I was looking at the growth charts. I live in Missouri and shipping is $11.21 – FedEx Ground. Too bad they didn’t offer other shipping methods, like USPS.

Good News! I just received an email from their customer service and they told me that due to the overwhelming response they have extended the expiration until Friday at midnight. This will give me a little more time to prepare, yeah!

It took a while but it finally went through- a custom growth chart and a “quotes” book to write everything my son says 🙂 Shipping was $16.00, and I went over by $3.00, but I still feel like $19.00 is awesome for those custom finds… RIGHT? haha I am about to place my order.. wish me luck!

I only ordered one item for $28, and it took that amount off too, so you don’t have to spend $40 if you don’t want to. Everything else that I wanted was going to put me over $40, so I just stopped with one item and only paid shipping.

I tried again today, and while I was able to get through these books are awfully hard to make compared to using shutterfly, picaboo, snapfish, etc. I stopped and decided it was way not worth my time to spend $15 in shipping anyway, I’ll wait for a coupon code for a better site. Ick! There is also no way to delete photos off the site, or cancel your account just fyi.

WOW! I have to share… I went to the site and thought I’d give this is a shot. I spoke online with one of their reps and asked if there was any way I could use this code LATER in the month because I am taking a trip out of the country. I told her I knew it was a shot in the dark but I thought I’d try. 🙂 She told me the code has been extended till Friday, but also gave me another code to use for after my trip! It is for a free product and free shipping! I was SUPER excited! I wanted to share this because I think great customer service needs to be shared, and I will defintely be ordering more than just the one free product after our trip. I am glad I am not the only one. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to order on this site. I “save” but then it is empty. No where is there an “add to cart”. I also had the screen dimming. I sent them an email.

It kind of did that to me too – but I refreshed the page a few times, and it began to load rather quickly. I have a satellite internet connection, so it’s not the fastest, but not the slowest either.
I got three journals to give as gifts. I was just going to get two, but shipping was less than 50 cents more for all three and figured it was worth the $5 for the third journal.

well…. took about 2hrs to load, and design – but it’s done and ordered! I just ordered two of the same book “hopes & dreams”… cuz didn’t want to take the LONG time to design another book! I’m sure site is super slow cuz of the grand opening!! but very cute books, very different… and hope to use them more if quality turns out! (2 books at $22 = $44-$40 – $4 total, plus shipping which was $11.99 – still a great deal for two 20pg books!)

I just ordered a So in love poster picture 20X13, a doggy journal, and a Things I love journal. The shipping was $23.51. Kind of steep but when you figure that they are giving you the product for free you can’t complain. For everyone who is having problems with it loading, it take a very long time because they are having high traffic. I just pushed the button and walked away from the computer for a bit and it eventually pops up. If you are doing a project with lots of photos, I could see it taking a very long time. HTH. Super excited to get my goodies in.
