Yes, it is totally worth All You multiple subscriptions. I got all 4 of mine for about 83 cents/issue (did have to deal direct with All You for a few months to get all 4), so one $1 coupon from each mag and I break even. Any more, and it’s totally worth it. Just depends on your taste I guess!

    • confused

how do i get older coupons for example this is something i saw on this site..
Speed Stick, Dove Invisible Solid or Degree Invisible Deodorant 2/$4
Use 2 $2/1 Dove coupons from the 1/30 RP
      PAY = $0
      Get a $2 +Up Reward (when you buy 2)
      FINAL COST = 2 for FREE + a $2 moneymaker!
how do i get dove coupons from the 1/30RP

      • Bobbie

Most of us save our inserts so that we can go back to them for the coupons. If you did not get the Newspaper on 1/30 then now you would have to purchase them from a coupon clipper. Or you could ask around your friends and family to see if they have them.

      • marcia

you may also be able to get them from the local newspaper if you can get to the office, they keep them for a while…. i think how long depends on the paper.. i’ve gotten them a couple weeks after this way.. HTH

collin, are you sure the nature made 100 ct fish oil is part of heart healthy promo? i checked multiple times and only saw odorless 150ct is part of the promo. not any other fish oils. can you or any other readers know anything about that?

    • Jennifer

I’ve read on multiple sites from multiple people for a few weeks now that all the fish oils are counting towards it

      • MARGARET IN SEATTLE

can some other readers confirm this before i make the purchase? you know we really don’t like surprises at checkout! thank you for your confirmtions!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I purchased the fish oil a few weeks ago and I bought the 100 ct bottles and the odorless 60ct and they both worked toward the healthy heart Promo so it does seem like all sizes are counting.

          • Melissa

yes, i posted on the previous page of comments that I bought 2 fish oils not listed and received my HH reward.
Went to double ck and mine are the 60ct odorless.

        • mouni

Margaret, It worked for me when they had the buy 30 get 16 + ups a couple of weeks ago. I bought 4 of the Nature Made fish oil 100ct mentioned here and got the weekly up reward plus the HH promo ups! 🙂 They were 10.49 not 8.49. I did get them for 8.49 after 20% for my gold status. If you have any card discount it doesn’t apply this week because they’re BOGO.

    • imakeagoodhat

      Hey there,

I bought a variety of fish oils when they were on sale a few weeks ago, none of them were part of the heart healthy promo, but I got it, so don’t worry. You’ll get it. And worst comes to worst, you can return it if you don’t get the +UPs. 🙂

  3. Jennifer

I still have my resolution reward to spend and this looks like the third week in a row that I may not be able to get my total above $20 to use it. After all my coupons my total hasn’t even been close because our store has been out of things I want or need. May end up getting a few non sale or things I want next week to use it up!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Try using your $20 on rebate items. This way, you convert it to cash.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Give the cashier the $20 resolution reward BEFORE you give them your other coupons….this always works for me. Hope that helps!

      • Anon

To me that is a waste of your reward money if you give them that before your coupons. Buy something you want but wouldn’t normally buy yourself

        • Melissa

How so? If I have $20 worth of items and $6 in manf coupons, I figure I can use the $6 in ‘overage’ towards something I need but don’t have coupons for, like milk or ice cream, that way my OOP is still low. Like this week, I plan on getting

          8.88 – 4 Hungry Jack items
          6.00 – 4 Chex Mix (have 4 $1/1 cpns)
          3.50 – Colgate (have .75/1 cpn)
          4.00 – 2 Dove (have 2 $2/1 cpns)
          = 22.38
I hand over my $20 reward
          = $2.38
          I have $8.75 in coupons
Which leaves me 6.37 I can use to buy other stuff w/out coupons!!

In the process of swapping out my $20 reward, I’m getting 8 $1 Snack UPs, $3.50 UP and $2 UPs for a total of $13.50 back.

          • Jennifer

If your total is $2.38 after your reward, how can you use $8.75 in coupons?

            • Melissa

you buy other stuff that costs around $9 so you CAN use your manuf. coupons. Or don’t bother with using manuf. coupons at all.

    • momwhocares

I used mine almost like Emily said – I bought degree, speed stick, ragu, chili, toothpaste my total was over the $20 mark and my total was $26.00 I used the $20 GOS certificate and 2 $3 + up rewards and only paid .50 + tax OOP. THen I got back $23.00 in +up rewards.

