I have a question about the Sunburnt Gel mail in rebate. The form says to mail in the UPC. The UPC is on the tube. It was not in a box. I am afraid the rebate will get rejected if UPC is not included. Any thoughts?
I called the company today and they are aware of the issue. If you just send in the teceipt and the catalina rebate they WILL accept it. You can call the customer service on the right bottom corner of that catalina if you have anymore questions(1-800-422-4842). Hope this helps!

Question — are those $5 Pampers catalinas good anywhere? I received one at Kroger last week and want to know if I can use it at Walgreens this week. I actually already did the Pampers deal twice at Walgreens this week w/o using the $5 catalinas because I wasn’t sure it would generate another if I used one on a purchase. I’m not sure about using the Kroger CAT at Walgreens, but the Walgreens $5 Pampers CAT is rolling. The $3 RR that you also get is NOT rolling. HTH

I got the $2 q from buying just the 2 packages of diapers. I’m guessing that if you purchase less than $20, you get the $2 q, and if your Pampers purchase is over $20, you get the $5 one.

you have to buy 2 other items, Candy, for the infant care coupon to work. That is what the manager at Wags, told me to do and it worked. Good luck

When you say “two other items” do you mean filler items, or two other pampers diapers?
I did this deal today-I bought 2 packages of diapers and a package of wipes. Then used 2 Qs for diapers and 1 for wipes AND the infant care book Q (it took off $4). Even though it says MQ on it the code at the bottom is just like those for all other in-store qs. However, I messed up my next order (same scenario) as I tried to use the $5 and it beeped bc I had already used 3 MQs (and I was too tired to figure out what I had done wrong). Oh well, it is good until July so I am sure it will make for some cheap diapers or wipes down the road… By the way, just needed a filler item for the RRs I used to pay.

You can try what dlucas said I didn’t realize that you would get an xtra $5 off pampers coupon + $3RR if you spent $20. I got a $2 off and $3RR instead.

do you have to buy the wipes to get the $5 dollar extra for diapers? Last time I got diapers there I got jipped. The cashier was telling me my RR I got was a manif. coupon and not a walgreens one when I was trying to put both coupons on my diaper purchase, made me mad…
You need to get $20 in pamper’s products to trigger the $5 CAT. So either the wipes or a 3rd pack of diapers, but the wipes makes your OOP less.

RRs are indeed manufacturers coupons. You would need a filler item to be able to use the RR plus a manufacturer coupon.

Hey guys! Our stores are totally out but I found the codes for the coupons online. If you ask the cashier…they can simply key the codes in for you. I have done this twice at 2 different locations for the Walgreens brand diapers with no problems. Hope that helps! 🙂

An SM told me that he’s responsible for the coupons in the drawer and while the cashier might be nice and do it for you, he’s on the hook for the actual piece of paper showing up in the drawer to match the register’s history. Point to ponder if you’re OK with just having them punch in codes…
But, these are Walgreens coupons. They don’t even put the coupons from the ad in the drawer usually – if you give them to the cashier, they usually go in the trash. My fave cashier just types numbers in – no need to actually give them Wags coupons. That’s how you can use these coupons over and over – they don’t actually need to turn them in anywhere.

I cant find them anywhere where I live but you can use the code for the Pampers it is #5521. I told the cashier I have the code and he punched it in and I got $4 off plus I used $1.50 coupon.

I got tylenol heat patches and cream from walmart (rite aid was out), but the patches got awful reviews everywhere i look. My grand ma likes the cream, but not the patches, because they produce no heat. Just a heads up.
I can never get the coupons to stack right at Walgreens. The clerk will either get the walgreens coupon to work or the manufacturer’s coupon, but never both. Many of the posts I see about walgreens deals involve stacking. Can you please tell me how to do this so that it will work?
They need to do the manufacturer coupon first THEN the walgreens coupon.
Have the same problem, went to buy the Precise cream and both coupons would not work. The clerk tried scanning them both different ways and it wouldn’t work.
I tried using both coupons too and they said that both are manufacturer and they will only accept one of them per item.
I just used the $5.00 off Precise manufacturer Q and they scanned the $3.00 one in the book with no problem. Our Walgreen’s has the patches for $8.99 (downtown metro area),so I paid $1.15. No problem using both coupons, plus she let me do 2 transactions and purchase 2 of them for a total os $2.30. Always have them scan the manufacturer Q first, or it won’t work.
The same catalina coupon kicks out at Kroger too – I bought a box of pull ups for $18.99 there, used a $2.50 coupon and got some wipes with a coupon, and was given a $5 off $5 or more diapers coupon! YAY!
I haven’t been able to get the Infant Care Book at my Walgreens, but they did let me use the coupon code from the book. The code for the Pampers is 5521. Just ask the cashier to type the coupon code in when you check out.
your lucky, mine won’t let me give them the code without seeing the coupon boodlet…. then I showed them the booklet and they wouldn’t scan it twice only used it once with one booklet, no good.
I still have problem with coupon adjustment at WG. Coupon is 1cent higher than the product price, it will beep and cashier seem to don’t want to take it. I told them to adjust the coupon value, they acting like don’t know what to do. Sigh…..
ask for the manager. they generally know how to adjust the coupons down.

