Rite Aid: Take Survey and Earn $3/$15 Coupon

Hip2Save may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you via trusted partners and affiliate links in this post. Prices and availability are accurate as of time posted. Read our full disclosure policy here.

With all the high-value total purchase coupons for Rite Aid seeming to disappear (we miss you $4/$20 and $5/$25 coupons 🙁 ), here is a great (and easy) way to snag a $3/$15 coupon! If you have a recent Rite Aid receipt, look at the bottom of the receipt for an opportunity to take a Rite Aid customer service survey. If you find it (looks like the picture above), head over here, enter your unique 16 digit code that is listed on the bottom of your receipt, complete the survey and upon completion, you’ll receive a printable $3/$15 coupon that is good for 2 weeks! Note that it appears you can only earn a maximum of three $3/$15 coupons per month… but I am sure happy with that! 🙂

(Thanks, Bonnie and For The Mommas for the picture!)

Okay, I understand that you want to build traffic to your site and we are not unaccustomed to self promotion. If I ever need a feather boa, I will definitely go check out gaynycdad, but what is with the weird blog titles? What I am wondering is what your blog is all about and why would I check it out? From the name, all I get is we are in the same boat but live in different cities.

  1. danielle

WOW! that is awesome!!! Thanks, Collin!

  2. Missy

If anyone has any amazon diaper codes or $10 off codes I could really really use them. I am going through a rough time and the savings would be very helpful. I know they expire soon and if you can’t use them I will 🙂 marissa_rostad@hotmail(dot)com

  3. kenac

just got back from RA and was going to post about this…..it’s great!
and I would much rather do this than watch 15 videos about makeup hee hee!

    • Jo-Ann

      Me too! 🙂

  4. Tammy

Thanks collin. I just dug through my purse to find a receipt and printed my coupon. Gotta love RA.

  5. Paley

I took the survey over the phone, but didn’t get any instruction about the $3 of $15 coupon. Can anyone tell me where to print this coupon?

    Thank you.

  6. Tricia

In the Wellness + online area, i found 5$/25$ coupon last night. Maybe some of you might have them too.

    • Sara

Thank you! I deleted my Rite Aid e-mail and didn’t know about this… I got it too! Oh happy day!

      • April

I filled everything out and no $5 off $25 🙁

    • Lindsey

does anyone know if the $5 off $25 wellness coupon can be used more than once?

      • anon

        It is one time use.

  7. Amy

I called and completed the survey, where do you get the 3.00 coupon from? They only said i was entered in the sweepstake..would love a 3/20 coupon too!

      • Amy

        thank you!

      • Paley

Thank you Jen. Got the $3 / $15 coupon.

  8. NolaGirl

Rite Aid’s $5 off $25 still exists. I was surprised to find one after logging in on the riteaid.com main page. Click the wellness+ link on the left, then click “wellness+ offers”. You should see a red rectangular “get your offers” button. Click it, if you’re lucky, you’ll find a $5 off $25.

    • mythreesons1967

Got mine printed today also!! I love these.

    • Pam

It said I didn’t have any current offers….oh well! Thanks

      • TERESITA BABCOCK

Mine ALWAYS says that! I never get the 5/25… I wonder what those who do get them are doing different… What do I need to do to get one?

      • kenac

mine(almost) always says no current offers. sometimes I might see a $1 off makeup or something

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thank you for the heads up. There was one on my account too!!!!! Thats more free snacks 😉

  9. gloria

Just got done doing my survey and printing my coupon. Was a nice surprise in addition to my rocking $72.90 coupon savings. Thanks for all that do to help me make this happen!

  10. Debbie

Got mine, dug my receipt from out of the garbage, thank you!!

    • Gabrielle

      haha, I did too! 😛

  11. mythreesons1967

Thank you so much for posting this and all the other items. We appreciate you.

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

i did the survey online and was able to print the $3 off $15.. thanks collin!

  13. Julie

Collin, you’re simply amazing!! There are very few, if any deals that you miss or fail to post. Thank you so much for all you do!! You help a very lot of people save a very lot of hard earned, well deserved money 🙂

    • Sara

      I agree!! Thank you Collin!

      • Jennifer

Thank you Collin! I love the shopping list feature! It makes shopping so easy! The RiteAid manager came over and saw my coupons! He started asking me what he should start stocking up on for his store! It was great to help out a few people with coupons this morning! 🙂

    • Kathy

I agree as well… I’ve had people say that I must not have a life with all the money I save and coupons I use. I tell them all the work is done for me by this great blog I follow… and so, yes, I do have a life…and more to go with it! THANK YOU!

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Does this survey print before or after ups? As I look at all my recipts and nothing 🙁

    • Francoise

Thanks for the heads-up Collin. I’ve been cuting all the +UPs off the bottom of my receipts (they’re so long!) and tossing the rest. I won’t be doing that anymore!

