Reminder: Donate Water With One Click
For every person who enters their email address and then clicks on the “Click to Donate Water” button above, P&G is providing a DAY of clean drinking water (2 liters) to a person in a developing country through P&G’s Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program.
This is a great cause that we can all contribute to since it only requires a valid email address! Keep in mind that once you click on the “Donate Water” button above, you will immediately receive an email and you will need to click on the link in the email (your email address is only required to verify your click). You can enter your email address once per day so I will plan to do a daily reminder.
* For every 1000 days of water we all generate on Hip2Save with the widget above, P&G Give Health will provide Hip2Save with a $50 gift card to give away to one of our awesome readers! So what are you waiting for?! Get clicking!
Done! 🙂
Doing this every day, great cause! Just wondering Collin, how long will this run?
It will run until P&G has reached 100,000 days of donated water or until December 31, 2010.
Thanks for the daily reminder!
I love the simplicity of this good deed. I think when you do the giveaway of the 50 dollar certificates, you should just make eligible for those who participated. You have a great blog, Collin!
I agree and not just once or twice just to qualify.
Ok heres some numbers to hopefully MOTIVATE you all to start clicking…Yesterday exactly 24 hrs ago until now we ahve had only 644 clicks!! NOw go look at the freebie posts(where you may possibly win)& there is more then DOUBLE this number.ALL we have to do is type in our email & then check our email to click on the link. Now the other posts you have to do MUCH more.Cmon girls/guys we don’t want to look selfish/greedy as this is something FREE we CAN give others.Something WE ALL enjoy EVERYDAY-WATER!!PLEASE start clicking as someone else’s LIFE DOES DEPEND ON IT:-)THANKS!
I completely agree…and I know that i have been entering twice per day with my two e-mail addresses as I’m sure many others have too! Not that it makes it right, but I’m sure that some people just skim through Collin’s post very quickly and only stop when they something that interests them.