You didn’t get the $5 coupon b/c you didn’t purchase $20 in Pampers products. If you only purchase the 2 Pampers at $18, you won’t get the $5 coupon.
I wasn’t trying for the $5 RR. I was only looking for the $3 RR that prints when you buy two jumbo packs of diapers, as advertised in the paper.
Did you use a RR that was from a previous proctor & gamble deal? I believe that if you use a RR from the same manufacturer then it won’t give you another for the new deal. You can look on the RR and it should say ‘courtesy of Proctor & Gamble/Kimberly Clark/etc’.
I am wanting to see if I can take my RR to purchase a visa gift card, do they sell those at walgreens or places like them? Then is it possible to continue to just add money to it with RR or Extra bucks once you buy one? Has anyone done this, I wanted to take all of my RR or Up rewards, or Extra bucks and put them all on the card to save them up for other purchases. Is this possible to do?

It is in the May coupon booklet. It’s on one of the blue edged pages, in the middle. I’m not sure which page it’s on.
I’ve done it twice, but I can’t seem to find my May booklet. MaybeI left it at the store. It’s in the back blue section (towards the front, I think) on one of the right pages and it’s the middle coupon. There is a pic with a pair of legs in the opposite page. Hope this helps.

They were in the May 1st Sunday papers. In my area, they were also in the 4/29 Friday local papers, but with fewer coupons than the Sunday editions. Check at your local news office and see if you can purchase any old copies that they still have.

Google “Tylenol Precise” and go to their website. You can print 2 off of there. Has anyone used this product yet, and does it work very well? Someone earlier said that her grandma said it doesn’t have any heat.
I use pain relief gels and lotions frequently, and I don’t like the Tylenol Precise. It has an unpleasant odor and doesn’t work as well as others. Glad I got it for free; won’t be picking up any more.

I went yesterday, did the deal, and NOTHING printed out. The cashier said they had been having problems with the register rewards not printing. BUT…I used a $5RR from the razor with the transaction. I read on one blog that someone had the same problem. Anyone on here have that problem? Sad, because I bought extra coupons to roll the razors into the diapers to stock up for the summer while we travel. Any advice?
He voided the transaction and said to check back later in the week to see if the RRs were working. Has anyone else had issues that has tried to use RRs with this? Just trying to figure out the problem before I go back.
I don’t think you can use the Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor Register Reward to purchase the Pampers because they are both made by Proctor & Gamble, therefore, it will not print you out another RR. That’s the only thing you have to be careful with at Walgreens. It must be a different product made by a different manufacturer. HTH!

I tried to get the Tylenol patches today but the clerk wouldn’t accept both coupons. First time this has happened to me. I asked for the manager and she just said they wouldn’t accept both. So disappointed…

I tried to get two of the Tylenol Precise, the Cottonelle deal and the Right Guard body wash in West Monroe, LA this past weekend. Three different cashiers had no idea about much of anything and the manager wasn’t working that day. They refused to lower the $5 coupon for the Tylenol. They didn’t know they should scan the Wags coupons first. They tried to tell me I couldn’t use a B1G1 coupon with a B1G1 sale. They told me I couldn’t use the Cottonelle $.50 coupon because it didn’t match the picture. Total morons. I tweeted my complaint to Wags and sent an email to their customer service department.
I’ve heard if the RR doesn’t print you have to call the cashier’s attention to that – no other way to fix it. I didn’t know about that last week when I did the Tampax deal – So I missed out on a $2 RR. And I used to feel bad about holding up the line – but they have to fix it right then – (that is what cashier told me when I went back in). The Infant Care Booklets are like Gold around here – I obtained some – Others say the cashier gives them back – Not here ! One Wags said pampers infant care Q not for style I was buying – wouldn’t even scan it. Another Wags scanned it said it was fine? So it is hit or miss – I sure glad when I get a hit!
You can call the catalina company and they’ll look up your transaction and tell you why you didn’t get your RR. If their machine should have printed one but didn’t, they’ll send one to you.

i bought a Tylenol precise patch yesterday. Price was $7.99 and I used the $5 Q and the $3 Q out of the May book with no problem. I did the same deal a week or two ago.
My WG in Anaheim, CA. Everything is over priced. No Almay on sale, Precise is price at $8.49. The NatureMade vitamin is much higher price than the $5 coupon they gave out on Facebook. Darn it……..