    • Freebies

Before- ups, I had an old one that had a survey but it was expired, none of mine since have had the survey 🙁

      jen

      • MARGARET IN SEATTLE

double that. i have been throwing away those codes as long as i can rememberbut i sure won’t do that anymire. here is the thought. since you need to submit your survey within 2 weeks and once the coupon is ready to print, it would be only good for 2 weeks. i suggest you to wait til you are ready to make a bigger purchase (of course, within 2 weeks after the purchase to submit your opinion) so if you time it purposely, you have 4 weeks to use it. i really hate to see those “precious” coupons go to waste after expiration dates.

        • Lisa

UNLESS your limit of 3 per month expires at end of month (instead of 30 days from
          first request).
I think I’ll play it safe and get my 3 now and try again after the 1st.
          Anybody know?

  15. iaintstoopit

I just went to print this coupon, but it does not have the Rite Aid logo and didn’t show up $3 off your next purchase of $15 or more, only barcode…..Did I do something wrong? Or is that the way it is supposed to be??

    • Joni

Are you out of color ink? The logo and the title are all in color.

  16. Jenn

Thanks Collin! I’ve never taken these surveys before, since I just thought it entered you in a sweepstakes. I dug through my recycle bin this morning and found a receipt that hadn’t “expired” yet with the survey code and got my $3/$15 coupon! I’m already getting so many free things at Rite Aid that I get to ADD more to my list to take advantage of this coupon (such a fun predicament to be faced with). You’re so hip! 😉

  17. tiffany

I just received two of these this morning, have done the survey and I’m heading out again. These are nice!!!

  18. Kathi

    Thanks Collin!

  19. cassie

Just received one this morning and our fantastic manager even told me about it!

  20. fairy dust

That is so cool – I had no idea about this! Just got a $3/$15 coupon from it. Thank you!!!!!

  21. Erin

I was going to email you about this, too. Pretty cool. Much easier to get to $15 than $20 or $25 these days. Unfortunately, I have more Ups than I know what to do with! Hope there’s some great deals by 3/12 and 3/15, when I have $25 Ups I need to use. Wish I would have used some to buy more diapers yesterday!

  22. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I HATE RITE AID! Just got back and they had nothing left on the shelves. I will stick with CVS – much better shopping experience there 🙂

    • Freebies

I recently have talked with my rite aid manager and i he told me that if I can get him the deals early ( at least a week) he could order extra product. You can see the ad scans at https://www.iheartriteaid.com/.

you might want to try that.

      jen

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Jen… I will try that. I was there literially 20 mins after they opened and they were cleaned out. Thanks for the tip. I will talk to the manager ahead of time.

        • Freebies

no problem- I hope it works for you. The manager at mine is very supportive of doing these deals- he told me they have increased his store sales a ton.

          jen

        • MARGARET IN SEATTLE

2 of my local store put limit on lay’s. but NOT combo, TGI or BK. one store has limit 3 per customer, and another has limit 5 on lays.

          • fairy dust

the two stores in our town that I stopped at today both had “Limit 4 per Household” signs up for the BK, Combos, TGIF, and Stax.

      • 6frugal

I THINK YOUR MANAGER IS JUST TELLING YOU THAT MY FRIENDS WORK AT RITE AID THEY GET THE ADS 2 WEEKS BEFORE SALE SO THEY KNOW WHAT IT IS MOST MAY NOT WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO ORDER AND JUST WAIT FOR AUTO ORDERING AND DELIVERY FROM CORP

    • Nicole

I have a couple Rite Aids like this…nothing ever on the shelves even before the sale. BUT, it’s hit or miss. I’m lucky enough to have several within 10 miles of me. As for CVS, same problems there at times. I don’t think we can blame the company…it’s supply/demand, how many “couponers’ in your area, and luck basically.

      • Amber

You got that right, Nicole. I went to CVS recently to get some free mouth wash on a Sunday morning. Totally depends on the couponers. Try a different area. Or go during a snowstorm. I went today during the snowstorm and there was an amazing supply of free items at both the Rite Aids that are usually wiped out at 10Am on Sunday. Guess the couponers out here don’t like driving in the snow!!! That’s to my advantage. And I saved plenty of product for others.

    • Utami

We have 3 rite aids within 10 miles radius and I love going to one RA which is 6 miles away and will always give me rain check (with unlimited amount…:) whenever they are running out of the sale items….

    • Tiki Tommy

Maybe you should have gotten before me Hahahahaha. Just kidding , Our sales start on friday , but the early bird gets the worm.

    • kenac

that is exactly what happens to me at CVS. Sunday morning 9 am and they don’t have main sale items in stock, not from couponers clearing them…just not in yet. If I had a nickel for every time they say “would you like a raincheck” I’d be rich.

  23. Melissa

What a great find since the receipt says nothing about being able to complete those online!! thanks!!

