      • Margie

        thank you

  3. Stacey

I got a U Build Monopoly for FREE today! =)

  4. Ann

Ohh my let me tell ya, i went last nite, 9:30ish…Found the games for $5. Well on the shelf were also, wait for it…………$5 q’s on the games, same games. They had tear pads right there! I pulled 5 off, got ubuild monopoly (3), ubuild connect 4, and clue… I cant believe they had all the q’s that matched the games.. And the funny thing about it was, NO ONE was pulling the coupons off!!!! So i got 6 games for free…. I used my pictureka q for the card game!!! DUHGHHHH people…. I was excited to see the q’s i bought extras to have around house if need be a present!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

AWESOME! GOOD FOR YOU! I wanted to go but had a huge migraine so skipped and went to bed. I have gotten about 12 games for free so far this year from various stores and deals so it’s not biggy if I don’t get any, but it would be nice. I’m sure local schools could use the games in class rooms for indoor recess days 🙂

      • Ann

you sound like me, i have gotten like 10-12 games for free. I told my husband we are going to be playing a lot of board games and having lots of family nites!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

they had the tearpads at my store too, and everyone just walks right past…I told a nice lady about it because she was looking at the games for her grandkids, and she was so shocked that she hadn’t noticed the coupons. I think us frequent couponers just have some sort of coupon radar or something. 🙂

  5. Heather-My Sweet Savings

My Wal-Mart was entirely out of these games, so I took my handy-dandy flier and went to Target and they price-matched for me! 🙂

    • Angela D.

This is what I did too…our Walmart manager said one lady came in took ALL 50 Monopoly U Build games off the shelf, a WHOLE peelie coupon thing and got all of them free! Now I love getting free items but I NEVER take all of them..maybe four or five would have been cool but FIFTY?! Thankfully our Target had some so they price matched and I got one for my girls for Christmas..Walmart should have enforced a 5 same game limit or something…the manager said she was bragging that she was going to be the Queen of her church’s donation box..which is cool but some of us parents can barely afford Christmas ourselves and deals like this go a long way you know? But hey I am just grateful Target price matches!

      • Samantha Booker

It’s amazing that someone can get away with that and yet the stores make issues about silly little things like using a 1.00 coupon on a .99 item!

  6. Kristen

Here’s another deal, although not for ubuild games. My husband, Jeremy ran across this yesterday. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Magnavox-MBP5120F-F7-Blu-ray-Player/15080510 This blu ray player connects wirelessly, thus you can use Netflix for $8 a month and stream unlimited movies that way – but it gets better. Our Wal Mart is offering a $40 instant gift card when you buy this unit! Great deal!

    • Kristen

Oops, sorry for being repetitive. I didnt see your post yesterday. The Blu ray player is really nice!

    • Crystal

It doesn’t connect to Netflix. The reviews are bad for it for that very reason.

      • Kristen

        That’s odd, because we’re connected.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Crystal, it does connect. We did this deal yesterday. It does however only show your instant que so you can’t navigate as easy as you can on the Wii.

      • Kristen

Correct. I believe the difference is in two different models. The one that WM sold on BF was the 5120…which was having connectivity problems. The model that we got last night on this deal was the 5130 – no Netflix problems whatsoever. VERY happy thus far. 🙂

  7. kayla

only u-build Monopoly, u-build Connect 4, Clue secrets and spies were $5 not all u-build games were $5

  8. Mitch

I thought I hit the jackpt with $2.48 U-Build Battleship at ToysRUs last week, Free is better!
    I better get out there!
    thanks

My Walmart still has these games for $15.

    • Angela

We had to go and scan the game and that is how we found out they were $5.00

    • Tara

Mine were still $15 too…even after price checking them! 🙁

    • Anna H

The battleship one, which is what the insert coupon is valid on was still $15. But the Monopoly was $5 in South Dakota.

    • Marianne

The price on the shelf at our WM said $10, but when price checked, it came up at $5.

  10. Bobbie Oblinsky

Not seeing the Wrigley q? Is it a special zip?

    • NolaGirl

See 13.1: accidentally replied to my own comment. Let me know if you find it.

  11. Angela

    I can’t find the $5/1 in the SS for 12/5 q.

    • karen e

I didn’t have one in mine either. It must be regional. 🙁

  12. Kristine

Wow, I just used ALL of my game coupons on the card games at Target the other day. I hope they have the $5 game tearpad at the store then. I’d love to get these for free. I still have a bunch of names on my Christmas list.

  13. NolaGirl

    What’s the ZIP for the Wrigley’s $2/2?

    • NolaGirl

It’s not 33467, 90210, 63366, 76109, 84116, 28152, 70117, or 70002. All were listed or tried, but none produced resulted — not even limit reached notes.

