(Thanks, Shopping Tips & Tricks!)
Thanks for posting! This will be an awesome Christmas gift for my grandma!
sweet, i got one!!!
The Cold Water Creek link took me to Land End Canvas.
I have never done a Groupon before, and I see above that Julie is getting one as a gift. I would like to get one for my sister for Christmas, and was wondering how… is it a certificate that I just print off after it is sent to me, and can anyone use it???
Thanks 😉
Yes! You’ll be able to print it out and can use in the time they designate.
If you ever have any problems entering the codes at the website you shop, call customer service-and they have FABULOUS, fast service!
Thanks!!!
This is great! We have a $50 limit, and my 14 y.o. has her aunt – now she can get her this AND something else (plus, it saves me a 2 hr. trip to the nearest Coldwater Creek for a g.c.!)
ahhh! made my day!!! 🙂
Funny-did it to me too.
But a few days ago I got a $60. Groupon for LECanvas for $30. and already used it on some cute flats.
I haven’t had such great luck at Coldwater Creek-ya have to watch their line of clothing-alot of the stuff looks good for your grandmother.
True but a super hip grandma! 😉
But all joking aside, I’m 33 and I get a LOT of scarves and jewelry from there and sometimes great jackets, laptop bags, etc. I love natural stone stuff and on clearance online that stuff is a pretty good deal sometimes. Just a suggestion. I’m just too cheap or I’d have bought more clothes though as I love a lot of the dresses sometimes.
LOL! I have never shopped there (too cheap), but my sis does A LOT – she’s 34 (I think), and dresses pretty classy 😉
You may want to check out the on-line clearances. I have found some fabulous deals there in the past. With $50, you may be able to get more than one gift!
Ebates cashback for 3.0%!!! 🙂
Can we use this in conjunction with one of their sales – like the $30 off $100 purchase???
I’m not sure… but I would think no since it states “Not Valid with other offers”
Thanks – what a great deal! I was able to use my $5 credit from the All You giveaway a couple of weeks ago 🙂
Is this good on HOME DECOR? The way it reads is a little confusing….
Hi Stephanie,
It is kinda confusing, isn’t it? Home Decor is listed in the paragraph describing Coldwater Creek, so I would assume that means home decor is in fact included. I can’t imagine they’d exclude Home Decor since that’s a big part of the store.
Does any one know, can you use the groupon amount towards shipping?
okay, merchandise only…shipping would be extra
Through 11/14 online they have free shipping on ANY order with code:WHH7080
This is an amazing deal online. Right now they are having $30 off $100.
If they accept the groupon, which they should….
$25 for $50 voucher
$30 off $100 purchase
25+50= $75 – $30= $45 for $100 worth..sounds good, that would take care of a lot of presents.
Collin, this would work on clearance/outlet items, right?
hmmm… I’m not quite sure on this one. It says not valid with any other offers… but I think that just means additional coupons or coupon codes. I think you will be able to purchase items from the clearance/outlet section with your voucher. If they were excluded, I’m thinkin’ they would state that.
it says not valid with other offers…does that mean we can’t do the 30 off of 100?
oh darn…their codes are *usually* stackable, but can’t guarantee
Yes, I think so… but I am not positive.
This is fantastic! I love Coldwater Creek, this is going to make for some fantastic Christmas gifts.
I just went on the Groupon site and here are the answers (from the Groupon discussion board for this offer) to all of the questions I have seen posted here:
Good Morning Groupies!!! (18 min ago) (Kathryn @ Groupon)

@ Kendra- This groupon is not valid towards the $30 off $100 offer
@ Kristin, Susan, Stacy- I am checking into the question about the outlets.
@ Jean M- This deal has a hard limit of 1 per person, which means you cannot buy additional as gifts.
Hello Again 🙂 (13 min ago) (Kathryn @ Groupon)
@ Margaret- This Groupon is valid on sale items!
@ Kristin, Susan and Stacey- This Groupon is valid at the outlet store locations!
@ Francie- You can use it in St. Louis (or any other location) or online if that is more convenient.
@ Denise- Yes, this groupon is valid for sale items online.
Just an FYI…. (3 min ago) (Kathryn @ Groupon)
The $50 can only be used on product, it cannot be used towards shipping.
This last post by Kathryn seems to conflict with the earlier response to Divya’s question (Rose). Will have to monitor the Board for the correct answer (after I go to the Post Office right now).
Oooops! April already answered the shipping question (answer is no) and it’s in the fine print (which I should have read 1st).
For Mom2.11 – When you establish your Groupon acct there will be an area that lists your Groupon purchases. You print the Groupon from there. You can print the same Groupon more than once if you, umm, misplace it the 1st time you print it. How exactly to use it is printed on the bottom of the page and is usually pretty explicit.
If you want to give a Groupon as a gift, your name will be printed on it but you can give it to anyone to use. You do not have to ID the person 1st so there is flexibility on who you actually give it to (thankfully).
I have used 20+ Groupons myself and as gifts (San Francisco is one of the cities they started in) and have had no problems. When a company I had 3 Groupons for went out of business, I called Groupon and my $$$ (several hundred dollars) was fully refunded (NOT Groupon credits) immediately.
And no, I don’t work for them or have any financial interests, etc. I just have had really great experiences with them.
I have a personal link that that if you use to establish your (new) Groupon acct and make a purchase I will receive a $10 credit. I will give this out (only) by request and not post it since there would be no bennies in it for you, I would feel bad if anyone felt like they felt like they should/pressured/etc and I don’t know if that is a no-no (Collin?).
Now I really AM going to the Post Office…
yay! My grandma loves this store!! Thanks!
I couldn’t get this to work this afternoon. Never could find the Coldwater Creek deal. ???
