Hey Collin! Just wondering. I have ordered 5 subscriptions from Tanga since January and haven’t gotten a single one in yet. Is this normal? I’m still waiting for customer service to get back to me. They took the money out of my bank account already to.

Yes, this is pretty normal when you order magazine subscriptions as it can take up to 14 weeks to received your first issue. I would wait until about mid-April and if you still haven’t received them, I would definitely suggest letting Tanga know.

I just ordered this subscription and happened to see this on the confirmation e-mail:
You will receive the first issue of your magazine in 12-14 weeks. If you have not received your magazine after 14 weeks from the date of your order, please contact us with a Tangagram and we will contact the publisher on your behalf. Sometimes you will get your magazines sooner than 10 weeks however as every publisher is different!
I have ordered 3 subscriptions. One of them has started (Disney for my nieces and nephews), one of them I have not seen yet, and the other one did not go through. I got an email saying that something broke down in the processing so they gave me a credit. I’m hesitant to order anything else though!
I ordered Rachael Ray’s Everyday and Taste of Home in Dec and got my first Taste of Home in Jan and my first Everyday in last week. So it does take sometime but its worth it when you don’t have to pay very much at all! The price is definitely AWESOME!
I ordered Taste of Home from Tanga. I waited a long time, maybe five months and it never showed. I emailed Tanga and they refunded my money and told me I’d still eventually get the subscription, it was running late for some reason. Two months later it showed up and I’m psyched to be getting it for free. I also ordered Rachael Ray through them and had no problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again although I think delivery time is hit or miss.
