  Make sure you have logged on to facebook. Then open the link in the same browser that you have logged into facebook with. HTH! 🙂

   Any advice for me? Was filling in the form on my iPhone and pressed something wrong which took me back to their FB page so now I can’t get back to the form and never filled in the whole thing and didn’t receive a confirmation email either.
