I created an order at the Image Canvas site to test the shipping charges. Pretty annoying that you have to almost checkout to figure out shipping. Anyway…it was $11.95 for just the 16x20x3/4 print to Florida. Not sure if it will be more with the extra 5×7.

I want to order some prints but I’m not really sure how this works. Do youbuy just the voucher and pay for it then when you get the e-mail confirmation/code you go back to the website to design and pick your picture? I tried to call the customer service number 1-877-385-5742 and it said the line is no longer in service which made me a little leary. I just do not understand where and when you create the canvas. If anyone could help that would be great thanks! I also saw that it said it expires on 1/28 I thought it went thru 2/2

Why does the total charge say $100.90 on the Image Canvas site? I thought it would be $29 plus shipping.

Has anyone recieved their canvas yet? I just ordered mine today, procrastinating just a little… Anyway, I did get the confirnation e-mail and it says that if you are suppsed to get a free 5×7 with your order that it will ship out with the 16×20 and will be of the same photo.
