Just a quick info. Last Monday I bought 2 of the Edy’s ice cream for $5.99 B1G1 Free. And at the end of my receipt it’s only says I need another $24 something to be able to get my $10 free gas. So my conclusion is the B1G1 Free ,the Free items doesn’t count. Just want to share this. 😀

    • Collin

Thanks, the scenario this week does not take into account the free items in the scenario for the total! 🙂

      • MaddyCruise

Ohhh…Cool. Thanks a lot Collin. I didn’t compute the stuff that’s on the deal. !!!

    • melissa

The free one for BOGO free sales never count towards the total for any drug store deal.

  5. Amy

Just a heads up, on the Reinventing Beauty coupons, most say “limit one per customer” and when you try to use more than one per transaction, the register comes up with “coupon already used”

    • Collin

Oh thanks for the heads up Amy! I updated all the posts with those coupons.

  6. Destinee

Hey Collin, when I printed the Off! coupon mine says Buy One Get One Free on the starter kits. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on that.

    • Collin

Oh thanks Destinee! I updated the post! 🙂

  7. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’ve been trying to add a comment on facebook but it’s not showing. There is also All detergent scanning for $1.98 at select locations. Tgeres a coupon to print at All website $1 off. .98 each for 32 load. It seems to be all kinds of All. Thus is not advertised so you need to scan to make sure.

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Also they have Purex on sale 1.98 there was a $1 off coupon in the May newspaper. .98 each also it was advertised so walmart will pricematch it. With these 2 deals I am stocked up on detergent for the rest of the year. Hope others can find the deal 🙂

  9. Aubrey

I found several $1 off one Honest Tea coupons at my grocery store, making that deal a $2 money maker! 😀 I love Honest Tea.

  10. Aubrey

Oops, they are $1/2 honest tea, but that still brings the total down to $3 and you get 2 back!

  11. Megan

I have a question on the Schick Hydro 3 or 5 cartridges 4 ct or razor 1 ct B1G1 deal. It looks like the FB coupon is for the whole razor system, not the re-fills. Any idea whether the coupon will work on the refills?

    • Brandi

The Facebook coupon is only for the razor.
      🙂

      • jesse

i was able to use the FB coupons on hydro refills last week (at Walgreens). it didn’t even beep! =) good luck!

        • mel

**pounds head on desk** And one wonders why stores are becoming so strict… Its b/c of people like you who don’t follow the wording. Just b/c it didn’t beep doesn’t make what you did right.

          • Yvonne Bush

I totally agree. If it says it is for a certain thing then that is what it is intended for. Eventually the coupons will go to a new system with the barcode that is longer then the ones we currently scan. Right now there are 2 barcodes and most stores still use the shorter ones. The longer ones are more specific to the item they are intended for. Today at the store I work at a guy came up to me with a coupon and told me that the grocery manager told him he could use it even though it was a totally different brand. I could not believe he told him that and I had a talk with our store director about it because in my mind that is coupon fraud. Which is against the law.

  12. saveologist

Do you still get Free gas if you pay for your items with Ecbs? Just want to make sure. Got 23 Ecbs from the last week.

    • Joanne

Yes. The total has to be 30 and you can use coupons and ebc to bring down your total. Also, I got the gas card for mobil/exxon and it says on the back that unless there is an expiration date on the front, the card does not expire and no fees are accumulated.

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There are no coupons for Indiana Popcorn in my SS and no Combo’s coupons in my RP. Both 5.22 as Collin stated. Are these regional coupons do you think?

    • Marie

it must have been regional. i think i got it cause i remember saying what is indiana popcorn?! ive never seen the coupon before though

      • Valerie

Indiana popcorn is super yummy! Ive only tried the kettle corn version, they are great

    • PG

ALL coupons are regional. 🙂 Some coupons don’t appear at all in certain regions; others are higher or lower in value than quoted on blogs. Those two that you mentioned are definitely ones that did not appear in a lot of areas.

  14. CoffeeB

I couldn’t find Indiana Popcorn coupons in my 5.22 SS and couldn’t find Combo coupons in my 5.22 RP. Does anyone know if these are typically regional coupons only?

    • Jennie

      Yep, they are regional>>>>>> 🙁

      • CoffeeB

Darn As I did receive the $1.- off coupon from the magic machine. That would have made a sweet deal.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have them in my 5/22 paper I live in AZ

    • Julie

I have the $1/1 coupon for the Indiana Popcorn, but it is a Walgreen’s Store Coupon. It does not say Manufacturer’s Coupon, so I assume it can’t be used at CVS?

