Just a heads up – their vitamins have a very poor absorbtion rate. Not so good quality, hence the low price…I would not buy vitamins from them again.
How do you determine their absorption rate?
You let a vitamin sit in a cup of water for a certain amount of time. The absorption rate of a vitamin really is what determines the vitamins effectiveness. So often with chemically synthesized vitamins (like these ones from Botanic Choice), a person will simply excrete the vitamins, even when taken with food as recommended with these vitamins. This essentially adds up to be a waste of time and effort! These ones barely absorbed at all which means that your body isn’t taking in a lot of the nutrients in the pill. They also made my urin (TMI) super yellow which is also a bad sign …not good for your kidneys at all. I don’t understand b/c their directions say to take 2 pills daily but that is waaaay too much cosidering what’s in ONE pill. They make it very easy to over-consume the recommended daily amount of vitamins/minerals which is bad for your kidneys & liver. I dont trust these vitamins.

I got the rose oil as well. A drop or two in your bath water is very relaxing. Oh and adding a drop or two to a paper towel and leaving it in the bottom of a trash can works great 🙂 Just FYI

I ordered the Botanic Choice Spa items before, the liquid soaps and oils, and let me tell you… they are very low quality from what I am used to. None of these use real, natural oils/essences and it’s all fake fragrances that smell extremely nasty. The only smell I can equate it to is really cheap soaps in a dollar store, like 10/$1. It’s somewhat like Ivory soap knock off, but not at all fresh smelling. It’s just really bad. I am sorry I wasted my money on this and won’t even be giving what I bought away as gifts, because they stink so bad. I will probably donate them to a thrift store, though feel even bad doing that, as these were that bad. I don’t mean to complain or rain on the parade, but if anyone is used to the good stuff… this aint it, and you will be greatly disappointed as I was. Just trying to spare someone the loss I have had with these products is all. I certainly appreciate this blog and all Collin does!
I was disappointed in the rose oil…didn’t smell very good..but for $1 whatever..but I LOVE the collagen elastin facial moisturizer..I use it EVERY time I get out of the shower and then I put on my makeup and my face feels great and never breaks out! I have yet to try the facial mud mask..it is in my bathroom..Thanks Collin

We have ordered a number of items from Botanic Choice and we have been happy with all of them. The Quiet Night Throat Spray gets a thumbs up from our kids and let me tell you that is not easy to get from the kids. My 16 year old daughter was the one to have a sore throat most recently and she was afraid at first to try it thinking it would be as nasty as the drug store type…but she sprayed it and said it did not have a bad taste and it worked well on her sore throat. It is regularly $14.99 but right now you can get it for just $2.65 shipped. We also really like the all natural BugsBgone bug spray. It is currently $1.60 shipped
I’ve been using the green tea repair complex as my night moisturizer for a few months and it has been great, much fewer break outs than previously!
