I am SOOOOOOOO upset with Restaurant.com !!!! Last week when there was a post for 90% off and you could get the Diner of the month for $12 , I thought “WOW what a perfect gift for some good friends” . It just happened to be my friend’s bday last friday so it worked out perfect …so I thought.
I went on purchased it and when I got to the payment screen I thought… hmmm…it never asked me for THEIR email or info. So assuming it was going to be on the next step I finalized it and it never asked for info. Long story short, I somehow activated the 1st coupon trying to email it to them and NOW … I can’t get it to switch over to their name !!!! YES it was my mistake and YES I felt like a FOOL all weekend trying to explain to them what had happened. BUT NOW I can’t get anyone to email me back or answer the phone to HELP ME !!!!! I have emailed 8 times and called 3 times and I’m placed on an automated HOLD for 15 mins !!!!!!! I have since givin them my login and passwrd but we are unsure if when you print the thing it will have a name attatched ?!?!!?
If anyone can help me I would be very greatful.

No, there is no name attatched to the coupon. My mom buys us these all the time for gifts and then we just trade or switch for the ones we want that she gave to my siblings. I am upset because I ordered quite a few last week when they were 90% off and I put all my info in and everything and at the end it popped up saying because of the demand they would send me an email Monday with all the info, never got anything and now I noticed I never got charged so I don’t think my order ever went through! Very disappointed as I had 6 gift certificates and a $100 certificate to use later on their site.

I would not suggest buying the dinner of the month club. When you go to redeem those certificates, not all of the restaurants can be chosen. Only around 1/2 are available and never the popular ones that I want. You are better off just ordering the certificates that you want for now and then wait for the next special.

I AGREE! Now I find myself buying the regular certificates to get the better restaurants & then the not so popular certificates with the club of the month. I will not do the club again!

We will be going to San Antonio and staying on the river walk next week. Anyone know of any good restaurants we can take kids to also. I think this may cut down on our food expeses. There are so many listed not sure what to pick.

If you buy more then one for the same restaurant can you use more then one at a time if you divide the check up. My family and I are going to the Smokys and this would be a good way to get to eat at a nice place without paying alot. But I cant find any info on how many you can use at once.

i ordered a $50 gift certificate for $4 but havent received any email from them, so i tried to log back into site, but they say im not a member???? any ideas what 2 do??

Oh no you guys are scaring me. I ordered 10 dinner of the month clubs when it was the 90% off sale for teachers, girl scout leader, and immediate family. I printed a few already for my grandparents as we do Christmas early, they are Florida bound/snow birds in a few weeks. I had no problem printing it, I am disappointed and have to call them because it states you get a $50 Gift Certificate with the purchase of 12month dinner of the month since I bought 10 why did I only get one? I would have checked out 10 times if I knew it was going to be a problem. I was going to be giving the extra $50 ones to all my college cousins, we don’t exchange gifts normally but it is not costing me anything so why not share?

I logged on last night to get a few certificates for a local restaurant…….not knowing that it has gone out of business! I have been on hold for nearly 20 minutes with restaurant.com. I also recommended that a friend buy from the website as well and now she is without a gift for a family member.

I was able to get $25 restaurant’s.com gift certificate through swagbucks. Had to earn so many points from searching to claim redeem this prize, so free and I’ve used the certificate. Little did I know about how to use it. I don’t think $69 for a family of six is cheap to be dining out. I added tips because the certificate said we should. Funny how that sound like we’ve tipped twice because the gratuity was added.
