is my first time dealing with drugstore.com. I will have to see how they handle it. I will be very unlikely to order from them again if they do not reimburse my shipping, and charge me $5.99 for samples. Did anyone else have this issue?
