Rue La La: FREE $10 Credit for New Members
WooHoo! Through 3/3/2011, Rue La La is offering up anyone who signs up for a new account through my personal invitation link here a FREE $10 credit! A few months back they offered a $20 credit… but it’s been a while since they’ve offered any credits like that or really any credits at all. So I was very happy when I received an email from them regarding this promotion. Please note that this credit could take up to 48 hours to show up in your account.
You can use this credit to purchase anything on their site and the deals change daily, so if you don’t like anything you see when you get your $10 credit, you’ll have until 5/31/11 to redeem it. And I’ve previously see items around $10 on their site, so basically you may be able to score a FREE item (+ the cost of shipping).
I’ve signed up twice for Rue la la “credits” and I’ve never seen them. It’s been MONTHS!!
Hmmm…. that’s strange. I’ve only posted about a $20 Rue La La credit and that was back in mid-October. I got the credit and it appeared that all the readers that signed up did too. I have since then not posted about any Rue La La credits until now and this offer came directly from Rue La La, so I know it is a legit promotion. After signing up through the link above you’ll need to wait up to 48 hours and it should be credited to your account. If not, I will definitely be in touch with Rue La La.
There was a Paypal promotion very recently, like within the last week or so I believe, that caught on via Twitter and some of the coupon blogs.

I love RueLaLa! I was able to use the $20 credit from last year on a Christmas present. I got an NFL Long Sleeve Shirt for just $4.95 shipped! The same ones they wore on the sidelines. They shipped pretty fast, and it was packaged nicely. They always have great prices on high end products. Shipping is $9.95 and good for the whole day, just in case you find something else after placing your order. 🙂 Hope they still offer credits for referring people! That was awesome.
Ok. I signed up and waiting for my credit. Collin, how do I find something for $10-$20? I see lots of great stuff but all well over $100!
Every once in a while, they will have special deals or vouchers. I just got an NFL Shop $40 voucher for $20 before the superbowl, and I missed a cool Lord & Taylor one before Christmas that was $25 for $50! I spent my $20 credit from when Collin posted about it last on a Vincent Longo makeup set–FREE! You just have to wait out some of the overpriced things.
Remember that your credit will expire, so use it quickly. I signed up back in October and mine expired in January.
Can we use our own link so our friends can sign up or is it a special link that they sent through email? I have ordered 2 times from them and never got that email.

Yes, you can earn more credits by referring friends.
I am a bit confused as I like to use my personal link to invite friends but I want to be sure they will have the credit. Are they sending a special email or do you just sent your personal invitation to your friends that can sign up under you get the credit.

They sent me a special email, so I am not sure if it will work with your referral link (if you didn’t receive the special email).

I signed up when you posted last October. I tried to purchase 4 different items using the PayPal payment option. NONE of the orders would go through using PayPal. I went round and round with them on the phone. Since they could see that I did continually try to purchase items, they reinstated my credit. I was never able to purchase using PayPal, so I finally broke down and ordered something using my credit card (which I rarely do, because of Identity Theft). All-in-all, their customer service was pretty good. So if you’re having trouble getting your credit – try calling them.

i didn’t get my credit, i got an email saying “You made it, we are so happy (and we are pouring the champagne)” (received Thursday 9:42 pm), what should I do? you said to let you know if we didn’t ge the credit.
