Are you a new member? because both the codes above will only work if you’re a new member to Swirl. Also, you shouldn’t have to enter any payment info when testing the promo codes. All you need to enter before testing the codes is your mailing info.

Yes I am new. I called customer service to cancel my order and was informed the LUVSWIRL code had expired but the other one would work but only if the item is at least $20. I had attempted the ring for $19. Hope that helps
How strange. I just ordered as a new customer using the LUVSWIRL code and I mean just now. It went through on the $19 gold plated hoops. So, for less than $10 on shipping, I have one more holiday gift done!

I used the code when you posted about Swirl earlier and I was not impressed with their customer service! I ordered an American Apparel totebag as a gift. They charged me for it but a month and a half later I still had not received it. I called and called and finally I spoke with a person who told me the bags were on back order and that they had not received them from the supplier yet. Why they could not have emailed me to tell me this I do not know…
So I canceled my order because they told me they had no idea when I’d receive my purchase, and two days later, I received it in the mail.
I unsubscribed from their sale alerts.
Oh that stinks, Natalie! 🙁 I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. Everything that I’ve ordered so far has come really fast. In fact, I think the last item ordered came within 3 days of me placing the order. I was also impressed with the quality of the items I have purchased so far.
