I love these necklaces as well. Mine came out great. Each of my kids have one with their picture on the front and on the back is a family photo with my cell number so they can wear them in crowded places. A little peace of mind if someone honest finds them.

My oldest daughter has been dying to make an actual dog tag for her Build-a-Bear’s dog collar–now we can! Those dog tag machines at the store are like $6-7 so 1.99 is a real bargain.

Do you have any ideas for avoiding the fees for converting Hong Kong dollars to US dollars? I read about this on the artscow website. My bank and credit cards charge a couple dollars plus a percentage as a conversion fee, which makes some of these dollars more expensive. Do you pay these fees through Paypal as well? Or does anyone know any tricks to avoid them when buying from artscow?
I thought I had never paid any conversion fee but I looked back on some bank statements and I guess I do. I always pay through paypal. But the fee isn’t that much. I recently spent about $30 there and the fee was only 58 cents. So it’s not that much. I don’t think you can avoid it.

Everything we have gotten from Artscow has been top quality. We were skeptical when we ordered the key rings—–figured they would be really cheap and break easily—–not so, they are wonderful. As far as the conversion fee, paying with credit card the fee was less then a $1.00 each time.

I have been trying for 24 hours to set up my account and am not getting their confirmation email. Has anyone else had this problem? I’ve sent two emails to customer service and so far, no response. I hate to be missing these bargains for my Christmas list!
Yes, I had this problem, but eventually they sent me a code. It did take them 2 days to do so!
How do you get free shipping? It says shipping will be $6.98.
When you apply the code, it takes the shipping charges off for your tags. My shipping charge was original $27 but free after code.
Is anyone else having trouble with the Silverlight Designer (used to add text, flowers, etc.) today ?(Saturday) It worked fine for me yesterday, but today it will not open at all. Is it working for everyone else?
Yes, I am also having trouble with the silverlight designer. It says I don’t have silverlight installed, but I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it continues to say the same thing. I e-mailed the company today and hope for a response.
