I just purchased this about 6 months ago and I LOVE IT! You can buy Scotch refill sheets at Walmart (roughly $13.00/50ct) or better there are generic brand refills on Amazon (roughly ($9.00/100ct) and they work just as well as the Scotch ones. I highly recommend this laminator if you’re in the market for one!
I second what Kelly says about the 100ct for $9.00; I bought a box of these “refills” and they work wonderfully. I love this laminator!
This laminator is not an $80 product. While I have this and love it, I got it at Walmart for $25. Not sure why they would say it’s $80.
I thought the same thing…my walmart has it for @ $25 and I bought mine a while back at BJ’s for under $20. I do love it though!
Does anyone know about how long it takes once you buy the amazon giftcards from swagbucks to actually have and be able to use them?

They fill gc’s on the 15th and 30th of each month.
That is actually not true anymore Sandy, they now state when you redeem points for a gift card that it takes up to 10 business days to show up in your “gift cards” section. I just had two become available to me today! And it’s typically been about 7 business days for me! HTH!

Just a question, I also do swagbucks but it seems to take forever to get to 450. I do searches, and surveys if available, and they daily items. Any advice on how to get more bucks?
referrals!!! thats the way to go ask friends put it out there in emails ect….and about the gift cards they come out on the 1st and the 15th of each month, can be a day or 2 after that
I have been a member of swag bucks since Aug. 12. I have earned 5 Amazon gift cards and have enough points for 2 more. I have 1 active referral and 2 who have done nothing since joining. I find I earn more search swag bucks if I sign in several times a day. I do a morning search, afternoon search and an evening search. I also found out that you can follow them on their facebook link so I check it to see if there is a code out. Anytime you see Thanks TSG keep reading there is a code and some posters will give you hints. I also use the facebook link to help me find the videos. Usually you can watch them more than once. I do a search between views. I am still looking for more ways to maximize my swag bucks if anyone else has any other ideas.

Anyone heard the Amazon.com debate about whether the rebate is legitimate or not? They are saying that amazon.com feels it is a fake rebate. I don’t really want to buy expensive refills if the $20 rebate is not real….

I did hear about the debate, and I started to worry because I told a few friends about this deal and felt really bad if it wasn’t valid. But I just received an e-mail from amazon with this link for the rebate, so I see no reason that it wouldn’t work.

Thanks! I ordered the laminator, the 50 pk of 9×11 size sheets that are required for the rebate, some 4×6 sheets, & some 5×7 sheets for a total of $40.85 so only $20.85 after the rebate! What a great deal 🙂
I read on Slickdeals that some people were getting a $10 promotional credit on this deal. Some did not and called Amazon and was told that because the items are on backorder the $10 credit came off. Some emailed about it and got it and some emailed and did not get it. I emailed and I am waiting to hear what they say. Another person on slickdeals said that this rebate was on Amazon but is no longer on there even though the expiration date is 11/30/10. Either way it’s a great deal and I am crossing my fingers that my order doesn’t get cancelled.
