This was taken at our local Burger King in McHenry, MD. I thought they would take it down once they realized how bad it looks, but it’s still up– 1 month later!

I’m sure this is a gas station that has an attached Burger King and they simply share a sign! LOL! Tons of gas stations sell bait!!!

I LOVE the sign. Makes me think of home. I grew up with styrofoam containers of night crawlers in our refrigerator for my brother’s fishing. Besides, it could be worse. My friend is a forensic scientist and he keeps bottles of blood in his refrigerator for testing purposes. Worms don’t seem so bad comparatively.

See I can never go to this Burger King cuz the worms always get in my fries!
We have a cabin 5 minutes from that sign……..It is the most beautiful place to go. If you ever get the chance, Deep Creek Lake is a wonderful getaway.
The Burger King is part of a fuel station that has a mini mart. It is about 100 yards from the lake so they sell fishing gear and yes, BAIT!

This reminds me of home… LOL! Growing up in New England there were many small towns we drove through (stopped in!) that sold bait in just about every store you could think of 🙂 Thanks for the memories!!!
Ha, This is too funny! I actually grew up at Deep Creek Lake and used to work at that Buger King. My parents still live there, and it truly is a piece of Heaven. Living in Sunny Florida now! Thanks for repersenting G.C. here!
