I ordered then and have been receiving it regularly. It was for my hubby too. Just contact tanga customer service and they will take care of it. I had a problem like you with another subscription and they took care of it right away!

I also ordered this magazine as a Christmas present and it has not been received yet. My order confirmation did say that it may take until near the end of March to received the 1st copy, so I am giving it just a bit longer before I call.

I also ordered a subscription before Christmas–early December and never received it. Despite multiple emails to Tanga, promises with dates as to when the magazine would arrive, it still never has.
On the flip side I ordered Reader’s Digest from Tanga. It started the next month. I think Tanga and ESPN at least have a huge disconnect with servicing customers.
I would be very careful with this one. I’ve exchanged perhaps 10 emails with Tanga. The first five nothing happened. They claimed they couldn’t find the order and so forth. Finally after a month an multiple emails, they located the order, but the subscription was promised for delivery on 3-17-11. When it was not delivered I emailed them again. This time we are “promised” and 4-13-11 delivery. I’ll believe it when I see it.

can you use this to EXTEND a subsciption. i ordered in jan. for a vday gift for hubby and it came BEFORE valentines day!
I ordered, and noticed this in the email:
“If you ordered a magazine that you already have a subscription for, the publisher will be adding on additional years to your subscription”

The same with me Kathy…I ordered the same 2 magazines and have been getting the Readers Digest but not the ESPN one. My husband thinks that I lied and didn’t really buy him it! LOL
I ordered this at Christmas time and no magazines. Will not order again!
I haven’t read all of the comments yet, but I am curious if anyone ordered this when they offered this promo at Christmas time. I ordered a subscription for my husband and my step-father as Christmas presents and neither has received a mag yet. Anyone else having that problem? I emailed Tanga and never received a response, but their website did say that it might take up to 13 weeks to receive your first issue. I think that is a little long, but I guess I will wait until the end of the month and try to contact them again…