I just got home from my local Walgreens and was going in to get the heat patch deal. I also noticed Veet wax strips on sale of 2.99 I was so excited to see a $3 off coupon in the Walgreen booklet. I figured YEA free wax strips, until of course I got to the cashier. She refused to use the coupon and said it will not adjust down even if it was just a penny. I told her that was not the case but she still refused to scan it… I being late to pick up my son from daycare and aggravated with this cashier. I left all my stuff and walked out. I called the store once I got home, talked to the manager and he ALSO told me they could not adjust the coupon to sale price because it was more than the item. But, online from what I understand they can adjust the coupon but no overage will be given. So what do I do now? I am so confused!

Thanks for the heads up on the Almay!! I was just thinking yesterday that I was almost out of the eye base and concealer and what do ya know but it was on sale. I went to Walgreens and it wasn’t advertised; I had to scan it. So, I bought two concealers and two of the eye pencils for $0.62 total!
My local Wal-Mart has the tylenol precise cream/patches for 5.97. Just incase some of you’ll aren’t able to snag this deal at walgreens, it’s only 0.97.
Or you can have them price match the Rite Aid add for $5 and get it for free at Wal-Mart.
I have 2 Walgreens stores that I shop at in different cities. Just recently they have started doing some crazy things. One puts a limit on their advertised deals (no limit is listed in the sale flyer). For example last week they only allowed 1 Gillette razor per household. Also the Pantine was limited to 1 offer per household. The second location I shop at is not allowing customers to do multiple transactions in 1 visit. I certainly understand how time consuming doing multiple transactions with coupons can be, but there are usually 2 check out lanes open and you can go to cosmetics. Couponers spend a lot of time and money at Walgreens and it seems like we are being punished for getting a good deal. The stores get reimbursed the coupon amount plus a transaction fee so they are making a nice profit. Instead of rewarding the repeat customers they make it harder and harder to do business there. Is anyone else having trouble with their Walgreens?
I wish our store would put limits on items per household. I’m too tired of missing out on the deals because they are gone by early monday morning!
we have had to satrt limiting the good deals to beacuse we get people who clear the shelves of everything on day one and our truck is the end of the week so custumers are getting pissed not being able to do the deals we limit to a reasonable family quanity depending how many on hands we have because with rain checks u dont get the rr we are not trying to make it hard for couponers just fair for everyone to be able to deal the deals and not leave empty handed or to drive all around town
Yeah and then I run into shoppers loaded up on deals, then see their relatives also loaded up with deals and find out they sell them at the flea market! That just seems totally wrong to me.
I think limits are important, but limit of one is a little much. I think a limit of 2-3 per deal per customer is plenty. A lot of people get 2 papers every week and most coupons have a 2 print limit online. So an average couponer will have the coupons to do each deal 2 times. If you want to do the deal any more than that then you can go to another store or go the next day which then gives others the opportunity to do the deal too. Some of these deals are for things like toothpaste which goes free all the time. I don’t see the need to have to buy a years supply of toothpaste everytime since it does expire eventually. If you are buying up a bunch of one item for a donation situation then I think you should work with the manager to get them to place a special order for you for that purpose.

I have never had a problem with the rr’s until today. I did the deal and got both 3 and the five off I wasn’t able to use the five off plus I was unable to use two 1.50 manufacture coupons but used the 2.00 off and I’m not even sure it took off 4. I put it back and tomorrow I’m taking the other packages back. I’m actually really upset because I think it was that he decided I can do it. I understand them that ticks me off. He really screwed my day up. I went back read the 1.50. It just beeped cause he did. Plus I wasn’t able to use the wags infant care coupons on the trainer diapers?
I found a revlon eye liner on clearance and was able to use the 2.00 off revlon coupon brought it to .49 and the Sally Hansen they had coupons for 1.00 attached.