  24. zinkemomx2

    thanks Collin

  25. Elise

Three per month as in 3 today and 3 more once March rolls around? Awesome!!! I have all my saved receipts so this could be great!

  26. Cherie

    Thaks Collin, printed mine out.

  27. couponlovingmommy

    Awesome!!! Thanks Collin! 🙂

  28. lauram

Perfect timing to use with my 20Up Winter rewards

  29. Heather

Going out the recycle now to get today’s receipt (minus the Up rewards I already cut out) back out! THANKS!

  30. Melissa

I got mine today too! Thanks Colin! I absolutely love your site and am now offically addicted to couponing…my husband is getting there too!!!

  31. jenny

I Love your site and have recommended it to others. I had just torn the surveys off of all of my riteaid receipts to recycle. I will not be doing that again! I had no idea you could get a coupon for doing them. So, I just did one and got my coupon. Yay!

I wanted to let you know about a deal at Home Depot. I live in GA, so I don’t know if this is at all home depots. They accept coupons and have the single Magic Erasers for $1. You can use the 75 cents off coupon from the P & G booklet to get a Magic eraser for just 25 cents.

    Jenny

    • Amber

OOO. NIce deal. Thanks for the heads up!! 🙂

  32. Tara
    • Tara

Are they tracking these by your wellness card? I didn’t get asked to enter my information to be entered into the drawing.

    • LC
  33. Renny

Thanks, again!! I did the phone surveys, ugh! Then I found 3 more survey receipts (diaper deals…) and entered those on-line & printed my 3 coupons!! Sooo excited to have $$’s off again at RA, my fav store!!

  34. Jenn

I just logged into my wellness account to see where I was at for the year (972 LOL!) and it said I had a $5 off $25 coupon available to print 😉 Just saying – go check yours out!

    • Lisa

      972?????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m an admitted RiteAidoholic but am a novice compared to you!
      Good for you!

  35. Susan

I think they might regret this a tiny bit – I just had a couple of bad experiences at my Rite Aid and they’re going to hear about it! 🙁

    • Carolyn

I’m pretty sure that’s why they ask customer to do the survey! If it were only to get compliments it would be a waste of resources to have a whole survey system and people analyzing the findings. The higher ups can’t know what goes on in the stores all the time unless someone is telling them. If we tell them in a constructive and helpful manner then maybe we’ll actually see some good changes!

  36. tiffany

Oh boy!! Just got my third one today!!!

  37. Nichele Bergmanis

    Nice got one today!!

  38. Geri

How are they tracking this? It did not ask me to input any of my personal information. Is it like the Bricks coupons that are secretly tracked on your pc? If that is the case doesn’t that mean you could complete a survey from another computer if you really wanted another coupon for a deal?

    • Anne

I think they’re tracking your IP address. I entered 3 separate receipts then tried a 4th and received the message thank you for your input, but you’ve already submitted the limit for this month, come back next month. I’m not sure what would happen if you tried from another computer. The coupons that print are similar to the video values with a long bar code that can only be redeemed once.

  39. Utami

Thank you! I got 2 coupons today!

  40. Nancy Young

I got the $3.00 on $15.00 purchase cpn today! Yeah! 🙂 There is no $5.00 on $25.00 waiting for me in my wellness account though.

  41. mich

these are limit 3 per computer not card!

  42. Christa K.

Interesting – I first entered the wrong receipt which had a survey code past the 14 days. It said they were unable to continue with the survey. When I went back to enter the correct receipt, it would only take me to the ‘unable to continue’ page. Had to use a different computer to enter the receipt. I hope that page resets to allow future receipts! (P.S. My favorite question was how many times I’ve visited a RA in the past 30 days. LOL, more than I can count!)

  43. Nikki J

I got one today too. So excited!!! FYI- Some of the RA near me are already limiting the number of items you could purchase. I was going to buy 4 of the reach dental floss but I could only buy 2. They said because its a hot item!? But I was able to buy 6 nivea lipcare, go figure!

  44. Mrs

Wow. Thank you. I did not even know that you could fill out the surveys online. I have been calling the phone number listed to enter the sweepstakes, (since they do not mention a website to fill out the survey and get a coupon). Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

  45. Jo-Ann

    Thanks, Collin–got my coupon! 🙂

  46. Carolyn

I’m just waiting for some “hipster” to say they won the $10,000 from the surveys! 🙂

    • Brenda

      Wouldn’t THAT be awesome!!

    • Geri

Speaking of winning things from Rite Aid … Did anyone win something from resolution rewards or winter rewards sweepstakes?

    • Mounia

Lol I probably did over 400 Rite Aid surveys in a couple of months. I never win anything though. Oh well , you never know! 🙂

  47. Julie

Collin, thanks so much for this tip. Your site has helped me save a lot and I tell everyone about it. Keep up the great work. I got 2 of the survey coupons today.
