    my order got cancelled too! BUT i ordered mine 5 minutes after you posted. Theres no way I was too late! Medco disappointed me.

    Just contacted customer service. All orders are being cancelled. Medco will not honor a website error.

    I just talked to customer service at Medco and the guy was very nice and explained the situation to me. He said that the promotion was more of a success than Huggies had anticipated and they ran out of stock on that promotional item. Another thing was that they figured out that people were placing multiple orders. He was very nice and very apologetic, so maybe you should rethink whose fault it is.

      seems to me that they just didn’t want to honor an error. 1.99 instead of 11.99 – which they are now. they didn’t run out of product, just $$!

        The guy I talked with never told me the price was an error. He just apologized and said Huggies had pulled the promotion because they didn’t have enough.

    I ordered literally right after this deal was posted and mine was just cancelled. I am so sick of medco backing out of their advertised prices. These “promotional items” are going to end up having a very adverse effect on their company, as people are going to be ticked that their orders are being cancelled rather than excited by an awesome deal with a company they may not have otherwise known about. The only thing that is being promoted is their inability to satisfy customers.

    Mine was cancelled too — placed my order at 2:00 pm. I called customer service and let them know I won’t be ordering anything from them ever again, and I plan to send a letter to their corporate office too. His excuse was that the $1.99 price was an error, it was supposed to be listed at $11.99 — well, that’s not my fault!! I don’t really care about the diapers, but it just seems like kind of a scam to claim they made a mistake on their end in the pricing and then say there is nothing they will do.

      That is BS – it is the same deal on drugstore.com (which they are a part of) both places STILL have them at 1.99.

    If the $1.99 price was a “mistake” then why would they have a limit of 1? Does not make sense to me

    How long did it take to get the cancellation email? I placed my order and received a confirmation email. Looking at the time from other posts it was AFTER others had already been contacted. Just wondering…it seems crazy that they would still have the $1.99 price listed and are confirming orders…if they are, then definitely not a business I would want to use for any future promotions…

    Everyone is getting really mad about this, it was a deal that didn’t pan out, oh well, think of how many great deals we have gotten before this and how many we will get after this. Also, found this on their website for anyone seeking this information :

    “In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, unauthorized coupon use, product availability, and price discrepancy or pricing error. We reserve the right to charge fees or extra shipping charges for any product that is backordered. We also reserve the right to change the terms of any offer or promotion at any time without notice. The posting of prices on our Website is not an offer for sale of goods, and the order confirmation is not an acceptance of an offer to purchase goods.       Really? It’s about the company not honoring their advertisement. It was not an error, they obviously were not expecting the response they got and so backed out. I will be spreading this one around just as much as I do the good stories!

      I think the frustration is stemming from the fact that they continued to advertise the deal while cancelling orders; allowed customers to place the order and receive confirmaitons; and then sent emails stating that the customer cancelled their order (not that they cancelled due to the item being out of stock, incorrect advertising, etc).

      It would have been simple to just remove the deal or place out of stock so that orders could not continue to be made. That, in my opinion, is just bad business practice. Not upset about not getting the deal but the company’s actions has done lots of damage to their reputation amongst a community of savers. Just my two cents…

      I have tried to place an order with this company 3 times now and everytime i submit an order the get this email. I dont know why this site keeps posting the deals when they dont honor them. I can see them putting a limit on the amount you can buy but end it when the number sold is over. Many sites put out a promo code and when lets say 2000 are sold then the deal is done. This site will take your credit card info then send you a email telling you the order is cancelled. I think this is a total scam!!!!

    Just got my cancellation notice too. Said “I” had cancelled it. If THEY are going to cancel our orders at least THEY need to accept the blame!

        Mine was cancelled too! I think it’s crap that the email they sent says that I successfully cancelled my order. I didn’t cancel & the least they should do is take credit for canceling.

    Cancelled. Wow. It even says at the top of the email : This message is to confirm that you have successfully canceled your order. Oh well, just have to hit up Food Lion Friday for a couple bucks more.

