Did you check the little box in the window while ordering? When your ordering that item in the same window there is a little box you check I believe it was under where you select how many you want.

OK, i NEED help. I went to print out my order confirmation. It told me that there was a “delay”, because they “encountered a Problem”.
I clicked on bill me later, earlier, since I figured it was free. They now want my debit/credit card number, etc… I can’t afford this, sigh, unless it is free. I entered my debit card info., and have not clicked on the final checkout, which is $42.75, in my checking account.

You have to add a lip balm or something to get the amount over $40 to be eligible for the free bag. So, you can add one, like how Colin showed in her post or something else. But it won’t show up if you only put the 4 healthy hand kits.
