Steph, If you go to her Etsy website she has all the instructions there for Groupon buyers. You have to send her an email with all the special info she needs from you.

Is it limit 5 groupon coupons per person? And you can only use one per necklace? Is that right?
She said u can buy 5 groupons but only use 1 per order. So, yes…one groupon per one necklace.
Is says on the groupon site, expires 10/16, and that you can’t redeem it until 10/16? What?

I ordered (3) last time. The merchandise is very sweet, but she is very slow and the “customer service” is not very good. Just an fyi…..
My guess is that she is completely overwhelmed with the last Groupon offering, and my fear is that people will order this time with Christmas intentions. I would say that an order to be received by Christmas is very “iffy.” We have not received our order either. It has been a long time, and she is not responding to emails.
I’m sorry, but I would have to disagree with you. I received great customer service! (emails & all) It took awhile to get my necklace, but she did have stated on her page that it could take 6 weeks due to the demand. I’m sure it is no easy task to make handmade, custom jewelry for thousands of people at a time! With the great deal we are getting, I don’t mind being patient again!
I got mine weeks ago from the last groupon (I ordered 3). She was very quick to respond to my emails and very pleasant. The necklaces are cute, but I guess they’re not quite what I was expecting.
Responded to me very fast! She has a ton of orders now so I’m sure she’s swamped. I watched the numbers of items she has sold just today skyrocket!! I can’t wait to order mine!

I ordered the necklace pictured above last time and I’m wearing it right now. I LOVE IT!!! It’s become my ‘go to’ necklace. : ) I thought her turn around time was good. I got my necklace in less than 6 weeks. It was totally worth the wait. Don’t know that I would have bought it at full price but for $12, I thought it was a great deal.

I see that she has an Etsy site and ww.lovestamped.com and the pricing on her website is a little bit higher (this is the site listed on the Groupon). Can we order from either site?
She mentioned in the Discussion on Groupon that the pricing on the website is higher because shipping is included in the price – whereas on Etsy shipping is calculated separately. Also, the groupon is only valid on her website, not on Etsy.
She has a comment up on the top of her Etsy shop that says “welcome grouponers” So I think that it is.
She responded to an e-mail that I sent her and said the groupons can only be used at lovestamped.com.
Bought 5 for Christmas gifts. I bought some last time for myself and gifts and they are wonderful. Also, I was able to get 6% thru EBATES.
I was just reading the discussion about this Groupon where the listing is at and they address some of the questions being asked…the Groupon can only be used on the website and not on the Etsy site. Also, they address using multiples on one order, first Amanda (of Love Stamped) said Yes then someone from Groupon said the fine print says only one per order. Then she says you can divide the order into more than one order to use multiples. I’m still confused on that one. I just wanted to add that on my last order there was a mistake, my son’s name was spelled wrong. Amanda sent me a new silver bar and was super speedy and friendly so I feel that the customer service was EXCELLENT.

I think some things can be personalized but the one pictured is a standard. I have received some of my previous order and like them, still have another order that got lost in the shuffle= I sent emails through the conversations area of etsy- this seemed to work best.
My Groupon code did not work. I emailed Love Stamped and called and never got a reply. Hoping I am not out the money : (

Also not working for me. It looks like you can contact Groupon and they’ll refund your money. I think I’m going to try to contact them tomorrow.
Finally got mine to work! I’ve been in communication with the girl making the necklaces all night, and I finally figured out that the last 2 digits in the Groupon # DO need to be included in the number and you need to leave the dashes out. Hope that helps!