      • CoffeeB

        Yuppers..you’re right. You can’t use a Walgreen’s coupon at CVS. 🙁

  15. Lisa

What is Indiana Popcorn? I got several coupons from the Magic Machine, but I couldn’t find it in the store and even the cashier couldn’t tell me what it was. He went so far as to say that he would just give me $1 off any popcorn because he didn’t know what else to do!!!

    • CoffeeB

It’s a brand of popcorn that is totally awesome. It comes in a couple different varieties. Kettle corn is one and it’s TDF.

I live in Michigan and you’d think we’d have those coupons in our papers as they’re so close to us. Much closer than AZ. Hmmmm. Wheird.

    • melissa

Popcorn, Indiana is the brand name. They make kettle corn, movie theater, sea salt and a slew of others. The only store I’ve seen it at is Walgreens and Bed/Bath/Beyond in my area. I haven’t seen it at my CVS, but I looked on their website and CVS is listed as a carrier, along with Super Target, Sams, Walmart, and some other stores.

  16. klink

Does anyone know if the items from the gas deal from last week will work on stores that switch over the sale on Saturday will work today? That would be kind of cool to have more options.Hope that makes sense.

    • melissa

They should. As long as the store has turned over the sales for next week. What I’m wondering is if the total will carry over. My mom bought a bottle of Palmolive, so I have .88 towards the gas card. I didn’t see anything I needed this week, but hoping the .88 would carry over during the promo.

  17. klink

Oh, I don’t think that the vitamin deal will work at that price. the ad says “value size”. 🙁

    • klink

      Nevermind I had a “moment” .120ct- 300ct

  18. Mitch

    Free candy?
    Count me in!
And I am glad I have some of those Honest tea coupons, this deal will net me free drinks.
I like the cookie deal but I bought too many of the $1 single sleeve ones this past week, they go perfectly with us to the sprinklers!
    thanks
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

    • Reagan Collum

Last week i got a bonus coupon at the register that was $3 off wyb $10 in candy! Helped me reach my $30 for the gas card!

  19. Carrie

Love the Pampers deal ($8.99) on sale plus you ge $2 Extra Bucks and I have manufacturer coupons for $2 off. I also got an email for $5 off of $25. So bummed that the Pampers deal is limit one per household. I so would have loved to have bought three packs to use by $5 off coupon on, making each pack $3.50!!!

    • melissa

if you did the pampers deal at walgreens a couple weeks ago then you can use the $5 off catalina for this instead of the $2 off, that’s what I’m going to do.

      • Allie

can you use catalina’s at cvs?

  20. jackie

i cannot find the Oral B toothbrush coupon in the 5/1 P&G. Is there any place else to look? I only use Oral B, so maybe I used it before. not sure. Thanks for any other leads.

  21. bobbie

So on the gas deal does your total start over each week. If I bought 2.50 worth of items last week will it count towards the $30 for this week?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I was wondering the same thing

    • Joanne

I heard that the gas deal does not roll over for the next week because they put out new deals every week. I think its like the ebc deals for the week, only difference is that you’re getting your ebc back in the form of a gas card.

      • Donna

Does anyone know if the gas card is only one per member? I got one last week but was wondering if I could get one every week or just one per card during the whole promotion? Thanks.

        • Jenny

You can get up to one card per week! 🙂

          • Donna

            Thank you, Jenny!!!

  22. Lily

The deal on Oral-B Indicator toothbrushes $1.99 get $1 ECB – there is a $1/1 Oral-B coupon in the P&G savings book, making the 2 toothbrushes free if you have 2 booklets!

    • Collin

Thanks! I added those to the post! 🙂

  23. Nicolle

Here in Texas the deals end on Friday!! 🙁

    • Jenny

I’m in NE Texas and it goes all week still! I feel lucky now!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’m in San Antonio area and they last through Saturday.

      • Pilar

Really? The ad in the ExpressNews this morning says it ends Friday. Has for the last month or so. In fact, when I walked in the store this am, the clerk was on the phone, obviously with an angry customer, trying to explain that he has no control of when the sale ends…customer was mad that they ended a day early. He told her it was a trial deal, that San Antonio was in a test market and if the “bottom line” shows a difference one way or another, they’ll choose an end day date.

