Cinemark & Regal: Kid's Summer Movie Promotions
If you’re looking for a few affordable activities to do with your kiddos this Summer, you may be interested in these Summer Movie promotions!
Starting as early as June 6th (will depend on your location), participating Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theaters will be kicking off their 9-week Summer Movie Express 2011 and encouraging moviegoers of all ages to climb aboard to enjoy a selection of G or PG-rated films for only $1 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting at 10:00AM. Also, starting in June, participating Cinemark theaters will be kicking off their Cinemark Summer Movie Clubhouse promotion and offering up 10 tickets to select G or PG-rated movies for ONLY $5.00 when purchased in advance at the Box Office (that makes each movie only $0.50 each!). OR, if you’d rather only purchase a few tickets to select shows, you will pay only $1 per ticket at the box office! *Keep in mind that the $5 Series punch cards are limited and are now available only at the theater box office while supplies last. Admission with a series punch card is limited to one person per card per movie, and valid only at the theater where purchased.

Malco Theaters in the Memphis, TN area have a Kid’s Summer Film Fest. Admission is $2 and younger kids ( either 3 and under or under 3 😉 ) get in free. I will be taking my almost 2 yr old this summer and we both get in for only $2! http://www.malco.com

Traci, check with local movie theaters. I’m in MN too and my local Monticello theater has free movies all summer long and I know there is one in Maple Grove that has free movies as well. Just call around! 🙂
we went to the regal cinemas last summer when they were free. now that theatre is no longer a regal cinema. im so bummed. we had SOOO much fun last summer. we never go to the movies.
Carmike Cinemas is also doing a similar program. Kids movies (PG or G) every Thursday at 10:00am for $1.00!
They also are making there kiddie combo $4.00 during the kid shows.

I do this every summer in Utah and there are a lot of theaters that participate. It’s a very fun and cheap summer activity!
Our local Regal will also be issuing little stamp booklets the first week of the event. You will get one stamp each week you attend and if you come the first eight weeks, the ninth week will be free.