So, all you need to do is bring your total above $20 and make sure you get back +up rewards to equal. Now, you have made that $20 rewards into smaller increments you can use to pay when your total is just a few to several dollars OOP in your next transactions.
      HTH

If you have the P&G savings boolet, it has a dollar of coupon in it making the dish detergent free this week.

    • confused

hello i am new to this website and so far i have found it very helpful! thanks to everyone. i was just thinking. how do i go about getting old PG or SS coupons i see a lot of blogs about if you use the PG coupon from 1/3 its free or something similar but how do i go about getting old coupon clippings if i dont have them, sometimes there is a link to the coupons but not the ones i saw. please help

      • Lolo

you have to buy them from ebay or a coupon clipping site. But beware that if it is a good deal, they will be sold out fast or the demand for them will cause the prices to skyrocket. (people find out early what the sales will be and plan ahead). Most of the time it’s just not worth buying them unless you know way ahead of time. Best bet is to make sure to get several copies of the newspaper each week and keep all coupons. The date is on the side of the insert or you can write it on the front for easier viewing. HTH

    • confused

how do i get the booklet?

      • Lolo

you had to mail away for it. You had to spend $50 (before coupons) on P&G products and then mail in for the coupon book by a certain date (expired now). Too late for this time around. But they will probably do it again in 6 months or so so check the P&G website now and again.

  7. Erin D

    Thanks hip2save!!!

  8. Katie

I just got my March issue of PARENTING (with Kourtney Kardashian on the cover), and in Minnesota, the $10 OFF Amazon Baby coupon was also in there, no 20% off diaper coupon this month though, but this was better anyway!

    • momof4

Katie, if you want to leave me your email address i can send u the amazon codes….the daycare/preschool my kids go to sometimes has stacks of magazines that no one takes…I collect the codes for my cousin but don’t use myself (my baby has been trained for 6mths) I would be happy to share with you….

      • A.D.

I would love some too if you have extra. My e-mail is carebear4351@hotmail.com! Thanks for the consideration!

        • momof4

i’m sorry…i totally missed your response here!! i will hit you up when i get some this month!!!! 😀

  9. Lynda

if anyone wants to do the deal on the finish dish detergent if you go to there web site there is a 3.00 off the dispenser system,

  10. Jojo

does anyone know if the gardettos are also producing the $1UP+?

  11. Tricia

Is anyone else having trouble finding the coupons mentioned? I do not have the light bulb coupon, the axe coupon, or the Olay coupon? I looked in my books with those dates and i do not have them. I have multiple copies too. Seems strange that i don’t have the same coupons as everyone else. There does not appear to be a 1/16 PG either. Anyone else?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The 1/16 p&g it is purple with a woman and a child doing yoga on it. and just in case you might have miss dated the booklets go to coupon dede and click on whole inserts and put the date in just to be sure your dates are right (or just look on the spine of the booklet for me the letters are too small lol) I’m in ny and have all the coupons and we usually get ripped on all the good coupons.

    • momwhocares

It didn’t come in my paper – youc an buy them from clipper services

      • Tricia

        I didn’t have a P & G on that date. Strange. My P & G is from 1/30.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There is a P&G insert for both dates, both have coupons that don’t expire until the end of February.

    • Joan Southwick

some coupons are regional… I have found several instances where we didn’t get the same things as east coasters……. just have to keep watching… remember,, it’s not life and death and there WILL be another deal… and we may have coupons that others dont’… so always share……… when you can.

    • Christine

I’ve run into this fairly often, it amazes me sometimes how much difference there can be between coupons in different areas. I live in Ohio and every week there are coupons I never received mentioned, or for different amounts. I finally just started creating my own coupon database. Even across Ohio there are different inserts for different areas, a co-worker brought me coupons from city papers only 45 min away and there were still some fairly large saving differences.

      • momof4

I live in Ohio also…just the next count over (which isn’t a very far drive) has a spectacular issue of RP & SS every week….my RP seems to be just a bunch of ads hardly any qpons….what’s your site that you post on??