    • stacy

I am in Austin and just found out last night that the ad now ends on Friday. I didn’t realize it until my ECB didn’t print out. I returned my purchase right then and the manager told me it has been a huge problem for them. I do lots of my shopping on Saturday when I don’t have to take my kids, Maybe they are hoping couponers like me won’t be able to get out as much!

      • cassiesoren

I am in Mcallen, TX and our sales now end on Friday. I have to shop on Saturdays sometimes too so I’m not happy about it either. Hopefully they’ll change it back soon.

  24. Jenny

Are you sure the Nutrition Bars are included? I know there are also the cans of this.

    • lydiakay

The Nutrition BARS are not included in the B1G1 free sale or as a part of the gas deal. They were 2 for $5 at my CVS in MI.

      • Collin

Sorry guys, looks like the bars are not included. Darn! Thanks for the heads up. It looks like the Nutrition nuts are only included, but in the ad I looked at they are still Buy 1 Get 1 Free (may be regional)?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks, I was trying to work out a deal including them, now it is not worth it as I do not have all the coupons. Maybe next week the gas deal will be more attractive to me 🙂

  25. Stacey Waddell

We have the Indiana popcorn in our CVS in south GA. The white Cheddar is amazing! Mycouponhunter has the $1 off coupons if anyone wants them. I just ordered some because of course we didn’t get them 😉

  26. Jenny

For the Naturemade, can we use the $3 CVS coupon and 2 of the $1/1 coupons?

  27. Rachel Blake

    Collin

I think there is a lot of confusion with the gas card deal. Say I buy $15 worth of qualifying products THIS WEEK, can I then buy $15 next week and get the gas card? Or does it have to be all in ONE week?

    Thanks!

    • Xenia

nope, you gotta buy 30 worth in one week 🙁 and B1G1 counts as 1 item.

    • daveycor

Has to be in 1 week(manager told me) so I was there at 11:30 tonight to spend last $7 needed(5ecb thankfully). Only good thing was BP card & station right across street.

      • caseymg

Wow that is kind of a bummer. I would rather stick to my Winn Dixie Fuel Perks. I would never spend that much at CVS in one week. I also refuse to pump at BP. I’m from South Louisiana. :/

        • mel

ditto. If it was cumulative, I would do a few items here, a few items there, but no way I can spend $30 in one week b/c its stuff that I rarely buy/use anyway.

  28. caseymg

My CVS had 75% off Almay mascaras! I got them for $2.12! I may go back with my Pampers ECB and get another one 🙂

  29. Shannon B.

I am so very lost without your shopping scenarios 🙁 Will you pretty please be posting those for CVS and for Rite Aid for this week? Thank so, so much.

  30. klink

The Nut.rition bars are not part of the gas deal and not BOGO they are 2/5.00. The cans of Nut.rition nuts are the deal. They are almost 7 bucks a can.

  31. Maddy

I look through my binder and I have a BOGO free honest tea it’s a printable using this coupon makes it more sweet deal

    6 honest tea
    Total 6
    Use
    3 BOGO honest tea
    3 $1/1 honest tea
Total:$0.00 get back $2 make it MM

    • CoffeeB

Right. I have those same coupons that I printed some time ago when they were availalable. But, went to CVS today and they’re all out. Get there early for this deal!!!

  32. Ronni

For the Oral-B Refill Brush Heads….if you have the Toothbrush….they come with coupons inside the package I have a $3/1 Refill 3 count or greater.
    Oral-B Dual Clean brush heads 6 ct $29.99 = $20 Ecb (limit 2)
    Pay $29.99
    Use $3.00/1
    Get back $20 Ecb
    Final cost $6.99!

    • Ronni

One more thing….pair that with a $5 off $25 sent via email for more savings!

    • heather

the honest tea coupons I have are for 1.00 of 1 from recyclebank but they do state 1 coupon per transaction so are you ringing these up one at a time? Or is this deal tracking?

  33. CnJsThriftyMama

Hello. When I clicked the link for the $2/1 OFF Clip-on starter kit and enter zip code 20220 the only OFF coupon I can find is $1/1 OFF Botanicals product. ???

  34. erin

tried yr gas card scenerio with 4 nutrition bars, 1 excedrin, 3 kleenex, was gonna go back for vitamins. my reciept says I earned 10.99 toward gas reward. need 19.01. what?? bars must not be included.

