Reminder: Lowe's 90% Off Kitchen Aid Mixer 12:01AM EST (1st 100 only)
Just like I promised in my Lowe’s post earlier today, here is a reminder for all you night owls! If you can stay awake until 12:01AM EST, Lowe’s has promised to begin releasing 90% off coupon codes for select items. Lowes has revealed that they are planning to kick off this code craziness with the KitchenAid Stand Mixer at 90% off for 100 fans and 20% off for 900 fans! Soooo, if you are going to attempt to battle it out for one of the 100 90% off codes, here are some tips…
(1) Head over to Lowes.com now
(2) Login or register for an account (this will store your address and allow for a faster online checkout)
(3) Search for the White Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer pictured above (keep in mind that the Lowes site is VERY slow…I was finally able to find the mixer but then unable to add it to my cart which makes me believe that they will not let anyone add it to their cart until 12:01AM?!)
(4) As soon as the clock hits 12:01AM EST, I would begin refreshing the page until you are able to add the mixer to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and add the all important 90% off code (which I am assuming will be posted on the Lowes Facebook Wall)
(5) IMPORTANT: If the promo code quantities have been exhausted by the time you are through the checkout process, the page will indicate that your promo code isn’t valid. Make sure to look for any error messages on the checkout page. If you don’t want the item at that point, you don’t need to proceed with checkout. If you proceed with checkout at that point, you will charged full price for the item.
(6) If you are not fast enough to snag one of the products at 90% off, there are other codes for 20% off that will be posted on the Facebook wall when the 90% off coupons run out.

12 hours later and still no word about the rest of the codes/sale items? Funny, the only part of this facebook presale that is working is the preview of the actual black friday deals – the “stars of the show” as they were referred to. I’m pretty sure that this was just an elaborate marketing scam to promote the actual black friday sale (which doesn’t appear to be that great) – but nobody can call it that because they actually did extend one deal to a few people. This was certainly NOT what Lowe’s advertised, though. Shame on them for that.
I’m not upset about not getting the mixer, I’ve lived without one this long so I think I’ll survive 😉
Anybody else pick theirs up? I just got mine and was given a 4 and 1/2 qt not a 5. Is that the same thing.
Not sure. My husband just picked up ours. Hes on his way home now.. hmm have to check it out.
I messaged somebody else that said they won too and thats what they got. I wonder what the deal is? Online they don’t have any 4.5 mixers just 5 so maybe its the same!?!
I got one too. It’s on my counter as we speak! It is a 4 1/2 quart.
Congrats to everyone that got one. I stayed up, refreshed my browser every few seconds. Funny thing, when the new post with the code popped up I think I was still pressing to refresh the browser just because I had done it for a couple minutes straight. Haha. I had already created an account on lowes and was signed in, had already added the item to the cart, was on the page to put in the code. And guess what…I typed in GIFT…didn’t work, typed it in again…didn’t work…typed it in again…didn’t work…then when I figured it out it crashed. I realize that my odds of getting it would’ve been better had I not hit the refresh button so many times and typed in the code correctly, but I’m ok with it. It was fun, I was going to be up that late anyway. I’m just anxiously waiting for whatever they’re going to do next. I’m off today, so I’ve got their FB page up while I do other things haha.

I actually got one! I was already up last night anyway and decided to try it. I placed the item in my cart at 12:01 AM and I had already created an account. After I entered the code, the payment info, and pressed complete order, the site crashed. I didn’t know if I had gotten it or not until I checked my online bank account and the money had been subtracted. The one I picked up today is a 4.5 qt. It was a great deal at 90% off! Still can’t believe I actually got it!
Just recieved the following email from Lowes in response to my commenting on how once I had the promo code working it booted me out:

1. We will post valid products periodically throughout the weekend that are part of the promotional event.
2. When we post the products, we will provide a link to the email sign-up page.
3. When you click that link, you will be sent to a page where you can enter your email address to receive a promotional code for an item.
4. You must enter your email address for each product promotion.
5. There are a limited amount of unique codes for each event but if your email address is one of the first received, the promotional code will be sent to you within 5 hour.
6. Please note this is a unique code that can only be used once and it will be deactivated after the initial use.
7. Each unique code will be valid for 48 hours after the code has been sent to you.

I had it in my cart, then when I went to add the code, suddenly it tells me my cart is empty. WTH!
I got one?!! I was doing the deal last night, site crashed.. I went to bed. Today at 6 p.m. I noticed the browser was still up, so I tried the code and it went through. I picked it up and paid only $19!!!
Congrats to veryone who got one! I need to keep up for deals like this, been wanting a Kitchenaide forever ever ever! I drool @ the copper one in Williams-Sanoma!