        • Christine

where at in ohio? I don’t have a site or anything, I’m just keeping an excel database on my laptop. I was following savingmoneyintoledo.com, but even the deals posted there use coupons that aren’t in our inserts (I live in toledo). I’m not sure if she uses another databases or blog to get some of the deals, but it’s been frustrating…I figure since she’s in my city she must be listing our q’s, then I waste a bunch of time trying to find them. I’ve also started following spectacular savings…she’s in MI but she shops Meijer, and I’ve found all the deals & q’s I’m interested in so I rely on hers more. I mostly use saving money for Kroger.

          • momof4

I live north of Youngstown in Trumbull Co literally a few miles from Ashtabula & Portage and a few miles more is Geauga….our RP and SS in Trumbull is a waste of time….I look forward to getting from the other counties (thank goodness for friends 😀 ) I get a lot of tips from following mojosavings and hip2save….then printables from the internet….the company websites and facebook have a lot to offer : ) Good luck!! Happy hunting & saving!!

  12. jessica

I had a great trip today

    4- Dove Deodorants
    3- Axe Body Spray
    3- Axe Deodorants
    3- Gas X
    2- GE Light bulbs
    2- Colgate Sensitive
3- Eddy’s Ice Cream (from the infamous Ice Cream Deal)

Total OOP $6.90 I hit my $100 mark and ended up leaving with $27 up bucks

    • Summer

I don’t get it, is the ice cream deal still going on? And how did you only have to buy 3? I thought it was buy 6 to get the UPs.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Rainchecks, I would assume, and you only had to buy 6 to get them free, they were still on sale individually for $2.99 with a $2 Up. I think a lot of people underestimate the power of rainchecks. You have a month (or more, my stores will take them longer) to use them and you never know, you may end up with a better coupon or another deal to combine them with. I have had great luck with this.

        • Lolo

true. I got rainchecks for the stayfree deal (buy one get one free) and I still have my bogo q’s but what is even better this week is that they come with a $2 UP wyb 2 so a $2 MM! yeah!

        • rachel

my store only does a raincheck for one. So I don’t know how she got three icecream but that s great for her.

  13. audrey

Woot woot! Found 10 Doves today! Got my COlgate Sensitive and used my B1G1 q (no idea where this was in the inserts but expires 2/27/11) so even a better money maker and found 3 Maalox today!! Good RA day!

    • mouni

Did you buy all the 10 doves? I wish people wouldn’t clear the shelves. That’s why Rite Aid is starting to put limits on things.

      • Melissa

How do you know she cleared the shelves?? My store had an ENTIRE endcap full of Dove plus what was on the deo aisle! I didn’t bother with them since I have oodles of deo for myself, I bought hubby his preferred Degree.
I know I miss out on deals myself b/c I can’t get to the store on Sun or even Mon and find empty shelves, but ya know, deals ALWAYS cycle back around!

      • HeidiP

I wouldnt call buying 10 Doves shelf clearing and a reason for Rite Aid to put limits up. What seems more clear to me is that rite Aid needs to have stock on hand!!!!!! 10 Doves is ridiculous at the start of a sale. Heck, before I started couponing, I would have gone into Target and bought 10 deodorants wihtout even batting an eye. I have five daughters that all play sports, we use a lot of deodorant. I get sick and tired of listening to all the “shelf clearing” comments. What is alot for one person isnt for another, simple as that. If somone REALLY needs some Dove, take your $2.00 coupons and go to another store and buy it. If you want the Dove so you can have a MM, then go to Rite Aid at opening and make your money,

        • Tinker

AMEN HEIDI! I bet the people who make the most comments are the ones that wish they had been able to “clear the shelves”

          • Amber

I just wish Rite Aid would stock their stores so some of us could even get some on the first day. No one is clearing shelves at my store, they just don’t get any of the sale stuff stocked.

            • Lolo

when you get those surveys at the end of your receipts with a chance to win the sweepstakes, be sure to do them. They give you a chance to voice what could have made your trip better etc…. and I always say more stock on hand. If they keep hearing this it is bound to change!