  35. Susan

Thanks for the printable feature! this is awesome! thanks again!

  36. muser

Random question. There’s a $2 off CVS coupon for Jose Cuervo Especial on the last page of last week’s weekly ad. Considering it’s a store coupon, can I stack that with the $2 off MQ that was in an insert a couple weeks ago? I’ve never seen coupons for booze before (just the rebate ones), and I assume this would work, but I wanted to see if anyone else had done it yet.

    • Ronni

The Jose Cuervo Coupon in the circular is also a manufacturer coupon so you cannot use both.

      • muser

Yeah, I just noticed that. I wasn’t looking at the coupon when I posted and assumed it was a Store Q! I should have known better. Ah well, I’m still happy with any money off booze coupon that isn’t a rebate!! Thanks for the response!

  37. Pilar

Did the Schick Soleil deal, using a $3.00 coupon…got 3 ECBs back and only paid $3.99 but the best deal was finding Coosh earbuds in the package! They are pretty good quality and compatible with all my hub’s Apple devices; they say on the pack it’s an $18.99 value. Not bad for 99c all told!

  38. April

Bic disposable shavers 3-12 ct Buy 1 get 1 50% off
Buy 2 Bic Soleil Twilight Shavers For Women 4ct $6.99 (based on online price)
    Minus 50% off = $10.49 for both
Use 2 $3/1 coupons found in the 5/1 SS
    Final cost $2.24 each!

I just went to CVS and the BOBO 50% did not apply to Soleil 🙁

  39. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Will cvs take the $5 off coupon printed from walgreens? It says manufacturers coupon so Jw

    • melissa

my CVS does not…but always good to ask your store manager what is accepted b/c YMMV (miles may vary) from store to store.

  40. saira

hi anyone tried printing the coupon for preparation H not printing for me

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I printed and used it today… no problem. Try a different computer if you have a chance. sorry…

    • floridalado

It printed for me a couple of hours ago.

  41. MR

Hi! The only Indiana Popcorn coupon I have is a Walgreens coupon. It has “W Coupon” at the top” and “Good at Walgreens”. Does that mean CVS won’t take it? Thanks!

  42. daveycor

My CVS was out ofcortaid on Sunday but mgr. ran it through with CVS brand(1 oz. instead of .5 even better) and still took 2-$3 cortaid q’s and gave me $3ecb

  43. D

New to couponing…was wondering about the Schick Hydro deal. I have a BOGO mfg. coupon(buy a refill, get the razor). CVS has the refills & razors BOGO, so could I buy the refill & get 2 free razors??? How would this coupon work? Thanks for your help! 🙂

  44. Melissa

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this:

5/22RP has a coupon for 75 cents off 2 small bags of M&Ms which makes the deal a money maker!

    Mars Chocolate Singles 1.08-2.15 oz 2/$1 = $1 Ecb (limit 1)
    Buy 2 M&M packs
    Use the .75 off 2 coupon (5/22RP)
    Pay $.25
    Get back $1 Ecb
Final cost: 75 cent money maker!

  45. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I went to CVS for the VERY first time in my life today. Thanks to you I was able to pay just $5.xx and I got back $6.99 in ECBs…so I even made a little money! 😀

  46. mackyjane

Does CVS have a coupon policy? I’ve never shopped at a CVS before, but have decided that when my fiance goes out of town for drill this weekend I would go with him on Sunday (when I normally do all my grocery shopping) and they have a CVS. I’m trying to learn quickly how to shop their but haven’t been able to find a coupon policy. Let me know! Thanks!

  47. sarahmw

Did anyone else have trouble using the Preparation H coupon with the ECB deal? I tried to use the coupon, and the cashier tried to tell me that because the coupon says “Not valid in connection with any other offer” I couldn’t use it due to the ECB deal. I tried to explain to her nicely that they are totally different since one is a manufacturer coupon and the other was a CVS sale. But, she was insistent and would not do it. I didn’t want to make a fuss since there were people behind me in line, but I feel like I got cheated out of a moneymaking deal. Did anyone else have this happen?

    • muser

“Not valid in connection with any other offer” at CVS means you cannot use a Store Q (from Magic Coupon Machine) or ECB deal. You have to choose one or the other.

  48. amanda cristine

last time i went into cvs the shick hydro razor was like 10.79 or something im pretty sure @ buy1get1 free

  49. Fogsmiths E-Liquid

Has anyone ever visited ECBlend? xx