    I got an e-mail saying I had canceled my order too. I ordered at 1:04 PM and I got the e-mail at 5:56 PM. I called customer service and they said that they ran out of stock and couldn’t fulfill all of the orders.

    My order was also canceled. She told me they had reached there limit. Sounds like everyone has a different story. Never heard the one about Internet error. Do have to say I’m a little disappointed.

    It sounds like everyone’s was cancelled! This is ridiculous, I placed my order immediately after I saw the post. They were just trying to get people to their site. This is false advertising and we should all petition to get the website reviewed by the Better Business Bureau.

    My Medco orders were cancelled. After enduring this plus the 99cent pullups a few months ago that they also decided not to honor after I received confirmation emails….I will not waste my time with Medco. I ordered with Drugstore.com as well. One of my orders for $1.99 diapers a tracking number.

    I’m really beginning to wonder if anyone got there order fulliflled. Sounds like this may be a stupid ploy to get people to their site and get them on a mailing list.

    i think what happened is since they are a part of drugstore.com there backend matched the 1.99 price and what they didnt like was that the shipping is .99 here and 5.99 on drugstore.com So they had to make up the crap about being out of stock or being a misprint.

    btw it is still 1.99 on drugstore.com

    Oh my goodness, just got an email from Medco – stating my order was cancelled. Is this a joke? I never cancelled anything……a bit fishy to me…I deleted my credit card info from the database.
    I ‘m done with these 2 dollar deal- the same thing happened when I purchased sneakers from sketcher online 4 days ago. Enough!!! .”…….scammers

      How do you delete your card number out of the database? just wondering…

        If you go to your account, there is a heading that says “Payment Information” on the left. Click on that, then you can delete your credit card number.
        I also made a complaint to the BBB – I am hoping many others do too – that might make them think twice later about their corrupt ways.

    My husband and I placed separate orders. He ordered just the diapers and it was cancelled. However, I ordered 3 packs of size 3 and 1 pack of the size 4 Huggies with the $10 promo code and my order says they are processing it. It ends up being $16 for 4 packs.

    Yep, got a cancellation notice saying that I cancelled my order! That’s insane! Stupid company! They need to honor the price of those who ordered before they realized their mistake. Think I may be writing a letter.

    My second order is still processing, but the first one I placed had just the one 1.99 diapers, and the second order has the other 3 packages plus the 1 1.99 diapers. We’ll see if they fulfill it, It sounds like they wouldn’t cancel the orders with other items in it. Maybe its because they dont see the 1.99 diapers. I wont place another order with them if this one gets canceled, either way though, the 4 packages of diapers that come out to 16.96 is not bad, since I have been stocking up on pampers diapers for right around that price for two. Just wish I could find a really good deal on the pull ups.

    Mine still says its processing. I ordered mine on drugstore.com. In my order I also purchased 2 packages of size 3 jean diapers and a St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Im guessing they cancelled all orders that were just for the one package of diapers and are honoring the others ones. At least thats what I take from all the posts here. Sorry to all whos orders got cancelled.

    We are forced by my husband’s company to order our medication from Medco, and they have never been anything but a scam company. They have even been fined for defrauding the federal government through government employees health insurance, so I wouldn’t expect anything less than them refusing to honor their mistake. I wish I could live a life in which Medco had no influence, and I will certainly NEVER order anything from them that I am not being forced to order!

    Mine was cancelled too. I put in a complaint on the Better Business Bureau and I suggest others do too. I don’t think that it is right that a company does this.

    My Drugstore.com order shipped, but sadly my Medco was canceled! : ( We also use Medco for Rx, but after reading reviews – sounds like this isn’t the first time it’s happened and I’ll be heading to the BBB website to file a complaint now!

    My order has been shipped. But like I mentioned in my previous post, I ordered 3 other packages of Huggies along with the sale pack. My guess is that they cancelled all orders that only purchased the $1.99 pack. That just doesn’t seem right. I won’t be ordering from Medco again, this is just really fishy.