            • me

In Rite Aids’ defense…. It is really hard to try to figure out what to order massive qtys of. They cannot see the coupons in advance as you can see the Rite Aid ads in advance. If you know of something that will be a great deal, try to let someone know at Rite Aid so they can have a heads up and order accordingly. Also, most Rite Aids only get a shipment only once every two weeks, which makes it even harder to get the right amount of stuff on that off week. Does anyone know how to see the coupons that are coming up? Also does anyone have a store that they know of that does a great job keeping the coupon merchandise in stock? I’m sure the other Rite Aids would like to know their secret…

          • Stefany

Haha, yeah given half the chance, anyone one of us would take advantage of a good deal. Buying 10 deodorants may seem like a lot, BUT for me, it would mean not having to buy it for the rest of the year. This would mean all the other deodorant deals the rest of the year would be left for others to take advantage of. While I don’t agree with clearing the shelf if you have no need for the items, I DO think it’s ok to do so if you’ll be in need of the items. Why not?

      • audrey

No, I did not clear shelves as I hate it when people do that to me. I did go to 4 Rite Aids today. I plan to donate all to a family who has moved to this country from Albania. Wanted to add, this area has alot of couponers and slow restock here in good ole NC so if you don’t stock up on Sun, you are gonna lose out on getting anything! I probably will not be back at RA until next Sun for next weeks deals.

      • Rie

Rainchecks are AWESOME! I got a raincheck for 4 Stayfree from last week’s BOGO sale which I used this week paired with the BOGO coupon. Well, to my surprise, I received two $2 +UP which coincides with this week’s stayfree sale. Not only was it a $4 moneymaker for me but it put me over the $100 threshold for my $20 reward. So don’t be mad/sad when they’re out, just get those rainchecks!!

        • audrey

Great advice. I always forget those! I need to put a sticky on my q’s that says to ask for rainchecks if places are out! I also figure some other store will have a deal in a few weeks and I’ll get to take advantage of that one! I was excited to get these b/c this family literally has nothing so I am going through my stockpile to give them what I can and was excited to bless them with the deoderent at such a great price and also get to roll some UPs!

      • rachel

Alot of people special order in. I am for next weeks johnson and johnson and that way I get what I want and the store is still stocked. I think we should all keep the sotree clearing messages to ourselves.

      • marcia

10 isn’t even 1 per person in my house …… I only found 1 so far 🙁 looks like loads of rainchecks for me this week 🙁

        • Amber

I actually do give the managers a heads up about two weeks in advance. They still are not ordering. I special ordered 12 Dove deodorants 2 weeks ago for this sale for my family and my friends family-special order did not come in. I am not sure how much more I can try and help them stock their stores. It is their job to make their stores run. They can go on the internet and figure this stuff out just as much as we do. I am just frustrated with it. I have tried several different tactics and I still end up driving around to numerous stores in the area. I order coupons in 10’s and 20’s off ebay so I pay money for them and want to be able to use them. Now I have 10 Dove coupons that I paid $4 for and no one had them in stock. Rainchecks are great, but the UP rewards are only for the week of the sale and not all managers will print them out for you after the sale is over. I ordered 20 Johnson and Johnson coupons as I like to stock up for family, friends and baby showers. I special ordered 20 bottles at my store bc I don’t want to clear shelves, my special order did not come in, my sale starts this Friday and the next truck doesn’t come in until Saturday. I don’t want to take my chances that my order won’t come in on Saturday and be stuck with 20 coupons that I paid for. I have tried everything possible not to be clearing shelves and be respectful, but it might happen this Friday.

  14. Carissa1218

Just a question..was at rite aid today buying the Finish dish washing tabs. All of the Finish products had yellow stickers over the prices, and the sale sticker stated “valid 1/26-13/1 sale price $3.99 w/wellness card”. When I went to cash out none of them rang up at that price, long story short..the manager got involved, I showed her the signs and she noticed they were ALL incorrect. She then began to swear up and down and rip the stickers off…needless to say she refused to give me the =$3.99 price, as well as embarassing me in front of at least 12 other customers as she heatedly refused the price for me. I just would like to know,,,,is it unreasonable to ask for the advertised sale price?? PS..she was also the manager!!

    • Leah

That is horrible! They must honor the sticker prince. I would call corporate!

      • Daymon

The sticker prince is the coolest…lol!

    • Barbi

I hate when employees, even worse managers act like the discount is coming out of their pockets. I think corporate would be happier to know that a customer was satisfied, and money was spent at their store as opposed to a customer dissatisfied and no money was spent at the store.

    • Summer

That was a VERY unprofessional way for her to react! Even if she wasn’t going to honor the sticker price, she should have appologized to you for the confusion and been polite! I’d complain to corporate about the way she acted!

