   I LOVE pens and writing utensils so this is awesome! I filled out the information and it took me to a blank page so no idea if it went through or not.

  You’ll want to try it again… I filled it out for myself and then got a blank page. I kept trying and finally got a thank you page. Then I tried to fill it out to send one to my mom and I only got a name and email spot so I refreshed the page and everything showed up

    I entered my information but the pictures were blocked. It sent me to the second page but I could not see the pictue. It was a clickable page…is that the confirmation page? Does anyone know if that means it went through?

    Link is gone. They took it off. It was at 12,000 fans when I got on. Over 19,500 now. 7500 fans in a few minutes. Ha, ha. I doubt they have that many packets. Darn. Looked like a good one.

    I could only see the form on the page, not what was above it, filled it out though and got a blank page after both times, went to do it again after trying to change some of my setting like someone suggested on their page and it was gone 🙁

    This is what they posted about the issues (I still have NO CLUE to know if it went through or not….no emails. Makes me disappointed since I was one of the 1st & it looks like I probably will walk away with NOTHING!)
