Quick question! Did anyone else have it say that you have to purchase a qualifying item before you can have the free 2 month membership? I’m a little confused! Thanks!

Yes, it does say that. I just signed up and put the Melissa and Doug dress up in my cart (something I was planning on buying anyway 🙂 ) Got the 2 month membership, free shipping and 5.00 off the toy.

WOW!! Every year we participate in a program here in Fort Lauderdale, FL called Toys for Tots which brings out literally every motorcyle enthusiast from everywhere who go on a great day long ride but most importantly, collect new and used toys for under privileged kids. At the end of the day, the toys make it into a humongous depository and it just grows every year since this program started. Last year, Broward and Miami Dade county accepted over 200,000 toys for these needy kids. Thanks to Hip2Save.com, my friends and I just logged into the Barnes and Noble shop and unfortunately for you other thrifty people out there, we just about bought everything we could. Some of us even got ebates.com and shopathome.com rebates coming. But thank you Hip2save for the heads up, we were all able to double our annual donations and between the 40-45 of us who took advantage of this offer, we figure we will be able to make about an additional 200 kids a lot happier this Xmas! Great program for South Florida counties, and even greater offer that we wouldn’t have found out about if it wasn’t for Hip2Save.com. Thank you Hip2Save, you made our day!!

That is really wonderful. I too will be able to donate some toys this year because of some of the wonderful deals that I have gotten. I am very glad that you guys are going to make some extra kids happy this year. Keep up the good work 🙂

    • Collin

Wow! How generous and kind of all of you! What you are doing is amazing and impacting so many lives in such a positive way. Thanks for sharing this with all of us! 🙂

i don’t mind it at all when someone like you is buying up all the deals to do something great and donate to those that are in need! what a wonderful thing to do! i too am going to be donating quite a bit of toys this holiday season! i have 6 board games, 2 barbie dolls, 2 tonka trucks, and a few stuffed cabbage patch dolls that i have collected so far. hopefully the pile will get a little bigger in the next few weeks!

The bottom of my hall closet is full of toys and games that I have been collecting all year to donate to the church to help families in our community at Christmas time. Usually I am only able to help 2-3 kids but this year I think I have enough for at least 20 and hopefully more by the time the donations are due 🙂 I love to give any time of the year especially at Christmas and couponing has helped me to do so much more. Thanks Collin!!!

    • Heidi

How did you get the 15% off to work? When I added that coupon code, it took away the $5 off on my order.

    • ashley

Thanks I used the same code and got the 15 percent off. I ended up paying 6.45 for the Princess Elise dress up! Awesome price.

Thanks, I got a Melissa & Doug beading kit for just under $9 for my girls for Christmas. The trial membership is a great bonus since I don’t spend enough there to actually pay for it! It will come in handy for the holidays.

  10. Emily

I missed the free 2 month membership post – is it still available? When I click your link I get sent to a 404 error page.

    • Heidi Pepin

Emily – Just search COllin’s age for B&N. It’ll come up. I had the same problem.

  11. Katrina

Thanks! I used a 20% off and the $5 off. Plus had a 10 gift card I was saving from my daughters birthday. She got the Princess set and a Dora Thanksgiving book! She is gonna love them. And it cost me .33 cents 😉

  12. Brandy Ravert

Was anyone else able to reuse the $5 off?! When I went back to add the puzzles in my cart guess I added a toddler toy that wasn’t a puzzle but it automatically took off the $5, AGAIN.