    • Jojo

Theres a large sign in front of all the cash registers at my RA that says that if the price rings up incorrectly, you get the item for free. Its some sort of “guarantee” from rite aid. you might want to check up on that.

      • fairydust

Too bad I didn’t see that at my RA this morning – there’s a Coke deal in our flyer (buy 2 6-packs for $7, get $1Up back) that rang up incorrectly, at full shelf price. The manager was my cashier and forced it all through at the sale price then gave me a dollar back on my gift card, so all was well, but free would’ve been nice 😉

    • Jennifer

While it was completey inappropriate the way the manager handled it, it seems like a matter of two sales happening at the same time. I was told that what happens in this case is that you get either deal, whichever is cheaper. Since it’s bogo free this week, getting 2 for $6.29 is a better deal, but if you are only buying one, then the $3.99 price should kick in. HTH

    • Lolo

      Carissa,
this is what the deal is. The sale price is a month long promotion and that is why the stickers. HOWEVER, that being said, when they run a bogo sale, the sale price disappears and it goes back to the original price and then the other is free. BUT being that they screwed up and left the price tags in place, the manager should have at least honored it for 2 of the products (bogo at $3.99) and explained to you the problem. (not sure how many you bought but at least one deal should have been made available to you) I just wanted to give you a heads up for future promos. HTH

  15. Cheryl G

Just got back from Rite Aid at Harvard, MA. The Hormel chilis are not churning out any UPs. Anyone face the same problem?

    • Rachel

The $1 up worked perfectly @ my RiteAid store (Fresh Meadows, NY )

      • Melissa

worked for me in NOLA too.

        • Tawanda

Hey Melissa, fellow couponer from NOLA!

          • Ms.Dee

Hey Melissa & Tawanda, fellow couponer frm Slidell!

    • Cassie

Worked fine for me and I got 3 with no beans

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Still work, with or without beans.

  16. Amber

I special ordered 12 of the Dove deodorant so that I would not be clearing the shelves. I did not go early on Friday (CA sales run different days) to do my shopping and did not get the four Doves on the shelf because I was counting on my special order. I went today after the truck delivered and my Dove did not come and now the shelves are empty. I am not sure how to win sometimes with Rite-Aid. Either you have to clear the shelves to get what you want because they are so low in stock or you try and do it right and you don’t get any 🙁

    • Carrie

I completely agree with you. Last week I went to get a bunch of things, but thought I would check and see if the tear pads were by the $1.99 Excedrin PM. They were, so I bought 3 using 3 coupons, which ended up being a $1.53 money-maker for me. There were like one hundred coupons left on two separate tear pads and I left one box on the shelf, since I didn’t really need 4 (that was all there was and I rarely, if ever, take the last of something I am simply buying to be a MM, just in case someone truly needs it…Karma can be a b!tch…). The manager grumbled something as he rang me out, then over the store intercom called to a stocker and said, “Remove the remaining $1.99 Excedrin PM and take down the tear-pads too, while you’re at it”. Why on Earth would they do that? It made me not want to shop there, even though they honored my coupons. I went back in closer to the end of the week and noticed that the $1.99 Excedrin PM hadn’t been restocked, just the larger not on sale size was available, and today – full stock. Icky, icky customer service, if you ask me 🙁

      • fairydust

Once again, I just don’t understand why store managers/employees seem hate coupons so much – the store gets the money back… And in the case of rounding down, the store makes extra money. The store folks should love coupons!

      • Stephany Gonser

Why in the world would the manager NOT want to sell an item?! It’s a retail store that sells “stuff.” So they should sell it, not pull it off the shelf. Some retail managers don’t really get what their position and their business is all about.

  17. Rachel

On the Band-Aid and Neosporin deal, I believe there is another $.50 off VV coupon when you purchase EITHER Band Aid or Neosporin.