Diapers? The ones that the Wags q works on are the Cruisers – they have 31 in size 3. I don’t know about other sizes.

I went to Walgreens early today to catch some of these amazing deals! All of the Almay clearance was gone, the buy one get one shower gel was completely sold out. There was no Tylenol heat patch or lotion left on the shelf.. I went to several of the Walgreens in our area to find these deals… Each one, zero,same story.. I am just a bit frustrated. I hope the couponers out there aren’t getting so greedy that they take every last thing off the shelf so that no one else can get a good deal. I don’t think that is the point. I don’t think the goal is to start a hoard of items. Possibly this is a fluke, but I asked a cashier and she said people were getting lots of the same sale items. I don’t know. I just needed to vent.

Walgreen’s wouldn’t use both since the $3 coupon is also a manufacturer coupon and I’m not allowed to use 2 mq’s on 1 item. Took a look and sure as shootin’ they were right. Off to Walmart I go then. The Walgreens I went to last night would not key in the coupon code for the Pampers diapers without being able to see the actual coupon. I have actually used copies of Walgreens coupons before and they work just fine. All they really need is the coupon code, but the manager at my Walgreens told me that some WAGS coupons still work after their expiration date, so he needs to see the actual coupon. THANK YOU!

I am really dissapointed in my Walgreens. I went and tried the Pampers deal tonight and was told I could not use the Infant Care book coupon and that it was a manufacturers coupon and that now ALL Walgreens coupons are manufacturers coupons. Has anyone else heard this? I was sooo annoyed and just walked out. The cashier (who has been there a long time) said that they just hired a loss prevention person for this reason and any cashier that takes both will be fired…Yikes!

If walgreens didn’t have good deals I would NOT shop there bc the service is awful!!!! CVS is where it’s at! 🙂
Wow – I wonder why some Walgreens are allowing customers to use the Walgreens coupons + the Manufacturers coupons stacked on one item, and others are not. Seems like they would all be consistent. My Walgreens allowed me to purchase 2 Tylenol Precise, and she scanned the Wags coupon and then the 2 $5.00 manufacturer coupons with no problem. I only had to pay the sales tax. No issue at all. Nothing is mentioned in their coupon policy about using the Wags coupons + Manufacturer coupons together, so they should update their policy.
The Infant care book coupons actually say manufacturers coupons on them…which they pointed out to me. I think there is going to be some changes in Walgreens shopping as it looks like others are having a similar experience.
are ivc have always said that but we dont keep them or mail them in they end up in the trash so u can use a mfg coupon with it my advice find a store that knows the rules or a cashier for that matter
i quote in our policy u may use a roto an in ad coupon and ivc which is for example the ones in the monthly books the baby book and the beauty book and a mfg coupon on one item if the item is less then the mfg we adjust coupon no overage though u must hand ad coupon ivc then mfg in that order if the mfg beeps which sometimes it will we are supposed to manually enter it in this is what i have always been told ive been there almost 7 years if there were any changes my boss would let me know she stays on top of all the corprate issues i think it depends on mangers maybe they just dont want to deal with the couponers also we got new scanners and they reject alot of things lol

The walgreens I just went to said their coupon booklets are manufacturer coupons so they can’t be used with other manufacs coupons. They said they just got an email about it!

I was able to get the pampers deal by just giving the code from the baby flyer. They didn’t have the clean/clear body wash. The cashier said someone had came in and bought 150 of them. I was able to get a raincheck, but it is a bit frustrating to wait till they get more in and knowing that the coupon expires on the 15th and it’s nearly impossible to get rainchecks to work out the same way at wags. That extreme coupon show is ruining things for us shoppers just wanting to get a good bargain for our family, I wish limits would be enforced for every item that’s on sale.
Dont know if im putting this in the right spot or not, but i just wanted to say that my wags is totally Awsome! They never have any problems making sure that i get all my coupons scanned and infact encourge me to use as many coupons as i can. I went there today and did the pampers deal. I gave her 2 1.50/1 Qs, .50/1 for the wipes and then the code for 2/1. The code wouldnt work when she punched it in so she called the manager and he told her to just adjust the price down for me. So i still got 4 off two packs of pampers. Unfortunately i only got 2 off pampers but i have a 2 off pampers q from the back of a cerial box that i can use next time with it. All in all i am very pleased with my wags and will continues to shop there so long as they dont hassle me over my Qs. I even had a cashier applaude me when she saw that i got 4 packs of cottonelle for only 4dollers!