  14. Rebecca

Just got back from our Walmart and the Ubuild games are all 10-15 dollars, even did a price check 🙁 Wasted trip!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Our Walmart had Ubuild games for 15.00 each. There was no Ubuild Monopoly even though the weekly printed ad we picked up in the store showed them. There was a tearpad for a 2.00 rebate near the games however.

  15. mandyrcampbell

My coupon says Ubuild battleship are those on sale for $5 as well. Or will that coupon work for any Ubuild game??

    • Christine

      Just battleship.

  16. marielissa sanchez

I went and got two monopoly u build.I had to have a price check done and they came out for five dollars! I gave the cashier the website, she was so amazed!

  17. Christine

Battleship was $15. The ubuild coupon was only for that particular game. Unless there are different coupons out there some people away with games not specified. Please dont ruin it for the rest of us. Also, candy canes were $2.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Same here Ubuild $15 and Wonka Candy Canes $2.00. But never a wasted trip to Walmart they have excellent bakery bread 🙂 Yum!!

  18. Daniel West

There were tones of the U-Build Monopoly games and tons of $5/1 coupons today so I grabbed 5 to give to kids in our church. The cashier did not want to do it but she called a manager for approval and it was ok’d. Of course, there was no reason to even doubt it… the game is shown right on the front of the coupon.

  19. DP

I got the M&M tubes 3 @ 1 each (christmas) used the $2/3 Q and that made them 33 cents each..

  20. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My walmart (Glen Ellyn, IL) had the candy canes priced at $2- ea. Not such a good deal at that price.

    • Andrea

Yep, the candy canes were $2 a box at Walmart, so I passed at getting them there. Went to Target afterwards, and they were on sale there for $1.67, so bit of a better deal with the coupon.

    • Kristy

      Yeah mine are $2 too.

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

my walmart had the 5 dollor off tearpad coupons for the u-build monopoly, but they were sold out of the game, so i took a tearpad coupon, along with walmarts ad, that i grab on my way out the door, and went to target to price match. they took it no problems. my total came to .25 cents, the price of tax.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Where is the “flyer?”

      • alexd

My target wouldn’t price match because they said it was a 3 day ad/blockbuster ad. They told me it had to be a 7 day ad to price match. Never heard of that before.

        • elsee

my target told me the same thing the week of thanksgiving when i wanted to price match something (that was not a black friday sale it was the beginning of the week sale) target themself only had a 4 day add so i called corp. to ask them if this is their policy and they told me it isn’t and that the store should price match an add as long as the item # or picture shows the same as what you are trying to buy at target
maybe try at a different target or at a different shift thats what i did
          good luck hope this helps!!

          • alexd

Thanks for the info! I will remember that for next time. I actually went to another Wal-Mart 30 miles away and get the games there for free!

  22. DP

Stupid question – what exactly is Ubuild? Pieces you have to put together before you play the game?

  23. Dmkapotsy

We just got home from Wally World and scored two FREE games! Thanks!

  24. Monica

They had them marked down in Boise, ID too! Yay for free games!

  25. Rachel

I snagged the last Ubuild Monopoly at my WalMart! It was in a slightly out of the way spot & to top it off, someone had put a $5 coupon on it. That was my very last Christmas present to buy (actually an upgrade for a cruddy ‘make do’ gift I had impulse shopped) & I want to thank you Collin for posting about it…I would have totally missed out otherwise!

  26. alice

    Thanks! Got free games!

  27. dlhgsd122

I got the U build connect 4 for free! Free is great!

  28. Christen

I live in Indiana and my Wal-Mart did not have these games for $5. But I did purchase a couple travel Hungry Hungry Hippos games, Pictureka! card game and Trivial Pursuit card game all for about $0.25 each. Still very gratifying!!!!

  29. Kathryn

does anyone have a zipcode to find the sensodyne toothpaste coupon? i couldn’t find it. thanks!

  30. Ellikate

My Texas ad shows the U-Build games as $15, the $5 games are the monopoly card game. Anyone know if the coupon will work for the card game?

    • anna15nc

Did you do a price check? At my Walmart they weren’t marked $5 but when I did a price check they showed $5.

  31. Amanda

I was lucky enough to get 3 Monopoly U-Build games for only tax. In the spirit of giving I gave 2 different shoppers a game with the $5 coupon.

  32. Chrissy

$15 at my Walmart today – would’ve been a good deal, but oh well! 🙂

  33. Allyson easley

The Wonka candy canes are $2 a pack, not .88 cents. The only candy canes that are .88 cents are the regualr (not Wonka brand) peppermint candy canes.

  34. Susan

Maine here the u-build games were $10 -$15 I price checked at the scanner just to double check. I got some m &m tubes too and used the $2 off 3 mars holiday coupon so I didn’t feel like it was a wasted trip. 🙂 I left my coupon behind for someone else to use seems it expires at midnight tonight.