    Here is another deal scenerio:

    Buy 1 Neosporin ($6.99) and 3 Band-Aid Products ($2.99 each)
    Total:$15.96
-$1.50 When you purchase both-newspaper insert
-$1.50 When you purchase both – VV
-$.50 (x2) When you purchase either product – newspaper insert
-$.50 When you purchase either product – VV
Pay:$11.46 and get $5 UP rewards

    • Melissa

Thanks, I completely forgot about the VV q’s and was trying to figure how to do this deal with low OOP. I need the neosporin more than the bandaids. I was thinking
      2 Neosporins = 13.98
      + 1 BandAids @ 2.99
      = 16.97
      – $1.50/2 insert q
      – .50/1 insert q
      – $1.50/2 VV
      – .50/1 VV
      – $5 in Ups
      = 7.97

Not bad!! May add a few more things to use my $4/20.

  18. jcc253

Well, after going to 3 different Rite Aids for the chile I finally got my deal done like Emilys but with a couple of tweeks. I finally hit my $20 reward and came home with many more ups and only $3 oop so it was a good day, however, my local Rite Aid is closing and now I will have to got alot farther which is a bummer.

  19. becky d

I got some really good deals but wanted to tell everyone I did not get the $2 UP on three 7ups so be careful

    • Amber

Thanks for the heads up, was going to do that deal. Has anyone else done this deal yet?

      • serissa

I did I got my 2 ups no prob.

  20. Heather

The Colagate Total Advanced in my Rite Aide came with a bonus toothbrush attached – so be sure to check the entire display to see if you can also score the bonus! 🙂

    • RiKi Rietschlin

Yes, if you had the. 75¢ Colgate q you could get the bonus tooth brush. I also some how got a bonus $20.00 up. I hit my $100.00 on my 2nd transaction and got my $20.00 up then on my 3rd transaction I got another $20.00 up. I was honest and told the gals and she said heck Congrats keep it.

  21. jessica

I got to the checkout at RA today with the deal I posted earlier, and my AWESOME Rite Aid girls asked me if I had gotten the rain check for the Eddy’s ice cream from last week I think it was. I told her no that I hadn’t and she said if I wanted some she could give them to me for .99 but that I couldn’t do the buy 6 deal. I love my Rite Aid!

  22. Tricia

Not a good day at Rite Aid today. The cashier took our +up rewards and i thought she scanned them all. But, it turns out she didn’t. She apparently didn’t scan about 8$ of them. Well, apparently we were her last customer and she left right after that. So, i don’t think we can get them back. Bummed. I had rolled them so well too.

    • Cassie

Mine screwed up my 20$ gos and I just now realized it didnt come off! So sad as that was 20$ lost!

      • cassie

I just realized I could reprint my GOS 20$ certificate! Yay, my 20$ isn’t lost!

    • Lolo

they have to scan them slowly otherwise they get missed. I watch carefully and most of my cashiers
know to make sure too. But the other day i had a new (and not too bright) guy and he kept whipping through them and of course some did not clear, so I made him go back and rescan them. If they went through they will beep, if they did not it will deduct. Just be sure to have a ball park figure in your mind about what you cost should be and if it does not seem right, stop them and fix it! HTH

      • fairydust

yes, exactly – my store’s manager was ringing me out this morning and he got confused at one point about the Ups I’d handed him, so just to make sure, he scanned them again. It doesn’t hurt anything, and if one got missed, it’ll go through.

    • Laurie M.

Happened to me with $4 worth of UPs. Now i pay very close attention as they are scanning them in.

    • Felinda

You definitely need to watch the cashier and their register screen correctly take off the up rewards. My cashier is really good about that…she would scan and then wait for the register monitor to accept it before scanning the next one. Sometimes you get the cashier that would just scan everything and it takes a while for the register to deduct…so calculate/estimate how much your purchase so you don’t loose out on those up rewards.

  23. Bobbie

I am curious about the Gax X Prevention deal. In the sale ad it just says Gax X not the prevention and there was no sign on the prevention at my Rite Aid. Has anyone done this with the prevention or am I correct that it is just he Gas X chewables? Thanks

    • jessica

I bought the gas x prevention at my store and it worked

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It is actually both. I got it today and it is indeed part of the sale. I had wondered the same thing since it was no pictured. It is included though.

  24. shannon

Can someone please tell me how to get the coupon out of the February issue of all you magazine? I cant ever get a coupon off that link it is attached to what do i do

    • dawnbdh

The link that you are probably trying to use is to buy a subscription of the magazine, ALL YOU. They are available either by a subscription or you can purchase individual month’s at Walmart.

