Sample Showcase: FREE Sample Box Offer (Now Live!)
Remember my March 29th post on Sample Showcase? Well, the FREE sample box offer is going live at 12:15 pm EST today, 4/4! Soooo excited! 😀 Just head on over to their site and click on “Join Now” to get started… OR login (if you are already a member).
If this is your first time registering, you will need to fill out your mailing info and take a survey. After doing so, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your membership – make sure to click on it and login. The FREE sample box (which includes an assortment of FREE product samples) is available on a first come first serve basis. Registering now (if you haven’t done so already), so you’re ready when the offer goes live… which is soon!
How can I get a box?
All you need to do is sign up and become a member of this Sample Showcase site. When boxes are available, we will contact you (if you allow us to) as well as placing the box offer on the website. When the time comes to order a box, it will always only be available on a first come, first served basis until the volume of Sample Showcase™ boxes are gone. There are no guarantees you will receive any to see if you qualify. If you do in fact qualify, you will receive a box of assorted beauty, health and snack food items from multiple consumer packaged goods companies. The boxes will be branded with the Postal Service logo and include the tagline, “A selection of free product samples.”

I keep clikcing on See if you qualify and its not going anywhere. Do you think that they are done giving them out?

The site says there are plenty of boxes left – that they are fixing their website and it will be back shortly.
Well, I just don’t get it. I’m already a member and no where on the site do I see a sample box.
Where is it?
The button to click was where the count down timer used to be. It says “see if you qualify”

I just got one at 1:42…FINALLY after trying since it started!!!! I thought I will try one more time so I clicked on Collin’s link and it went right through. It took about less than a mintute to go through all of it. So keep trying everyone!!
They’re shutting it down for awhile.
Great…all that time waiting. I hit the refresh button after FINALLY getting through and entering my info. Just got a message stating they are taking their servers down due to the overload. This sucks.
Now says they are taking things down for a bit due to overload but they still have plenty of boxes yet to be ordered! Cross you fingers! 🙂

Here’s a thought..don’t make the offer if you aren’t able to keep up with the amount of people that want it!
Technical glitches happen ALL the time with promotions and most companies DO fix them and finish through with the offer – they get just as frustrated as consumers when problems occur. It creates more work for them and at the same time they have everyone complaining to them.
I don’t let these things upset me. I would love to get one of the boxes but if I don’t, no big deal. I am going to try again a little later. It kept sending me to My Points so, I did manage to get 15 searches credited to my account for this month. Always a bright side I guess.
Good attitude! I got my kitchen cleaned up while I waited. Yes, there always is a bright side!

Logged in at 5:48 and got through. They have temporarily suspended ordering boxes (which we all knew) but they have opened the site back up so those that were doing survey’s before it went down could see if they qualified before they opened it back up to the public.
I completely forgot about this, because I signed up last week. Checked the site to get my box, it’s working now, but this is their message “SAMPLE SHOWCASE ORDERING TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO OVERWHELING DEMAND.” Here’s hoping next time I won’t forget about this offer.
It would not have mattered anyway. I’ve been trying all day, but couldn’t get through, then when I did, it was temporarily suspended!! Maybe next time!

First they were overwhelmed by demand, then it was suspended due to overwhelming demand. I don’t have time to sit at my computer the second it begins and to keep trying every couple minutes for hours and then they don’t have any more anyway. I have a busy life. Obviously they don’t have enough samples to even begin to supply the number of people interested. Unless you are home all day or tied to a computer you are out of luck. I’ve learned my lesson for next time.
I saw the post from Colin. Went to the site, and got it. No delays, nothing. So weird it isn’t working for you. Hope it eventually does.
Yea!!! Just got one. I just had the web page up, and would walk buy and hit refresh and there it was!!! Yea!!! Can’t wait to see what kinds of samples I get, althgouh I think it gives you a sneak peak when it asks you if you have ever heard of certain products – Secret Clnical, some type of biscotti, Wisk, Emu Pain relief (I think it was) and several others. Should be interetsing.
Yay! It’s back up and working. I filled out the survey, and a box is going to be mailed to me. 4:31 PM PST

Hi just got mine at 8:27 p.m. My criteria was 4 kids (2 kids 12-17 and 2 18+) and $100,000.Took all day!
Wow that site is wonky. :/ I had to refresh it a few times, and it finally said “thanks for your order” so I hope that means it worked! haha
