I just sent an email to Collin about this issue. Guess I should of checked here first. Has anyone called and complained? I also got the same email and thought about calling. Maybe a few anger phone calls will get them to reverse their decision. I’m highly frustrated with this. Like many of you I went out and bought books for it, threw away the receipt (stupid move on my part) and now have two books with no use unless I go out and spend $29.99 plus tax. I purchased the Leap Frog Junior with a gift card and my target credit card. Again throwing away the gift card because it had no money left on it. How are they going to refund that?
You absolutely should call to get the money back on your gift card – I would like to think that they would send you a new gift card. Fingers crossed! I’ve decided not to call about my cancelled order, because I don’t need any more stress right now 🙂 But I would if I actually lost money like you did!!!
Target has lost a customer. I just got off the phone with customer service and they didn’t seem to care what a inconvenience it was for the misprint. Looks like Walmart is my new best friend.
Yep. They’ve lost this customer. I will be doing all my Christmas shopping anywhere but Target.

I tried calling target a few times and they are standing by their decision to not honor their price. After a few calls and a few e-mails, I am right back where I started. Target has lost a customer. It’s really sad to lose customers over 20 dollars, but I want a company who will stand by their prices and honor their mistakes. I was a VERY loyal target customer, walmart will now have my service.