  25. Rie

    • rachel

lucky I was told I could get a raincheck but the quanity would be one. Sigh. I was told it was a corporate thing, I guess not.

    • Rie

TIP: there’s a 6 digit number in the shelf price tag that my cashiers love to get so they don’t have to hand write the rainchecks. They punch it in the register and it generates a receipt raincheck. I think this also triggers reorder automatically in their computer system. I’ve never had an issue with quantity restrictions, but then again I’ve never asked for more than 4.

  26. Amber

Has anyone done the candy bar deal? My coupon says King size and at RA the 2/$1 were regular size. Am I missing a coupon?

    • Felinda

I used the B1G1 Free MQ (1/9 SS) exp 2/20/11. Mine doesn’t say anything about king size but it specifies what type of Hershey’s chocolate you need to buy. Hope this helps.

  27. Amber

Ummmmm, I got a 2nd $20 February Winter Reward today. I earned one in Janurary, one at the beginning of February and a 2nd one today. I thought it was just one per month. Is this a fluke? Or can you really earn these Rewards multiple times?!

    • Kathy

I was wondering the same thing. I already got my February one; my last receipt said I spent $129 and it spit out the $20 reward. However, tonight, at the end of my receipt it says I spent $15. Wondering if you can do it twice???

      Anyone else???

      • sherri

i just posted that mine has reset I was only at $52 or $62 but today I added $12 and it says I’ve only earned 12. Not sure what is going on.

  28. MARGARET IN SEATTLE

does any one recall the max number of UP+ coupons can be printed in one transactions? i thought it’s some where between 15 and 25? does someone know for sure?

  29. Lindsey

How do you get the $20 resolution rewards?? I shop at rite aid often and don’t seem to ever get these awesome deals?

    • melissa

You have to purchase the items with the blue Buy/Save tags.

  30. Autumn

Just wondering if there is still a legit way to get $5/25 coupon for rite aid. I miss those days!! I occasionally hear people talking about it and wonder where they got one. I used the one from my wellness+ account – I was only able to use it once before it rang up “coupon already used”. Is there any other source??

    • audrey

I had one in my account that expires 5/21 and yes you can only use them once as with all of RA coupons that are store specific.

  31. dekya7

I thought I’d share that Walgreens Diabetes and You magazine [located at the pharmacy] has a manufacturer’s Q for a $1/1 Colgate. CVS and Rite-Aid are offering free Colgate toothpastes [limit 2] after ecb or +up. I’ve used it at and it didn’t beeped. That’s $2 in-the-pocket overage!! ymmv, [hope not]. Next stop Rite-aid!

    • Felinda

I think I have the same Q but it says only good at Walgreens. It’s for the Colgate Total, Total Adv or Sensitive toothpaste 4-6oz exo 2/28/11. Correct me if I am wrong?

      • Tawanda

There were two coupons in the D&Y. One was a manufacture Q and one was specific to Walgreens.

        • Felinda

I found the second Colgate Q …oops…thanks for the heads up 🙂

    • kim

Is that magazine free or do you have to pay for it? TIA

      • Tawanda

It’s free. It’s usally located by the pharmacy or sometimes with the diabetic items.

        • kim

          Thanks!

  32. Jody Tucker

I don’t see the BOGO Axe Coupons in the 1/30 insert. I’m in CA. Anyone else not get this coupon or is it in a different weeks?

    • phislamajama

I did not them either in KY. Wish I could find them. Good deal for the spray happy kids.

  33. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I count my up rewards and put them in groups of $10.00 if my total is $16.00 I give them $10.00 and make sure that they all ring up before I give them any more. I sure have noticed that most of the time they need to do it again until I get my $10.00 off. Once the correct total rings up I will give them more…but I count them and make sure they know how much I have given them. Always tell them “here are $20.00” or whatever you give them. You will be surprise how many rewards you will lose if you just keep giving them to the cashier without counting them first.

  34. sherri

Has anyone had trouble with their Winter Reward Total resetting? I can’t find my receipt from last week but I know it was over $50. Today I went and it said I purchased $12.47. I know it doesn’t show just what you purchased that day..or does it? I can’t find anything online to tell me but I know the end date is 2/28. so confused! TIA for any help!

    • MARGARET IN SEATTLE

i have already called rite aid corp last week for the same issue. made some purchase but total actually rolled back for few dollars. the lady on the phone said it’s a well known computer glich and it should be calculated correctly within 48 hrs. i made another small purchase today and my $20UP+ did print out as it should have been last week. just be patient but still keep all your receipts just in case…..

      • sherri

Oh good, thanks so much! I dont’ know if I’ll even make it, I’ve been busy doing other stuff-but at least I know I can try! “)

  35. Heidi

    Hi,
I just thought I’d mention that Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and Rice Krispies are $2.22/box this week, and they are each producing $1 +up Rewards. There is also a $1/3 cpn in the 2/13 RP. The final price just $0.89/box! =0)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I bought 3 boxes of Frosted Flakes and paid sixteen cents after using the $1.00 off of three and $5.50 of ups plus got the $3.00 in ups. Not a bad deal.

  36. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Did anyone else get the email from Rite Aid yesterday with a $3.00 off of $15.00? It is a one time use but every little bit helps.

  37. sheesley11

Has anyone else bought the jif pb? I bought 2 today and got 2 $1 up rewards. The only other thing I bought was the neosporin and I got the $5 up also. So I guess that means my peanut butter was .72 cents!! Awesome!!

    • zinkemomx2

I got Ups for both of my Jif and the 4 Chex mix I bought today. 🙂

    • Monica

Yes, the Jif is a monthly up reward product….it will print ups all month long!

  38. grace

    i’m not seeing a $3/1 nature made VV q… i only see a $1.50… am i missing something??
    thanks!

  39. phislamajama

Does anyone know where you can get the axe coupons? My RP did not have them.
    tks!!

    • Nancy

You can get them from a coupons clipping services, buy them from ebay or you can trade coupons, I know there are blogs that do that. I’ve only personally bought coupons from ebay, haven’t tried the others.

  40. zinkemomx2

I would like to send another big shout out to Collin. THANK YOU so very much for putting all of this together. I went today and bought $78+ worth of merchandise that Rite Aid PAID me $7.58 to take out of their store. How cool is that? Best of all it was all stuff we needed/use except for the Colgate toothpaste as we are Crest users here. I’ve decided that my kids have to donate a portion of their allowance to charity so they are going to “buy” all my freebies/cheapies to donate to either the Friendship Shelter or the local animal shelter. We all win 🙂

  41. naomi lachance

Just a head-up there was a “TRY ME FREE” with my Theraflu coupon in Sundays paper.
I went to Rite Aid yesterday and I think I mae out pretty well. Got 2 Ragu sauces, 2 Axes products (had to be 1 deoderant and 1 spray or my cashier would not take my B1G1F coupon), 2 Total Advance toothpastes, and 2 ThermaFlu. OOP $2.20! and I will submit for the Theraflu rebate.

Also how do you know much you have towards your heart healthy reward? Does it all need to be in one transaction?

  42. Anonymous

What does the RP and SS mean when the deals are posted. Example found in the 1/19RP or 1/19 SS. Sorry I’m new to all this.

    • Amy

These are the inserts that come in the newspaper. SS= smart source RP= Red Plum and PG= Proctor and Gamble 😉

    • E.S.

We were all new at one time! 🙂

RP and SS are abriviations for your weekly coupon inserts found in your newspaper. RP is Red Plum and SS is Smart Source. The numbers, like 1/19, are the date the insert was in the paper. The dates are printed on the spine of the insert so you can save them all (when you get your paper) and the go to them when you need a coupon. 🙂

      Welcome to couponing!! 🙂

  43. E.S.

Also, if you are new and haven’t been saving coupons from the weekly paper, you can always search for printables.

  44. susan

I had fun at rite aid this morning. I got the zip lock bags, for $1 each the oreo deal for less than $1 and the almay eye shadow was only marked as 40% off (of $7 something) but it rang up 1.89. I got it for free plus .11 in my pocket. Little things excite me!

    Thanks collin!

  45. Karen Lynn

What is a single check rebate with a #? What does the number signify? I’m new to RA shopping.

  46. esther

do you know where i can track my healthy promo status? i remembered i bought 5 coricidan/afrin products for $5.99 each couple weeks back, so that’s like couple cents away from the $30 mark..i bought another 2 colgate today but no $10 UP came out. I wonder if the system messed up, or last time when i bought the afrin i used coupons, would that deduct from the $30 mark?
